Kaunis vasta uusittu Town Home sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla I-4 moottoritieltä alle kahden mailin päässä MALLEN MILLENIAssa. Alle 10 minuutin ajomatka UNIVERSAL Studiossa. Noin 10 minuutin ajomatka alaspäin nähtävyyksiin. 20 minuuttia tai vähemmän DISNEY World -sisäänkäynnille. Hyvin lähellä INTERNATIONAL DRIVE- ja RAVINTOLAJOHTAJIA noin 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Talossa on mukava ja tilava avoin konsepti oleskelutila ja makuuhuoneet. 3 makuuhuonetta, 2. 5 kylpyä yli 1600 neliöjalkaa, joihin on kiinnitetty ajotieltä varustettu pysäköintialue ja uima-allas. Great stay in Orlando

Had a great stay for a family vacation to visit the theme parks. Ed was a great host and the apartment was very clean. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future rentals.

Great location and beautiful place

Ed was great! He went above and beyond for our family vacation! The appartment was very clean and beautiful! The locatoin was great for traveling Orlando and Universal Studios! Highly recommend, would deffinately stay here again!

Quiet, safe, clean, and convenient

We loved the proximity to Costco, Universal, and only an hour to Cocoa Beach! Slept great at night and had all the conveniences of home!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this location even though it was cut short by hurricane Milton. Home was as described, very neat and clean. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Property was located very close to lots of shopping and dining. The owner was great in communicating with us through the storm and us having to check out early. We would recommend this location.

The best place ever I stayed

Ed's place was great. It's spacious , clean and in a great location. It's close to shopping and all attractions. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and well kept. Thanks for hosting us.

Nice place for my weekend stay

Place is very nice and well kept. I had to communicate with host prior to stay due to personal issues and he was available and very understanding. My family members enjoyed the stay.

Great property and location

The condo was quite nice and spacious and proximity to Universal Studios was perfect. Location also near restaurants and general shopping. Host communication was outstanding! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing VRBO!

Let me just start by saying Ed is awesome! Communication was on point and he was available to us our entire stay! The condo was perfect, clean, and perfect location. We would totally stay with Ed again!

Great property

Ed's place is great. Had no issues with check-in. Gate and door codes worked perfectly. The place is spacious, it was perfect for 4 of us. The best part is the location. ~20 minutes from the theme parks, super convenient.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out, clean as a pin. Furnished with everything you need. Unusually quite and located close to all attractions. Dinning that ranges from $$$$ to $$ with a very large selection of food choices. We loved everything about this place ❤️ 💜

Home away from home

So happy we chose to stay at this townhouse in the Millenia area. Close to everything but also in quiet & safe neighborhood. All our needs were met and the owner quickly communicated with us when there was a couple of issues and found a solutions. Living room is very comfy with large TV for viewing. Kitchen nicely stocked with appliances , seasonings from prior guests. Directions for use of condo clear. Bedrooms are all cozy and comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless . Having a garage and driveway was nice to have parking for 2 vehicles.Highly recommend this VRBO & the owner Ed. . Will stay again when in the area.

Nice property, wonderful host!

The property was nice, clean and as described. Location was decent, not your typical resort setting but a quiet apartment complex reasonably close to the highway and 30 minutes or less to the major Orlando attractions, also within walking distance of Costco and target. I wish the third bedroom had a proper bed instead of a sleeper sofa - would have served our needs better. Maybe something to consider for the future, Ed? The host was immediately responsive and super helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Ed is a great host & the place is just right for Universal!

We had a wonderful time staying at Ed’s place for 8 days, visiting Universal for 5 days. Great location around the corner from the mall and lots of restaurants. Close to Universal for our family of 5. Well stocked townhouse. The dryer went out and Ed promptly scheduled repair service. He texted us before our stay and even accommodated us dropping off our food/luggage while housekeeping was finishing up before checkin. The communication was better than any place we’ve stayed before. 🤩 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I travelled with 2 other colleagues and I highly recommend this townhouse.

It was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and everything was in working order. A gated community that was very safe...great location. I only needed to ask a couple questions and Nick was very quick to respond. An exceptional value, you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding rental

Everything was perfect. The condo was immaculate and well equipped, down to more than adequate clothes hangers. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to I-4, shopping, dining, attractions, etc. Ed, the host, was very helpful and responsive. I would gladly rent this unit or abother from Ed.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We were taking our kids to Disney/Universal for the first time and our trip went off without a hitch. This listing was an excellent location to everything we wanted to do while in Orlando from parks to restaurants, we even took a trip to the mall. The condo had a great set up with everything we needed. The master suite was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Thanks Ed!

Communication is important.......

Ed's condo is well situated in a safe, gated community near the Millennia Mall and other Orlando attractions. It was clean and spacious. Felt like a rental property, rather than someone's home. The only area that we felt needed to be tightened up was the communication. Our initial access through the locked gates was achieved via a phone call to Ed. Later that evening, we were stuck outside the locked gate until a kind resident opened it for us because Ed did not answer his phone at 10:30PM. Ed ultimately explained the key-card procedure (which was not explained in the guest book) via text the next day and the rest of our stay went smoothly. Anxious moments outside a locked gate could have been avoided if the guest book had contained accurate and complete information.

Great fit for our family

My family includes a teen and a 4 year old. We stayed at this property for 8 days at the end of June-beginning of July and had a great experience. The property worked for my family very well. My 4 year old slept in the room with the pull out. He sleeps with a pull up at night so I requested a mattress protector just in case and the property owner was very responsive and helpful. Not only did he purchase a mattress protector, he had the bed pulled out and made so when we came in it was ready. This was so appreciated because we took a red eye flight to Orlando so had been traveling all night. My teenager had his own room and the two kids shared the bathroom upstairs. The air conditioning worked great and we had no issues, which we appreciated. There was a property book with very helpful and easy instructions for various things ie how to get to the pool, when to take the trash out etc. The appliances seemed new and in good working order. Everything was clean and neat. We felt at home. The only problem we had was one of the slats came of the vertical blinds. I didn't knock the rating because it didn't affect us in the least. We would have preferred a non wood cutting board but also didn't knock the rating becuase it was personal preference and one was provided. The pool was easy to get to and was clean. My kids loved it. We were close to Costco, gas, Traget, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Overall it was a very positive experience and we would definately stay there again.
