The kitchen was perfect for big family meals, the kids loved their rooms, the pool and the ping pong room. We loved that we could walk or take the golf cart to the beach and dock. Plenty of parking for large vehicles and the elevator made moving luggage easy. WiFi was a little spotty for streaming but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

Needs some repair work done. The property is beat up in quite a few rooms. One of the twin beds is super squeaky. I believe the gutters are clogged as their was a flush of water into the pool every couple of minutes all day and night long.

Cute house in a perfect location

My friends and I stayed here during a bachelorette trip and we had the best time! The house is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, and the beach! My only complaint is that we had 2 different maintenance men show up and the property manager did not warn us of them coming to fix things.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we have rented this house. It is very spacious, has plenty of dishes, glasses, pots/pans, etc. It is a short walk one way to the Marina and the other way to the beach. The deck pool is small but no one seems to mind. There is also a ping pong room on the garage level which the teenagers enjoy. We plan to rent this again next year.
