Varaamme nyt syksyyn 2019! Nauti yhdestä Pohjois-Michiganin parhaista vuodenajoista 100 jalan kristallinkirkkaan, hiekkaisen Torch-järven julkisivun kautta, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät. Niin paljon nauttia ja kokea Torch Lake -alueella. Golfia, viinitiloja ja jopa monia upeita veneilypäiviä on jäljellä. Ei ole mitään muuta kuin laskea värejä veneestä keskellä Torch-järveä! Traverse City on kaiken, mitä sillä on tarjota, vain lyhyen 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Koti on tilava 2 makuuhuoneen / 1 kylpyhuone. Päämakuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, kun taas toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täyttä sänkyä. Mukana on myös kuningatar ja täydet vetäytymissohvat.
Kaikki talossa on aivan uutta (mukaan lukien kaikki sängyt, huonekalut, sohvat jne.). Koti on erittäin siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Vuokra sisältää kaikki tarvitsemasi mukavuudet, jotta voit tuntea olonsa kotoisaksi. Vuokra-aika on yleensä lauantaista lauantaihin.

Vuokrataan myös aivan uusi 23 jalkaa 2019 Bennington Tri-Toon 150 hv: n Yamaha-moottorilla. Tämä vene on erittäin korkealaatuinen ja täysin lastattu. Nauti siitä mukavuudesta, että veneelläsi on käytettävissä koko viikon ajan ja voit käyttää sitä milloin tahansa päiväpäivänä verrattuna siihen, että sinun on palautettava se venesatamaan työaikana. We had the most amazing family vacation at this beautiful home on Torch Lake! Traveling with our family of five (including three young children), we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot. The house was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a family getaway. I definitely overpacked — the house was so well stocked, we didn’t need nearly as much as we brought! The kitchen was especially impressive. We cooked full dinners every night and found everything we needed, from quality pots and pans to all the right kitchen gadgets and utensils. It made cooking at the lake a breeze.One of the highlights was adding the boat rental — it was so convenient to walk right out the door, down to the water, and hop on the boat for a day of fun on the lake. Being so close to the sandbar made it even better. It was absolutely ideal for our little ones, who spent hours happily snorkeling, hunting for shells, and using their nets to catch tiny fish in the shallow, crystal-clear water.Our three-year-old even gave the house a name — the “Holiday House” — and cried when it was time to leave. That says it all!We made so many wonderful memories here and can’t wait to return. We would book this home again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Torch Lake house

We had a wonderful week on Torch lake at this house. View is amazing. Location is great. House is stocked and clean and updated. Beds are comfy! . Have pontoon to rent was cherry on top. Highly recommend.

Idyllic stay at Torch Lake

Property is great. Just be prepared for climbing steps to 1st deck and down to dock. We really enjoyed the location, the use of the pontoon, the wood for evening campfires. Kitchen and common area space very adequate. Use of dishwasher, washer and dryer very helpful. Also full use of empty garage a plus.

Great place with a great location

We loved our stay in this house! It was so well stocked and very clean. The boat was an extra bonus that made the trip that much more fun and well worth the rental. We are a family of 5 adults that stayed at the unit and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all aspects of the property from the house to the multiple decks to the water. The owner was great to work with and very responsive with all information needed for our stay. Highly recommend!!

Incredible vacation

My husband and our teen/adult children spent the week at this lovely cottage. The pictures do not do it justice. It was so clean and very updated. The beds were so comfortable! We had plenty of room. The outside was beautiful with multiple areas to sit and enjoy the lake. Ryan was so great and accommodating. Easy check in out process. The cottage was stocked inside and out with everything you could possibly need. We rented the boat as well. Enjoyed sunset cruises and day time fun. Would highly recommend renting the cottage as well as boat!

Beautiful Torch Lake

The property is very clean and in a good location. We throughly enjoyed our time at the house and on Torch Lake. Ryan was both responsive and accommodating, which we appreciated. Overall, this is a great place.

We rented this house for our first visit to Torch lake and it was awesome. We also rented the pontoon boat that Ryan has at the house. The house is fully stocked and has super comfortable beds. This house had more supplies than any other rental I’ve ever rented and everything was super high quality. Everything was also very clean and well kept. We slept well and had everything we needed. The decks offer beautiful views of the lake. The host is super communicative and has lots of recommendations. The only drawback is that there are 85 stairs down to the lake. It didn’t bother us too much but this would be difficult for those with young kids or older people. There is a way to drive down and skip most of the stairs though. Otherwise I would have given this place 5 stars if it weren’t for the stairs.

July Week on Torch Lake

Ryan’s property is well stocked and perfect location on Torch Lake. We opted to rent his pontoon boat which was easy to manage if you are at all familiar with boats. Water is gorgeous and easy jaunt to all the must do Torch lake excursions. Stairs to and from dock are many so not suitable for the infirm but we found the workout an extra bonus! It was a hot week but we were comfortable using the fans in the house. Definitely would rent here again.

Amazing Torch Lake getaway

Our family had such a great week on Torch lake! We rented the boat for the week as well, which I highly recommend. So convenient to have it right there when you arrive! Ryan was great to work with. We had a few questions when we got there and he was very quick to answer. The house is comfortable, nicely remodeled and was very clean. And the setting is absolutely amazing! My husband and I had coffee every morning on the first deck, had campfires at night, and our teenagers loved the sandbar! We would love to stay at this property again!

Great experience!

The owner was very helpful with recommendations for local things to do. The house has an amazing setting. The lakes and sandbar were an experience all in themselves. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Northern Michigan Getaway

House was very clean and well stocked. Ryan was an extremely helpful, gracious host and was wonderful to work with. The house, grounds, dock, and boat were perfect for a fabulous, relaxing week on Torch Lake.

Great quick get away

The property was great! Very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The pictures online do not give the views justice, absolutely breathtaking! Ryan was great to work with, very responsive! The only thing to mention is the property does not have a tv, so if you have small ones that need to unwind at night, consider bringing one. Other than that everything was perfect!

Great vacation rental on Torch Lake!

This is a great house! It is super clean, nicely decorated and has very comfortable beds. It’s located in a great spot on Torch Lake with beautiful views whether you are inside the house or out. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. It’s a great home-away-from-home and we will definitely rent here again!

Perfect up north vacation

Everything about this home was wonderful! The house was extremely clean and was well-equipped with everything we needed. The entire property and house just had a comfortable feel to it and we felt relaxed and at-ease as soon as we showed up. Ryan did a great job communicating and sent us a txt as soon as the house was available so that we could check in early – you can really tell that he cared that we had a great vacation! We really liked how the house was set up on a hill as the views were better than the pictures made it even look. The waterfront was beautiful and has a really private feel to it. We will definitely be back!

Torch Lakefront Rental

I couldn’t be happier with my stay! The home, views, amenities, beach, and location are perfect! The home and furniture are updated and fully stocked with everything you need and VERY clean. I appreciated the bonus room off the living room for morning coffee and/or overflow guests/kids. Ryan does a good job being available but also giving us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. He was always available by phone to answer any questions and truly wants everyone to have a great stay. I’ve rented a handful of Torch Lake homes in the past and my experience here was by far the best. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Hello! I was born and raised in southeastern Michigan, and like many, made the weekend treks "up north" as a child. After falling in love with the area, I made the decision to move to Torch Lake and am proud to call myself a permanent resident of Northern Michigan. I am a passionate "car guy", which probably comes from my professional career in the design studio at Chrysler, and most recently, Rivian. I enjoy spending my time tinkering with house projects, boating, and exploring all that Northern Michigan has to offer with family and friends.

I am also a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Northland - Elk Rapids. If during or after you stay you realize that you might want your own slice of Northern Michigan heaven, please do not hesitate to reach out. I would be happy to assist you with any of your Real Estate needs!

There is hands-down nothing like Torch Lake. The only way to truly understand it is if you see it and experience it for yourself! My only warning is that if you visit here once, then you best be prepared to come back as you will absolutely fall in love.

While the house itself is amazing, newly updated, clean, and stocked with everything you need - what sets this place apart is the setting. The combination of this home having elevated and magnificent views of Torch lake while having 110ft. of private lake frontage is a very rare and unique combination - most homes either have one or the other, not both. There is not a single spot on the entire property that is not downright amazing.

Torch Lake is also a massive lake, and with it being 17 miles long and nearly 3 miles across, a property's location on the lake is very important to consider when traveling to nearby towns. This home offers a 10 minute drive to Alden, a 35 minute drive to Traverse City, a 10 minute drive to Elk Rapids, and a 35 minute drive to Bellaire. The location is extremely convenient for those wanting to explore all of the surrounding areas without driving 1 hour+ to do so.
