Synergy Sanctuary is a gated, private, lush 6-acre estate next to beautiful Oak Creek. Our Sanctuary embodies a profound and sublime sense of peace and tranquility. It is a superb manifestation of the remarkable energy which Sedona is famous for, yet truly remains in a league of its own.

The Space

Our home is the perfect place for a legendary and unforgettable Sedona experience! At Synergy Sanctuary you have unparalleled contact with nature, alongside a luxurious, elegant, and cozy home. Wake up and enjoy your coffee on one of the many patios, immersed in the cool shade of old-growth trees. Share a meal outside under the night’s sky. Take a stroll at sunset and explore the many magical pockets of our 6-acre sanctuary. After a little time outside, you will notice and hear the incredible cast of wildlife - a bird-watcher’s paradise. You are sure to meet the families of White-Tail Deer as well, they have decided ours are the best gardens around!

Our stunning grounds include several serene ponds, huge Cottonwood, Sycamore, and Willow Trees, expansive lawns, and an orchard filled with Peaches, Plums, Apricots, Pomegranates, Persimmons, and more. You will be immersed in your own private paradise.

Our spacious house is 6,000 square feet and elegantly furnished, with a variety of tranquil spaces.

The open concept kitchen, living room and dining area provide ample room for privacy and community.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, oven, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle, plus counter seating, and opens to a large dining room with a gorgeous antique wooden table. The dining room’s sliding glass doors open to a patio with a BBQ and an outdoor dining set.

The main airy living room features high ceilings, a gas fireplace, a Bluetooth sound-system, and a television equipped with Netflix, Hulu, and a DVD player.

The huge semicircular great-room is lined with large windows overlooking the central pond with wonderful views of the entire property, and a large sectional sofa surrounding another gas fireplace. You can see Cathedral Rock peaking out from behind the trees! Connected to the great-room is the multi-use office/workspace with a large skylight, perfect for writing, studying, or whatever your projects may be.

The two bedrooms on the East side of the house include a sun-filled master suite with French doors opening to a private patio, and connect to the master bathroom with a double shower, jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The two restful bedrooms on the North side share a bathroom with skylight and shower. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix and Hulu.

On the North side of the home we have a mirrored Yoga studio with mats, blocks, and a Bowflex Max Trainer. You are also welcome to use our Washer & Dryer.

A few important things to note!
Unfortunately, we are NOT able to accommodate pets.
Although the home is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, many cell phone provider’s coverage does not reach us.
Because of some organic wool carpets, we ask our guests to remove their shoes.
