Sijaitsee yksinomaisessa yhteisössä Calabay Parc, meidän 5 makuuhuoneen 4 kylpy huvila koti on täydellinen seuraavaan Florida loma.

Talo on täydellinen vieraille jopa 6 aikuista ja 4 lasta. Kalustettu poikkeuksellisen korkeatasoiseksi et tule pettymään kotimme. Huvilamme hyödyntää itsenäistä sisäänkirjautumista etuoven näppäimistöllä, joten voit kirjautua sisään ilman vaivaa.

Huvilassa on myös langaton internetyhteys ja paikallis- ja kaukopuhelut Yhdysvalloista / Kanadaan maksutta.

Calabay Parcin iso uima-allas ja yksi suurimmista uima-altaan kannoista tarjoavat sinulle paljon aikaa auringossa, ja siellä on myös suuri ulkonema, jossa voit nauttia mukavasta ateriasta hauskanpään jälkeen. Allas sisältää värejä vaihtavan valon, ja uima-altaan lanai on kiristetty valoilla nauttiakseen pimeästä. Allas voidaan lämmittää talvikuukausina.

Huvilassa ei ole takanaapureita, ja se tarjoaa upeat näkymät yksityiselle nurmikolle, johon korkea seinä nousee lisää yksityisyyttä. Täysin suojatulla uima-altaalla saat runsaasti auringonpaistetta koko päivän. Nauti jonkin aikaa poissa auringosta ja siemailee kylmiä juomia terassipöydässä tilavan katetun lanai-alueen alla, kattotuuletin. Helppo pääsy alueen nähtävyyksiin ja ostosmahdollisuuksiin ...… 5 minuuttia Publixiin, 10 min Walmartiin.

Pystymme majoittamaan ylimääräisen vauvan pakkauksessa ja leikkimään sekä pienen lapsen ilmapatjalla.

Calabay Parc on rauhallisella alueella. Calabay Gold Villa on sijoitettu hyvin yhteisöön, joten liikenteen melua ei ole. Yhteisössä on lasten leikkikenttä, ja sisäänkäyntiä ja naapurustoa valvotaan turvallisuuden vuoksi videoiden avulla.

Great House if going to Disney

The house was good but the location wasn’t great. It took about 1 to 11/2 hrs to get to SeaWorld and Universal There was so much traffic where it should’ve been 20 to 30 min. Would definitely recommend this house if going to Disney

Amazing property!

Our family absolutely lovers this house. It was very spacious and clean, as well as being close to everything. We loved the space that it provided for our family, and really loved the pool area. Spoke to the host several times before and during the stay and they were incredibly responsive. We would certainly stay here again!

Fantastic week at a super villa

We are frequent visitors to the Orlando area, we travelled as a family including a child under 1 and a 4 year old, the villa was ideally set up for us, was exactly as described and we had great comms from the owner, very pleased overall.

Family celebration

A lovely villa in a private location. The host Andrew corresponded very well and any queries we had was answered promptly. On arrival the villa was very clean and had everything you need to a family stay. Would highly recommend this villa.

Very relaxing location with easy access to the parks. House very well appointed. Great pool and poolside experience. We cooked every night. Two public supermarkets close by.would love to come back again.

Great Location, Beautiful Property

Very pleased with the stay. The house was great and spacious, and the pool was a nice touch for our days in. The only complaint is the traffic on I-4 making the trip to Disney a bit longer than expected (25-35 mins daily). Andrew was great and always very responsive, would definitely stay again even with the longer drive to Disney.

Great family holiday.

We all enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious villa. It was comfortable and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The children especially enjoyed their Disney themed rooms and the games room. Everyone appreciated coming back to the lovey pool after a long day at the Theme Parks.

Fantastic villa capped off our fantastic holiday

The villa was spacious and very well furnished. Everything and more was supplied, lots of pool towels, clean fresh white towels, a ninja blender, hair dryers, kettle, more than enough for our family of 9. Communication with our hosts was excellent especially when we had a power outage. Situated in a quiet residential area, there was perfect quiet after long days at the parks. We would definitely recommend a stay there.

2021 Disney Christmas Vacation

The house as perfect for our family size. We loved our stay. House had everything that was need for a week long stay. House was clean, property owner (Andrew) responded immediately with an answer every time we had a questions. Everybody loved the pool! Would definitely stay again at this property!

Winter getaway

Very clean, and spacious for our family of 7. High chairs, pack n plays, and strollers were a big convenience for us. Kids loved the pool, got warm enough for them in February with the added heater. They also enjoyed the game room and character bedrooms. The neighborhood felt very safe and well kept. The pool guy was friendly and nice to talk to. Highly recommend and will definitely keep in mind for our next Disney/Florida trip.

Family holiday of 6 adults

We stayed at Calabay gold for two weeks as a family of 6 adults. The youngest is autistic and so accommodation was important to him and us. It was clean, and comfortable. There were extras provided like plenty of towels for showering and the pool. The pool had a safety gate with excellent locking system. There was a games console which the big boys loved. The dining table was large enough for us all to sit around for meals and card games. The lounge was open plan so you could still chat whilst cooking. The games room was located in the garage which again the big boys and big girl enjoyed. When sat by the pool we saw plenty of wildlife which enhanced the stay. There were plenty of sun loungers and chairs, outside lights etc. All in all we would stay again. It was a welcoming homely place to come back to after a long hot day. Thank you for making our stay fabulous!!

Great pool !

This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Orlando. This was our first experience using VRBO and it was a good one. The proximity of this home to Disney and Universal was great, and not a bad drive to Clearwater Beach for the day either ! House was clean and just as expected from the photos. The pool was our favorite part. There are Bluetooth speakers in the pool area which was great as well! Andrew was also very communicative prior to and at the end of our stay. We would stay here again !

Perfect family getaway

This was a birthday trip for my 2 year old son and my sister. The property was beautiful and looked exactly as listed in the photos. It was close to everything and very clean. All you need to do is bring your clothes! This house has all the amenities you need and was definitely a home away from home. On the second day of our stay we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home. Both the owner and property manager were quick with a response to help us get back in. We all absolutely enjoyed ourselves and didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful family escape

From the moment we entered this beautiful house our family felt right at home. The home is exactly as described in the listing. The owner Andrew was very communicative and easy to reach if needed. We enjoyed many days and nights in the pool as well as game night and movie nights in the living room. The area is perfect for those looking to shop and so conveniently close to the Walt Disney World parks! The neighborhood was well maintained and quiet. Very peaceful and relaxing! We will be back :)

The Perfect family home for your holiday

This property was perfect for our family holiday consisting of grandparents, parents one child and one baby. It is set in a beautiful development which made us feel safe. There is parking for three cars. The house is very well appointed. A real home from home with everything we could possibly need. Large bedrooms, good size kitchen, laundry room, games room and there were plenty of towels, pool towels, crockery and kitchen items. Very clean, tastefully decorated. Then there is a great heated pool with lots of pool toys, plenty of Sun loungers, dining table & chairs, patio chairs, speakers for poolside music and various wildlife to watch!!

Calabay Gold - May 2024

Before booking Andrew’s place we spent a lot of time comparing listings to find a place to suit our needs and this rental did not disappoint. With two king primary suits there was plenty of room for two families (children:7 months & 6yrs). The listing was as described, clean, clear communication, and had everything we needed. The backyard pool area is large with a lot of patio furniture. The backyard gets full day sun and the sunsets are just incredible. There is also a shaded area which we availed of mid day when it was really hot. The pool had plenty of pool toys & was big enough to actually swim around (with both a shallow end “3ft” and deep end “5ft”). The neighbourhood is beautiful, we enjoyed early morning walks around the community, and we also were able to take our stroller and walk up to Starbucks for breakfast one morning as there is a new business park being built just at the top of the street. There is also a publix grocery store 2 minutes from the house that we visited daily. This was a relaxing vacation for us and we spent most days at the house, it was so nice we didn’t feel the need to leave it. The one outing we did do we took our 7 month old to icon park to visit the aquarium and ride the carousel. In peck traffic it took about 45 minutes to get to our location. The one thing we would do next time is rent a bbq which Andrew does provide a contact for in the welcome info. We highly recommend Andrew’s place!

Very clean & spacious!! Excellent Villa!!

I was very pleased with our stay at this Villa!! Privacy was not an issue even though there are neighbors close by. Everything was very clean upon arrival, this was such a plus for me. I did see in other reviews what we would need to purchase some items ahead of time, so that was no surprise to us and we even chose to leave some of the toiletries, garbage bags, hand/dish soaps, laundry detergent and softeners behind, in case someone didn’t see these reviews. Andrew is very quick in responding, to any of my questions, from the start of booking, to the end of our trip. I would definitely stay in this villa again, There are many pros to this home, the only con would be that you should turn the fridge to desired temp upon arrival so it’s ready for any groceries or drinks you bring in. Oh and we bought a blue tooth speaker, not knowing the pool is already equipped with two, that was such a major plus for us while relaxing by the pool day or night. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and staying in such a clean and accommodating location with no worries was honestly the best part. Thank you, Dawn, Vicky & daughters 😊
