Relaxing home close to beach

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

My family and 2 friends spent Thanksgiving Weekend at Atlantic Breeze. The home was spotless, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The heated pool was a plus since weather was dreary. Communication was excellent!

Nice property

House was nicely decorated and the pool/foosball table were an added bonus since most of our guests were adults and young adults. Main floor bedroom was really nice and spacious- to get to the upper level, there are a lot of stairs, so maybe not the best for people with young kids or people with any physical limitations. Otherwise a great home and layout. Bedrooms were all nice sized and with direct access to bathrooms. We had a great time !

The house was beautiful and spacious just as the listing described. Plenty of space on main level for us all to gather. Great location with a short walk to ocean. Pool was heated and and ready for us. The one disappoinment was that even though to listing said pet friendly two weeks before our arrival when I inquired about pet fee we were told no pets

Milestone Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home on a spectacular resort. The communication with the management company was great as we planned our stay. Danielle in housekeeping was very accommodating and responsive. The house was equipped with pool supplies as well as beach supplies to accommodate ten people. The neighborhood is quiet and classy. The walk to the beach is short and lovely. The beautiful walk to the two community pools and the pool side grille was also only a couple of minutes away. The house was perfect for our family of twelve with five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms and a powder room. The open floor plan was perfect for family gatherings and the pool and patio were a constant entertainment spot for us. There are plenty activities on the resort but we found the house and beach to be our favorite places to be. We plan to visit again someday. We highly recommend this east coast gem.

Atlantic Breeze at Cinnamon Beach

The home was clean,very comfortable in size, and fully stocked with linens, bath and beach towels beyond expectation. The kitchen had every pot,pan, dish,and gadget needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the washer and dryer was a godsend. The pool was ample big for the 11 of us and we loved it being a saltwater pool and heated. It was a short walk to the beach and community pool (which we visited a few times) and the wagon in the garage made it so easy to cart all the beach toys, towels and kids. St.Augustine was a short 30 min away and we went on 2 occassions. One day was to stroll down St. George Street and to visit the Alligator farm. The next day we went just for a few hours to see the Magic show (which I would highly recommend) and to go to the sea glass shop. We swam with doplphins at Marineland which was about 15 min away from the house. The house was perfectly located and the beach was great for shelling, walking and sunbathing. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations. We will definitely rebook!!!

The older ones loved having a pool in the backyard. They also enjoyed playing with the pool table!Everything was clean and we had no issues. We did ask for a broom and/or vacuum and we had both delivered within a day. We also asked for new pool cue tips and they were also ordered and delivered within 24 hours. The neighborhood pool and beach access was a little bit of a walk-especially in 90 degree weather. But our home came with a wagon, chairs, beach towels, floats. The wagon definitely helped. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Family Vacation

House was perfect for our entire family and the pool was an amazing way to unwind after a day on the beach. The walk to the beach is not far at all and they provided lots of beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to transport what we needed. We hope to return again next year.

Reviewer Comments: This house was nicely updated and accommodating for a larger group of people. The pool was smaller than we anticipated based on photos, but still served a great purpose. Was nice to have access to community pools and hot tub as sun shifted throughout the day. The company was overall very responsive to Amy needs, questions or requests. Would stay here again!

Annual Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, well maintained home. Very clean. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Easy access to the beach and pools. Plenty of eating space for a full house. Two recommendations for the owners. 1.) Ceiling fans outdoors over the table would make eating outdoors more comfortable. 2.) I noticed other properties had an extra refrigerator in the garage. This property does not. We cooked several nights and had to go to Publix several times because one refrigerator would not hold all our food and drinks for the week.
