Lähes 3000 neliöjalkaa "Tabby on 12th" on rantatalo, jossa on tilaa kaikille. Se on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, mutta jos haluat yksityisyyttä, talolla on oma uima-allas. Allas voidaan lämmittää niille kylmille syksyn ja talvipäivinä. Altaan lämmityksen maksu on 100 dollaria varausta kohden. Tämä koti sijaitsee East Beachillä, joten siellä on tilaa majoittaa jopa laskuveden aikaan. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio. Kaksi upeaa kuistia - yksi seulotaan sisään. Perfect a group or multiple families

We stayed here for our annual girls weekend, and it was the perfect set up. We had a short walk/drive to the beach. We used public beach access as the access at the end of the street was impassable given some flooding. The pool in the back yard was just big enough for us to hang out around and the one baby in the group to enjoy floating in. The master suite is amazing with a cute sitting room attached. The upstairs suite was impeccable and cozy, with the only downside being the tight and steep stairway to get up there. Overall would recommend staying here.

Birthday trip

First visit to SSI The house is beautiful and every bit as amazing as the pictures. Very convenient to everything and the beach access is even closer than we thought! The pool and sitting area with fireplace are very well maintained and even had a great weber gas grill. Theres so much space for everyone. We had 6adults and 1 child and still had room for more! Nice, quiet neighborhood, and very well maintained!! And the pictures of the bathrooms do no justice to the actual size and beauty...they are huge! We very much enjoyed the kitchen with huge commercial gas stove/oven. 3 great dining spots and even a screened in side porch with extra fridge, and porch swing bed and extra seats to just sit and chill 😎 we will definetly be back!!

The two primary bedroom suites and two additional bedrooms worked perfectly for our group that consisted of two families with 4 kids total (ages 13,10,9 and 2). The heated pool was a blessing since we didn’t have the warmest weather every day. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling as we made most of our meals. Location is amazing- we walked to beach every AM for sunrise and every PM for sunset. The only thing that we would recommend adding would be some hooks for hanging up towels in bathroom to hang up wet towels and swimsuits. Overall was a wonderful vacation home.

Pool is great though a bit narrow but love that it was heated. Emmons was quick to respond to any needs. On the far end of east beach so does require a bit of a dune walk to get to the beach but this seems to be increasing as the edge of the island changes shape over the last several years due to the tides. Would love to see the addition of a desk somewhere in the house for us virtual workers. Even under the TV in the 2nd TV room would be useful.

Emmons staff was helpful.A couple of suggestions:Ditch the checkout list which sounds like something a nagging mother would leave—strip the beds, take out the trash, start the dishwasher, clean the grill. People are on vacation AND they are paying for a cleaning service to clean the house. All this should be covered.(Don’t move the pool furniture?)There are also fees that are probably never charged, but sound obnoxious—$50 plus postage to return something left at the house and $65 if a reservation is made and cancelled the same day.

This property is super run down. Basically falling apart. Pool is nice but also falling apart. This house needs at least $500K in renovations. Location is outstanding. Beach outstanding. Local town outstanding.
