55m2 adjoining house composed of a 100m2 garden and two bedrooms. East-facing terrace. Parking spot. Set of garden furniture and barbecue.
A living room, a kitchenette with a ceramic glass cooktop, a microwave oven, a fridge, a dish-washer and a washing machine.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
