Koe rannikkoelämä Casa Costerassa, viehättävästi remontoidussa 1948 -vuotisessa rannikkokodissa, jossa on oma uima-allas ja hauska aurinkoterassi, jossa grilli ja nurmikon tuolit. Hotelli sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla lähellä rantoja, korttelin päässä historiallisesta alueesta ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Conch House -ravintolasta ja venesatamasta. .

Kolmen makuuhuoneen / kahden kylpy koti tarjoaa valoisan ja tilavan sisustuksen, jossa on alkuperäinen parkettilattia ja keraaminen laatta keittiössä.

Comfy home for a month

The location was fantastic. Parking was much better than expected. The biggest concern is the dishwasher and kitchen in need of repair. There was a lot of rust in the dishwasher.

Great stay

The stay was very enjoyable and we loved the home. Location was perfect for our 4th of July plans of going to beach, historic district, fireworks, walking to pier, and Conch house.

Spacious and relaxing

Excellent Location

Our family had off shore fishing trips planned all weekend, being walking distance to the marina was exactly what we wanted. The pool offered a relaxing afternoon/evening after being out fishing all day. The Home was clean and had beyond our expectations of kitchen cookware available. We will definately book this Home again in the Future

Cute Historic House

The house is located in an area close to dining, the property is well kept Pool is older but fine to take a dip in. Had we stayed a day or two longer we would have had to go buy papergoods, as only one roll of TP per bathroom was provided. There was a white travel van that was parked in front of the property the entire stay and it freaked my kids out a little. Overall a great stay.

Perfect Stay

The top attribute I need to mention about this property is the cleanliness. It was absolutely spotless inside and out. Very evident the owner's use the property themselves and care about it. The location was excellent, the kitchen was well-appointed, and we all loved the pool. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot!

We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was great for us. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for us all. I like that we were near downtown and lots of great restaurants but that the neighborhood is quiet. The master bathroom is kinda small but other than that no complaints.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! We walked to a nice dinner at Conch House and walked to Juicy for some fantastic healthy breakfast bowls! Spent a day in the ancient city as well as Anastasia Island. The Saturday farmers market at the amphitheater was fun too. The house was very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent our last day lounging by the pool. Over all, a great experience!

We Returned!

We stayed at this same property in June of 2017 and returned because of the pool, location, and being pet friendly. The home is very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. We love being in a quiet neighborhood which is great for bike riding, walking, and dog walks. Having the Conch House restaurant within walking distance is an added bonus when you don't care to drive for a bite to eat. We love this cottage and would not hesitate to return for a 3rd time.

Month to Remember

We stayed in Costa Costera the month of February. The house in clean and cosy. The kitchen was supplied better than many rentals we have been at, although we would have liked a toaster. The backyard pool was our oasis. The home is in a great location as we were able to walk into St Augustine to avail ourselves of all it had to offer and we could ride bikes or drive to the beach. If you are looking for a nice spot to come home to after a day of sightseeing or beaching it, this is the place!

Perfect Place to explore St. Augustine!

We had the best time during our stay at Casa Costera. It was the perfect space for our family of 4 and small dog. The location is ideal with easy access to the beach and old town St. Augustine. We took advantage of the bikes during our stay - biking to restaurants and Anastasia State Park. It was so much fun! The cottage is clean and quaint with great space for everyone. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. Although it was too cold to swim in the pool, we did spend a lot of time in the back just basking in the sun and reading . Honestly, it was the perfect place for our extended stay (we are relocating to the area). Harry and Patty did an exceptional job of taking care of us. We highly recommend Casa Costera to anyone staying in the St. Augustine area!

Location with the best amenities

It was about 5 minuets to drive to downtown St. Augustine, less than 10 to the beach, walking distance to put put and the Conch Restaurant, and about 1-2 miles from the alligator farm and Anastasia state park! Everything was so close and conveniently located, but we enjoyed spending time at the house more than sight seeing! My 6 and 8 year old daughters spent most of their time tumbling and running through the beautiful and thick St. Augustine grass in the yard and swimming in the pool. The privacy fence around the pool was a wonderful bonus too. Although the house is only about 1100 sq ft, the layout of the house made feel very spacious! The house is pet friendly and of course we brought our fur baby too (who also loved the grass as much as the girls)! When you walk into the house, not only is it exceptionally clean, but there is absolutely no odor of a dog ever being in the house! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice home.

We enjoyed our stay and over all the house was nice and was pretty much as it shows on the site. Kitchen was well stocked. The only small thing I was a little disappointed in was that you cannot go directly from the house to the pool area. You have to go out thru the garage and then in another gate to the pool. This would not have been too big of a deal but we had our dog with us and with it set up like this every time we wanted to go out to the pool area with him we had to take time to put his lease on him and walk him over. I guess I just assumed the would be direct access from the house to the pool. If I would have know there was not I would have chosen a different home to rent that would have worked better for our situation.

Great house and location

We had a great time in St. Augustine and this house was wonderful. The location was perfect. It was just a few minutes (no more than 5) to the State Park Beach, which was wonderful and a few more to the public beach areas which were really just as nice. The historic city was a turn and a trip over the bridge, the time was dependent on traffic and whether the bridge was up or not, but it never took very long. Our teenagers loved the area and there was enough to keep them busy between the beaches, the shops and even the history. The people were wonderful and there was plenty of different activities. The house was great, clean and nicely appointed. The cable is limited, but we didn't use it much so it didn't bother us. The WiFi worked very well in the home and that was all our kids needed. Management was great, responsive and quick to return the deposit. There were no hidden fees and everything in the house was as advertised. We took our small dog and there was plenty of room for him in the yard and he enjoyed "hanging out" with us in the private pool area. I would recommend the house and the rental group. Great people! Thanks so much, we had a great time.

Filthy roach/bed beetles invested & hot as hell

It was horrible. It was filthy. It was roach & bed bug or bettles of some sort in single bed on left under sheet and mattress protector. Nest infestation of those located by my 12 yo granddaughter. Roaches on my Mellow Mushroom pizza when I returned to the kitchen for another slice 🤮 I sent pictures in previous email. She also found an ironing board that fell out of the wall and made a goose egg on her forehead. A smaller child could have been injured worse. The air conditioning unit is not adequate for the house. It was hot as hell inside. I was exhausted from waking up in a puddle of sweat multiple times a night so we left Wednesday a day early. Gladly. I will never rent another property from Sunshine realty. I have never had such a horrible experience. And did I mention the place is visibly filthy and stunk. Gross. I do NOT recommend. Horrible Property Manager!

We arrived at the home to pee covered towels under the carpeting, feces on the side of one of the toilets and a dishwasher that smelled so bad it was unusable. Regardless of all that, we were just thrilled to be on vacation and planned to overlook the cleaning issues. Then on our 3rd night at the property, the AC stopped working. We informed the property manager right away but a whole second day went by with no air conditioning. When my husband asked why they had not been out to fix the issue, we were told that the only 24 hour company was unavailable. When he responded with other companies that did provide 24 hour service, the property manager responded with "oh, I guess you did your research." They proceeded to bring us portable units that smelled horrible and leaked all over the floors. The reduced the temperature to a cool 82 degrees and were so loud we couldn't even watch a movie. On day 3, still no AC, we spoke with Dave. I was extremely disappointed in his disposition and lack of urgency for our situation. At one point he said "It's not that bad!" At this point the temperature in the house was 84 degrees and we had lost a full day of our once per year vacation dealing with these issues. Dave proceeded to tell us we could either leave and find another house or wait and receive credit for one day. We decided to leave and were told we would need to vacate by 5pm to receive credit for our stay. Horrible treatment for a family just trying to enjoy their vacation.
