Heated Pool and Spa!

This home features a large heated saltwater pool and a spa in a beautiful backyard with large tropical vegetation that creates privacy. Centrally located between downtown St. Augustine and the beaches which makes getting around very easy. The pool can be heated for your stay.

This home is in the most sought-after neighborhood on the island, Davis Shores. With the Bridge of Lions connecting you to everything in historic downtown and the State Park Beach Access just a minute away, you have everything to enjoy right at your fingertips. Anastasia Blvd offers delicious eateries that you can either walk or bike to. The Boulevard also offers some fun nightlife like karaoke, line dancing, and live music at the local’s favorite spots.

This is a single story home that has 2 bedrooms with king beds and a bedroom with 2 full beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in a main area that can be used if needed. The home has a stocked kitchen that makes eating in a breeze. There is a large screened in porch with outdoor sectional to relax and plenty of patio furniture to lounge on. House can comfortably sleep 6-8 people depending on your sleeping arrangements.

Guest access
Entire house except garage and one owners closet.
Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking of anything in the home.
Up to 3 cars allowed. No guest access to fire pit.

Pet Fee - A non refundable deposit of $100 for up to two dogs will be charged for the stay. Please add your dogs to your reservation up front.

The pool is heated Nov 1 to May 1.

Additional rules
Space for 4 cars only. Please plan accordingly.
No more than 7 guests during your stay per city laws.

No gutting fish or leaving Caracas in house trash cans. Do this at the dock.

No smoking in the house or screened in porch.

Pool:
• No glass in pool area or in the hot tub.
• No diving.
• Wash off ALL beach sand before swimming.
• No dogs in the pool. Dog hair clogs up the system and inhibits the equipment from producing chlorine leading to algae growth.
• Do not leave children unattended at any time.
• Swim at your own risk.


Hot tub:
• No jumping in.
• Don’t let children less than 5 years of age use hot tub.
• Limit hot tub soaking. (15 minutes)
• Swim at your own risk.
• Guests may be asked to add hot tub sanitizer during their stay.

Pet policy:
• Please clean up after your dog.
• No dogs allowed in the pool.

Do not move any indoor furniture.
No guest access to firepit.

No fireworks permitted on property.

Children are to be supervised during their stay. Children should not be in or near the pool or hot tub without adult present
