Hallitsevat kattohuoneistoa koskevat näkymät ikuisesti tästä ylellisestä kattohuoneistosta, jolla on laaja lasi ja joka on kääritty parvekkeen ympärille ..

Tässä hämmästyttävässä yksikössä on lasiseinät olohuoneessa ja ruokasalissa, josta on laajat näkymät maileihin itään, rannoille ja lahdelle, jopa nauttia auringonlaskuista parvekkeelta ja lähellä olevista näkymistä laiturille.

Suuret ja tilavat, olohuone ja ruokasali ovat anteliaita, ja hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on kävelyretki saaren ympäri maksimaalisen tehokkuuden saavuttamiseksi.

Condo was beautiful as pictured, great location. The only issue I had I messaged to the property manager and I did feel that the issue should have been handled differently.

Wonderful place

Great place to stay, parking access from the beach was great convenience ( paddle boards, beach chairs and all the of beach equipment was left in the cars for nights,no need to carry upstairs). Apartment very clean, well maintained, balcony view gorgeous. Great place to stay!

Great View, clean and spacious

Perfect condo!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was so spacious. We had 10 of us and we all had to room to stretch and have our own space. The master bedroom was my favorite ;) They had all the kitchen supplies you needed if you would want to cook at night or two. Before we even go to the condo we had some issues with our payment and Warren Beach Rental was super accommodating and understanding. We will definitely be using this company for years to come!

Great Beach Condo

This condo is great for a handful of friends! High up and wrap around porch meant great views and breeze! The beds are a little hard and lacking the cushiony softness we all preferred, but aside from that, the place is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

One of our best stays in PCB!

Sunrise Beach 2401 was perfect in every way, and it helped us have one of the best trips in decades of coming to the beach. The condo is spacious, very well appointed, and the wraparound balcony is to die for. Warren Beach Rentals couldn't have been more helpful and informative during each part of our trip - from booking through to departure. We will definitely be back, and it will be soon!!

Wasn't bad, but wasn't good

Had issues with both Sunrise Beach Resort and Warren Beach Rentals over the issue of parking passes and the lady at Sunrise was rude about it. Had to find a security guard over the issue of how to check in, he was very kind and helpful explaining the process to us. Room was good and clean, internet worked very well, room was a bit noisy at night because of the AC or furnace unit at night. Beach was great, pool on level 5 was enjoyable by our younger group. I have stayed in better units in Panama City Beach for less money, probably won't be staying at that location again.

Beautiful ocean views

My husband an I plus 2 adult family members brought my son and four of his closest friends to celebrate his 13th birthday. We all had a wonderful time. There was more than enough space for everyone. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. If we had any issues we contacted Jennifer and she was very helpful. Cons: The kids noticed their sheets and pillows had yellow stains. We discovered this late into the 2nd evening(they didn't pull the blanket back the first night) I'm sure if I reached out to Jennifer about this issue she would have had it handled. We worked around it. All in all this condo was great for our needs. The views are wonderful (you can see front beach road, and the beach from different angles). We would most definitely booked again. Thanks again!

Not very clean or stocked

Pros • the space is great for 2 families, the view was beautiful, right on the beach so going to the beach was a breeze, elevators in the condo are fast, pool was nice. Cons • The condo was not very clean upon arrival. Dirty counters, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, moldy food left in bedrooms, things in the trash… had to do a quick clean ourselves, as we had just gotten in from a 14 hr drive and couldn’t hardly put the whole family back out while we waited for a cleaning crew again, no extra sheets or blankets, broken tiles in kitchen that will pinch feet (a rug was thrown in the kitchen to cover it I guess but it doesn’t stay put). While the trip was nice, unfortunately we won’t be back due to how dirty the condo was.

Anniversary trip. Fall Break

First and foremost communication with the condo owner was quick and respectful. The condo was as presented in the VRBO App. The beach and access was accommodating. The pool area was nice and for the most part other guests were accommodating. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and accommodating. There likely should be more towels, but we were able to wash laundry several times. Sitting on the balcony was amazing views and plenty of sunset watching and beverage drinking. This property seems to be corporate ran. There is no clear office to report issues directly to. We had issues with the security personnel removing items from a rented from beach powered mobility. We had to find the specific office to find the missing items for the beach wheelchair. Security at this property also tagged our car 6 days into our stay for not being registered. The rented vehicle was registered as soon as I had the needed information on the way from the airport. We again had to seek out the correct office to make sure all information was shared. (NONE of this relates to the condo owner). Only overzealous security personnel. We would recommend staying in this property again.

Filthy unit

Unit itself is great…very spacious, great location, easily accessible. BUT the Warren Beach Rentals was awful…unit was not clean, floors dirty, stained bedding, panties from previous guest on master bedroom floor. We spent first 2 hours cleaning. TV’s in bedrooms didn’t work. Central Unit was frozen up upon arrival, return air duct without filter and absolutely filthy. Maintenance was sent and only put in filter, so unit froze up again resulting in us having to clean it ourselves enough to stop it from freezing. Contacted management multiple times and they did respond… yet some issues never resolved and they were rude when confronted about cleanliness and refund of cleaning fee…of which we did not get. Management wanted to place blame on owners needing updates instead of taking responsibility for incompetency of staff. Would not recommend any rental with Warren Beach Rentals.

5 stars for a quick getaway

Last minute trip to the beach. We lucked up and found this condo last minute. The fine folks at Warren Beach Rentals really put us in the best spot on the beach.. First time to PCB, and didnt know what we wanted, but they listened to what we liked and hit a home run with this condo. We have already booked this unit for our family spring break trip 2023!! Thank you Dinah for making this quick couples trip such a hit.. This tired mom needed a break and this was the perfect respite!

We had the best time in 2401 Sunrise. Great condo, very clean, very well appointed and convenient to all of the fun in PCB> Loved the large rooms and expansive wrap around balcony. We will definitely return to this condo and you can rent with confidence.

Loved the condo. It was exceptionally clean, and the views are probably the best in all of PCB. Windows capture views in almost every direction. Warren Beach Rentals team was super helpful and would give this 10 stars if we could.

Amazing Views! Outstanding Amenities! Perfect!

Sunrise, sunset and dolphins! It was the perfect stay! The condo itself is set up perfectly. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Don’t forget the outdoor living space. Huge wrap around porch. Every window in the condo provides outstanding views. Everything you need to cook, lots of room for our family ( 4 adults- 5 kids under 10 ) Beds are comfortable, but if you like pillows, bring a few extra. Also, the Walmart was very easy to get to for all the items we needed. Easy access to the beach and pool. We loved the restaurant that was close to the condo called Sharkys! They have a playground for the kids to play on the beach, lunch time was less busy. The ocean had some “pink meanies” jellyfish but even with them in the water, the kids were able to play safely. The ocean was warm and refreshing. Our family loved this property so much we decided to do this again next year!
