Tämä suuri, järven rannalla oleva talo on täydellinen suurille perheille seuraavalle Oregon Coast -lomalle. Tämä vuokra sijaitsee kuuluisan Regatta-puiston vieressä ja siinä on ympäröivä kansi, josta on näkymät julkiselle venerampille sek�� talon yksityiselle laiturille. Ulkopuolella on myös takka ja oma kylpytynnyri, kun taas sisäpuolelta löydät räätälöityjä puutöitä ja uskomattoman suunnittelun. Siellä on jopa pelihuone, jossa on biljardipöytä, foosball-pöytä, ilmakiekko ja Ping-Pong lisäviihdevaihtoehtoja varten.

Beautiful home for large groups!

We had 19 people in our group. The Loft was perfect for our children (all cousins) and the home felt spacious for our large group. Perfect location. Right next to the public boat launch & 5 minute drive to Lincoln City. Just beautiful.

Family lake vaca

A gtear place for our four families to vacation and hang out together with our boat plus the fun things provided. Plenty of room for all. We bring a few extra tables to customize space for eating and games. Our second year here and hope to return.

Great water front, but the house had a lot of drawbacks

Here are the things we enjoyed. The deck and the view are beautiful. We really enjoyed having the dock and easy access to the water. The public park/dock next-door was a blessing and a curse. We were there over a weekend and it was incredibly busy and we had lots of people in kayaks right in front of our dock, we even had some people get on our dock. So while it was nice for the kids to play at the park it also created a lack of privacy. Game room was really fun and well done. Water pressure and water temperature was great for showers, you don’t always get that in coast homes. The hot tub and outdoor showers were nice additions. We also enjoyed the fact that there were two washer and dryers. There were several downsides to the home for us. The kitchen is very small upstairs and lacks storage. We were a group of 16 and did a lot of cooking at the house. It was challenging to have more than two people in there at a time. Some of the basic amenities that you would expect at a home this price were missing such as coffee filters, salt, propane for the gas grill. Everyone complained that the beds were uncomfortable and most of them squeaked. There are tons of cobwebs throughout the house, it seemed like it really was in need of a deep clean. The living room upstairs is an interesting shape and so hosting the whole family up there was challenging. We didn’t realize how many stairs were in the house, which we should’ve done better research. It was really challenging for my mom to get around. There are stairs outside to go up to the landing area, then more stairs to go up to the main floor, stairs to go down to the bottom level and stairs from the main level to go down to the bunk area. If you have any sort of mobility issue such as bad knees, this would not be a good choice for you. Another challenge for us was that two out of the three full bathrooms were located inside of bedrooms. It would’ve been a lot better for our family dynamics if at least one more bathroom was located outside of a bedroom. We did take the virtual tour and realized that was the situation, but we didn’t realize how inconvenient it really was until we were there, just something to think about if you have a large group. One more bummer was that all the chairs on the lower deck, with the exception of one were unusable because they were torn. It really just seems like this house needs a little TLC.

Do you like spiders?

The location and game room is the best part of this place but there's a lot of spiders. It seems they would spray for them. This was our 3rd time to stay there and it's gone downhill the last 2 times as far as the upkeep. Hopefully it'll get better.

Perfect home for our family gathering

This was the perfect home for our family. The layout of the house, gorgeous view (wildlife was cool), the style was beautiful, the hot tub, hot water outside to shower, well supplied with necessities, a game room with quality equipment, the lake with its own dock, sandpit with toys, being next door to the playground. The service from VACASA was excellent. Just can't say enough good things about it all. We liked it so much we have already booked it again for our family gathering in 2025.

Great for families

We had a great trip. Kids loved the sand pit, kayaks, and park next door. Easy day trips to the ocean. Game room was fun for all ages.

Fun With the Family

A beautiful space with lots of room for our large family to gather together. The location is perfect for fast access to the surrounding towns. It’s very close to a beautiful park and the outdoor space was great for the grands! The game room/garage was a double bonus.

Lovely place for a family reunion, little rough around the edges

The location and views were amazing. With young kids the access to the swimming area by the public boat launch was great and a large playground mere steps away was a huge added bonus. Areas for improvement: - Most of the mattresses/box springs need to be replaced. Old, springy and uncomfortable - Pillows were flat and uncomfortable - Provide a couple adult kayaks. Kids ones were nice but it meant the adult couldn’t go out - Game room needs some love. Missing parts, broken things, thing not working right, kind run down - Air filter for forced air furnace was months and months overdue for replacement. Looked absolutely clogged and gross - A table outside the kitchen would be a nice alternative to having them all over by the hot tub side - A few umbrellas outside on the deck would be nice - Clearer signage/indication that the house’s dock is private. We had people on every busy day come use the dock for sunbathing, fishing and docking. - Window coverings: could definitely benefit from blackout curtains & some of the rooms blinds were broken/missing slats

Would help to put down what actually you provide in the way of supplies for the guests. No ideas there were kayaks that did not fit our children. Soiled carpets/soiled Futon Dryer 1 of 2 did not work. Way too hot in loft for sleeping so should suggest bringing fans in summer. Ceiling fan a waste of your energy. Barley turns New growth of lake weed in the lake now so swiming in lake was not desirable. No idea we could not build a fire in pit because of ban so neighbor comes over and gives us the one two. Would not rent from Vacasa again.

Perfect Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views are beautiful. The house is amazing. So convenient to the park next door for the playground and the lake beach access. And only a few minutes from the ocean. Highly recommend!

Not what it was 5 years ago

The best thing about Lulu's Lakehouse is the location. Our grandkids love being in the water right out the back of the house. It's not as windy and cold on the lake. We all enjoyed watching the ducks with their babies. They have 2 small kayaks and life jackets available which was nice.

AMazing Views, Convenient Location, But the Place desperately needs improvements

This house has tremendous room for improvement. To start with the positives, the view is absolutely amazing from every single room in this house. The game room had something for everyone. The house was decently stocked with essentials from kitchen paper towels, toiletries to toilet paper. The park right next to the house was amazing for kids. As of the negatives, the list is endless. The furniture is really dated and unhygienic. There was a musty smell throughout the house and the rugs looked dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable, every single person in our group ended up with a backache. The linen and coverlets were so dated and dusty. There was a musty smell coming from the pillows, some of the towels had brown spots and did not look clean. Out of the three bathrooms, one didn’t have a shower curtain or a door, making that shower unusable. The toilet water tanks take at least 45 mins to fill, we had to manually fill water if we wanted to use it in between. Though the house is listed for 16 people, the sitting/living room only has seating for 5 people at a time. The dining table only sits 6 people. There was additional dining and sitting in the basement, but it was not practical as we wanted to eat and spend time as one group. The inside of the kettle in the kitchen was covered in rust. The stove was so uneven that when we try to cook something, the pan keeps moving by itself on the stove. All in all, this place needs updates, especially the furniture. It is in a beautiful location and would have been a great rental if only it had newer furniture.

Great view

Definitely would go back the view was amazing & the house was beautiful. Only issue I had was the cleanliness we got there & the room had a crusty sock & a soda pop can. Also toenails on the floor. Another issue was both refrigerators weren’t working & no one got back to us until the next day. Fire alarm kept going off as well even though no one was cooking. Went off around 1am as well & it took about 4 hrs later that day to get someone to remove the alarm. Besides these issues the place was great.

Lots of private spaces

The multi layer building worked for our family reunion. It was easy to have separate conversations or activities or all get together for our annual talent show.

So beautiful

The property is just gorgeous and spacious, clean down to the smallest detail, and really thoughtfully provides amenities you didn’t even know you needed. We had an amazing stay. The only cons are that the outdoor space is not very private, it’s right next to the public dock, and the space that is obviously laid out as a kid room is in a loft, not behind a closed door, which makes it hard for the adults to hang out after hours without waking the kids. I would say that the pros more than make up for those two things, though. Cool playground nearby, awesome dock and sand pit, huge hot tub and next door to the very lovely owner. I highly recommend.

Great vacation house

Lucy’s Lagoon is a great house for a family get together. We had six adults and five children. Plenty of room for meals and just hanging out. The kids and some adults loved playing in the lake and the evening campfire.

Wonderful family vacation home

We so enjoyed our stay at this house and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lake house min from the ocean. The kids loved the sandbox , jumping in the lake and also the park right next to the house was an added bonus! Marilyn was wonderful to work with and we would love to come back to this house at some point !
