Jos etsit ylellisyyttÀ, "Attitude Adjustment" on kauniisti sisustettu koti, joka sijaitsee parhaalla paikalla Palms-saarella, on sinulle. TÀmÀ rÀÀtÀlöity, kohotettu koti rakennettiin huomioimalla kaikki yksityiskohdat.

Kuusi suurta makuuhuonetta, neljÀ ja puoli kylpyhuonetta antaa jokaiselle ryhmÀllesi tilaa upealle lomalle. PÀÀllikkö, king-vuode, on ensimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa, jolla on pÀÀsy kannen ympÀrille, josta on nÀkymÀt uima-altaalle ja takapihalle. Kylpyhuoneessa on ylisuuri kynsi jalkatynnyri ja iso erillinen suihku. Toinen king-makuuhuone avautuu myös kÀÀriÀ kuistilla, jossa on tÀysi suihku kylpyhuone hallissa. EnsimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa kaksi makuuhuonetta, toisessa kuningatar ja toisessa kaksi parivuodetta, jakavat Jackin ja Jillin kylpyhuoneen.

KÀÀnteinen pohjapiirros korostaa suuren suuren huoneen, josta pÀÀsee toiseen kerrokseen, kietoa kuisti, myös nÀkymÀ uima-altaalle ja takapihalle. Kokin keittiön avulla voit valmistaa suosikki ateriasi samalla kun olet osa hauskaa. KeittiössÀ on erillinen viininjÀÀhdytin ja erillinen jÀÀpalakone, ja siinÀ on kaksi astianpesukonetta. TÀssÀ kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, yksi kuningatar ja toisessa kaksi kaksoset, jotka jakavat Jack ja Jill kylpyhuone.

Molemmissa ympÀröivissÀ kuisnoissa on mukavat istuma- ja ruokapöydÀt avuksesi. YlÀosassa on pyöreÀ portaikko, joka kÀÀntyy kattovarren pesÀÀn. SiellÀ on tilaa auringonottoon ja katettu alue, jossa on baarikeittiö ja jÀÀkaappi. TÀmÀn alueen panoraamanÀköala merelle on henkeÀsalpaava. Upea paikka tuo ilta-cocktail.

L-muotoinen uima-allas on osittain auringossa ja osittain varjossa kuumina kesÀpÀivinÀ. KylmempinÀ pÀivinÀ uima-allas lÀmmitetÀÀn. Takapihalla on lepotuolit uima-allasalueelle ja pöytÀ ja tuolit grillialueelle.

Perfect rental for a girls trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time in Charleston with a group of 8 ladies (Age 50+). There is so much room. The house is very well laid out, with several bathrooms and space. The location is perfect. The pool is small, but great to take an easy dip. We did not have the pool heated and it was fine (Sept). The kitchen and is well stocked with anything you need (even has 2 dishwashers!!). East Island was SO easy to work with, and was very responsive to us throughout our trip. We used the Ahead of Arrival service to stock the kitchen with food and drinks and everything was in the house upon our arrival. We would definitely stay at this house again, as would everyone of my friends.

We enjoyed ourselves so much, all 12 of us! Such a comfortable house for a big family, and well suited to all age levels. The kitchen has everything anyone would need and we cooked often. The location is convenient to the beach, being only a block away. Very clean and comfortable. The porches are a huge plus, with some cozy places to get away and read or just have quiet conversation. We thoroughly loved our visit to Isle of Palms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented for an extended weekend after our daughter’s wedding in Charleston. It was perfect! Clean, big enough and the Location is great for walking to beach. Grocery is close and even though there is construction next door they weren’t there the entire time of our stay so no added noise!!Hope to stay there again next year!! I would say the only downfall was the front door lock.

IOP Reunion

House was very clean and well equipped for our needs. Location was an easy walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable but on the softer side. Some furniture was worn but serviceable and comfortable. Several bedroom tv remotes needed fresh batteries and one tv was too dark to view, not a problem since everyone had their phones. One garage door was jammed open and would not close. Overall the property was more than acceptable for our needs for the week.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Given the property description, the noise level from construction next door did put a damper on the two week rental ( 8am to after 6pm six days a week ). One might think a small adjustment could have been made to daily rates for compensation. Garage doors a major pain in the backside, though I know a scheduled fix was supposed to happen soon. Plenty of towels avaialable which is great. That dryer in the laundry room has seen better days (two full cycles to dry a small load of clothing). Staff from East Islands were very responsive when needed !

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is beautiful and in an excellent location.Check in and check out was seamless. Communication was excellent. The beach was very easy to walk to. I was a little disappointed with how the garage door didn’t shut. When I reached out to management, they said it was left open for maintenance to be able to come fix the HVAC (which didn’t happen during our stay) so the home was unsecured the entire time we stayed there. Other than that, the home was exactly as advertised!

Beautiful home, great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was the perfect landing pad for our extended family while we attended a wedding in the area. Absolutely stunning with plenty of room for everyone and lots of essentials for cooking/entertaining. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach. My only caution is if you are renting in the near future there may be some construction happening in the lot right next door (right outside one of the master bedrooms) but noisy throughout the house. When we were there (10/31/24-11/3/24) the lot had been cleared and we woke up Friday morning to concrete being loaded into a dump truck. Very loud and not a peaceful morning for us. I would assume a new home is going to be built in that lot and you might expect some construction noise depending on when you stay.

Beatiful Home in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Isle of Palms, and we had a wonderful time. There was more than enough space for 9 adults. Home was clean and a short walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart, which made it very easy and fun to get around, including going to the nearby grocery store and restaurants. Elevator was invaluable for Grandpa. Doors on main level can be a challenge, but once you learn to lift the handle on both double doors to lock them, not just one as the notice indicated, it's less frustrating. We had one issue with the air conditioning, but we got a quick response and resolution. The main floor has an open kitchen and family room area. It was great for watching sports, game night, and simply relaxing. Kitchen has plenty of equipment and space for family dining. Overall, a great family vacation; we would absolutely return.

We loved the large sectional that let everyone sit around huge big screen tv together. Only a short walk to beach. Wrap around decks with plenty of sitting area and great breeze from ocean.

Citadel Celebration

From the moment we walked into the property, we felt at home. The views, the open spaces, the bedrooms, and baths filled our needs perfectly to celebrate our son’s Citadel graduation. The kids hung out by the pool, our son and his Citadel buddies were on the rooftop and the rest of us were on the main floor in the side porches and inside in the great room. We will definitely book this place again in the future. It was a wonderful location to crest new memories.

Great size and location for group/families!

We loved this house - it was perfect for our group which was three families. The bedrooms and bathroom layouts were ideal for our group size. We also loved the big great room of kitchen, dining and living room with ample outdoor spaces and multiple deck levels to enjoy the fresh air. The property mgmt staff always provided exceptional customer service during every interaction. We also loved the close walkable proximity to the beach, which was ideal to watch the sunrise/sunsets. The top lovel crows nest at the house was also a great place to catch them as well!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely amazing for a large group. We took a girls trip and had plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms for 12 people. The kitchen, dining and living room space is perfect for large groups to gather. We had ample kitchen amenities to cook in when needed. The rental agency was also very quick to respond to any questions.
