Ryhmäsi nauttii 5 1/2 jalkaa syvästä, kuohuviiniä, lämmitetystä (lisämaksusta) uima-altaasta ja porealtaasta! Näet tämän turvatarkistetun keitaan heti saapuessasi kotiin! Koko takaseinä on lasinen, ja se näyttää uima-altaalle, jossa tapahtuu hauskaa ja rentoutumista auringossa. Aivan turvatarkastusalueen ulkopuolella on grilli, jolla voit valmistaa maukasta ateriaa.
Tämä koti on tahraton, ja se on päivitetty uusilla kalusteilla, jotka ilmentävät rannikon tunnelmaa. Avoin pohjaratkaisu on tilava, joten jokaisella on tilaa levittää. Kodin keskellä on olohuone, jossa on iso nahkasohva ja klubituolit oleskelua varten, kaksi ruokailutilaa - yksi paikka neljä ja toinen paikka kahdeksan. Baarissa on jakkarat istumatiloihin keskustellessasi kenen kanssa ateria valmistuu. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikilla uusilla pienillä kodinkoneilla ja keittiövälineillä.
Talon toisella puolella on kaksi makuuhuonetta: päämakuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, älykäs TV, valtava kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen alaosa, kaksinkertainen suihku ja poreallas. Edessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja älykäs TV.
Kodin toisella puolella on king-makuuhuone, jossa on älykäs televisio, joka jakaa salin kylpyhuoneen suihkulla. Lasten kerrossängyssä on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä, älykäs televisio ja viereinen kylpyhuone. Tässä kodissa on myös valtava kahden auton autotalli ja pesutupa. Pysäköinti on riittävästi neljälle autolle.
Destiny East on aidatulla, rannalla sijaitseva yhteisö, ja sillä on erinomaiset mukavuudet ryhmällesi nauttimiseen, kuten uima-allas, kuntokeskus, tennis- ja koripallokentät, IMAX-teatteri, lasten leikkipaikka, ulkogrillalointialue, viheriö & maaperän uima-allas ja kylpylä keskitetysti lähellä ostos-, ruokailu- ja viihdepaikkoja. Holiday Stay

My granddaughter enjoyed the swimming pool. The kitchen was nice and roomy. The fireplace kept us nice and cozy. The property manager was a big help every time I needed him. The house was available to us earlier than expected. That helped me a ton!

Beautiful home in a great location

This home is a beautiful place in a wonderful gated community. The home was bright and had an airy feel to it which was amazing. The pool and spa was nice once we figured out we had to pay extra for the heater portion of it. The extra price per day was a little steep especially since it resets every day, which was weird if we paid for the service. The home was a little dirty and some functions on the home didn’t work like the kitchen exhaust, burnt out light bulbs, clogged drains from hair. Despite those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Overall the stay was very nice and the house and pool were great and bonus to have your own private pool. The gated community was great with easy access to public beaches. The community pool and area was great for kids. The house itself could use a good deep cleaning and some repairs but still clean and worked well for us.

Girls Trip Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed the house, it was enough room for our party of 8 ladies. It would’ve been nice to have floaties for the pool, but we enjoyed it just as well. The house is beautiful and close to the beach, just a 6 minute walk, and close to shopping and restaurants too. The only downside we didn’t like was there weren’t enough supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, hand soap, or trash bags, which are basic essentials that we all agreed should be provided.

Nice house and location, pool and noise a problem

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The first experience was so great we decided to come back. It’s a nice house with a good location, and the property management team responds quickly. The reasons for the overall low rating for this trip were the pool and noise. The pool heater wasn’t working and we were told it had been broken for more than 6 months, which seems ridiculous. Without the heater, the pool was so cold as to be unusable. Additionally, the house next door was undergoing renovation. The workers were in the back yard cutting tiles nearly all week. The noise and dust made it impossible to be outside on the deck or even have sliding doors and windows open. I wish we’d had an experience like our first trip, but I’d say it’s unlikely we would stay here again. At least, not until the pool is properly repaired.

The on line pictures were pretty accurate however i wasn't prepared to see into the neighbors back yard/pool area from the dining room/ living room. There aren't any curtains along the entire back of the house. So at night we were completely on display. The hot tub was not functioning but we weren't told until our last night. These issues were brought up on day #2 but not addressed until last evening. But a clogged sink was addressed immediately. Beautiful house. Great location. Club house is well maintained. Awesome playground! Nice walking trail. Weird issue - VERY few hangers. Adequate dishes and platters. Good appliances. Overall I would stay again if issues are addressed..

Absolutely worst rental we’ve experienced

Upon arrival we were given the wrong code to enter the house and waited 2 hours before anyone returned our call/text. The tv in the main living room was locked out per the owner of the home so we weren’t able to watch tv as a family. There was no hot water!!! We spent most of our morning the following day trying to find and figure and contact people to fix the water heater and finally fixed it ourselves. We called every number available. Texted every number available and NOONE replied!!! For hours!!! Then the pool pump wasn’t working and figuring yellow crap was coming out of the pump into the pool!! The hot tub wouldn’t hold water!!! Or work!!! The contact numbers given to us that we called and texted so many times I can’t count were absolutely ridiculous!!! I could keep going but I won’t. Overall the absolute worst experience I’ve it’s this company and this property!!! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY EVER!!!!

The house was great. The property management company is not.

Some of the positives were there we lots of items included in the house that were not in the description like beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was great overall. A few things to be aware of, the very loud alarm system randomly went off 4 hours after we were in the house, and it was an hour before we could get someone to come out to take care of that. We paid to have the hot tub and pool heated and it wasn't. I had called and texted starting the day we arrived and was told someone would fix it. No one ever came, called and it was never fixed. I am still trying to get that refunded. The back of the couch was broken, and we had to buy a broom. The gate code only worked at one of the gates. A resident let us in and gave us a different code to use. It would be helpful if there was an actual person you could contact should problems arise.

Daydream in Destin

The property itself was very nice. The house was not clean. The carpets and walls were stained, there was a very thick layer of dust on all blinds and light fixture over the table. The dining room chair cushions were dirty. We stayed here in August, 2020, (Covid19). So that may account for there being NO pantry items, i.e. Salt, pepper, spices, etc. Nothing. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. No beach/pool towels. There was no laundry detergent. I would not stay here again. The price was too high for what you received. If the "normal" things were not going to be available that should have been reflected in the price. I have stayed at other VRBOs (not during Covid19) where the above mentioned things were in the home, pools were heated free of charge and the cleaning fee was half the price and the homes were actually clean. The property mgmt was not willing to work with us to postpone our booking to another time due to covid19 concerns. Like I said, the property itself was very nice, I'm sure the owners are relying on the property management to do a good job but that is not the case.

Beautiful Home NOT Maintained

By ALL appearances, the home looked like everything we had hoped for! The home is beautiful! BUT… on night one, the AC wasn’t working properly. Someone did come that night, and work on it. The pool area was beyond dirty! Filth in the pool and hot tub, someone else’s floats still in the pool. Text the maintenance number, someone came out and cleaned it. That evening… still day one, we went to use the hot tub, that I paid extra for it to be heated, and it would not work! Once again, text maintenance. Day two, AC still not working properly, and the hot water runs out! So cold showers for all! Luckily, my son was able to relight the hot water heater. Day three… we go to wash clothes, the dryer doesn’t work! Plus the hot water heater Goes out again! We finally get a new dryer on our last day! The hot tub never did work properly. I am awaiting my refund for the heating fee. All three maintenance workers informed me they had been at the house just the week before. For what this house costs to rent it, owners or someone needs to put some money into fixing and maintaining this property.

Decent house but horrible management, sketchy extra charges

Overall house was alright and in a decent location, but unfortunately the experience was marred by horrible management (Best Beach Getaways). I would not recommend staying here as there are better options for the price in the area with way less sketchy management. A couple examples: - We paid the extra per-day fee for the heated pool, yet when we arrived it was not working. I called the company and they notified me that the heater had been broken for weeks, but they never mentioned it to me and charged my card anyway. I had to ask for them to remove the charge, which thankfully they did. - Received a very large charge from them the day after leaving. I called immediately on seeing the charge, and they said that we had taken three of the plastic wristbands for the guesthouse. I apologized and explained it had been left in the car by accident and asked if I could overnight them back and have the charge removed, and they refused. For whatever reason Vrbo won't let me write the exact amount of the charge, but as it is relevant, it was multiple hundreds of dollars. Four of them, to be exact. For three plastic wristbands. They also charged an additional cleaning fee and refused to give any details as to why, despite the fact we had made sure to put away all garbage exactly as requested. This was my first time using Vrbo and hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any rental. Definitely recommend spending your money at a different property.

Has the POTENTIAL to be 5 stars

What was good: spacious; beds are all very comfortable; kitchen has enough pots/pans/dishes; patio/pool area is nice. Available floats/beach gear in garage are a plus; garage and use of it is a plus. Big negatives: 1)this is NOT a short walk to the beach. If you are just taking a stroll, yes. But not when you are hauling gear for a day on the beach. Not even with a wagon. Do not pick this house if an easy trek to the beach is of import to you. 2) proprty mngmt is the PITS. No air when we arrived. We called multiple times before having someone get our message and send someone to repair. The ice maker in fridge did not work and we were without ice (having to buy many bags of ice all week) until the last 2 days of our stay which by that time we had bags of ice a plenty. 3) Master bedroom would not make hot water for days. 4) ottoman in living room was broken/missing a leg (how hard is it to put a leg on the ottoman or replace altogether in A rental at this ratel?) 5) rental is advertised with a hot tub but it was not heated. 6) outside grill was a disgusting grease pit - we had to work on it for an hour before getting to use it. 7) the floors in the house are dirty - my feet were black after walking barefoot in the house the first day - then I learned to keep shoes on. 8) the range and oven had caked up grease on them that was not something we could easily clean. Needed razor blades taken to the smooth top range. All of these things were reported - the only thing they took (Any) urgency about was air conditioning (thank goodness). This isn’t a rental worth what is being charged at present condition - quite a lot of other small repairs needed as well. Very disappointed.

Our family had such an amazing stay! The location is perfect it is nice and quiet but still so close to all activities available and the beaches are gorgeous!! The home was clean, gorgeous, and comfortable. Pool was excellent and made our stay so fun for the kids! Will definitely stay again next time we are in Destin!

House is nice (needs updates) - management company not helpful at all!

We stayed for 6 days at the house. It is a really nice house, in a nice neighborhood, but there is definitely deferred maintenance - cushions are stained, there are dings in the cabinetry, marks on the walls, etc. There is construction going on immediately behind the pool which is not in the photos. They are building a house that is very close by (less than 50 feet). It was loud on the days the construction team was working. The hot tub was not working when we arrived. We left a message with Best Beach Getaways (the management company) and they did not respond with any info that was helpful. It took 2+ days for the pool person to come out and tell us it was broken (not heating). Additionally, the button to turn on the jets was also broken. The pool guy helped to warm it up a bit, but we lost 2+ days in a working hot tub. We did ask for a refund of some of the heating charges and the management company refunded us. The management company was not very responsive. They do not answer the maintenance phone line. You have to leave a message. They do not really seem to care if you are enjoying your vacation or having issues, which again is disappointing. After our stay they charged our credit card for $53 (without telling us why). When I called the office to understand the charge, I was told it was a 'citation' for not putting the garbage cans out on garbage day. We didn't put the cans out because we had only been there a few days and didn't have garbage. I was told to send an email to someone named Erica to get it resolved. I have sent 2 emails & 2 voicemails, and no one is calling me back. It's another frustrating issue with Best Beach Getaways. We will not stay at another one of their properties again. There is nothing in the house - spices, ziploc bags, nothing. In other places we have stayed, there are some supplies. For our 6 day trip we had to go to the supermarket and buy a lot of things that we didn't fully use. We were told not to leave anything in the house so some things we threw away. Also, there are beach chairs, an umbrella and corn hole in the garage. We wish that had been in the listing because we used the credit we received through the booking to rent the exact same things, so it was a bit of a waste. The community has a nice pool and hot tub. There are tennis, pickleball and basketball courts but they do not have any equipment to borrow/rent. This also was not outlined in the listing.
