Suuri Beach Home Alpeilla!

Triple Seas 4BR plus parvi / variksenpesä yksityisellä uima-altaalla (nukkuu 25). Hengitä syvään, sulje silmäsi ja anna huolet sulaa! Pään suoraan tilavalta terassilta uima-altaan ohi, vain muutaman metrin päässä olevaan valkoiseen hiekkarannalle. Voit ottaa aurinkoa koko päivän, nauttien lahden tuulet ja näkymät yksityiseltä uima-altaalta tai suoraan hiekkarannoilta. Jos sinulla on tilaa koko perheelle, Triple Seas on paratiisi Persianlahdella. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on baari, johon mahtuu neljä ja joka avautuu olohuoneeseen. Ruokailutilassa on kolme pöytää, joissa on istumapaikat koko rantahenkilöstölle. Pääkerroksessa olohuoneessa on holvikatot ja houkuttelevat näkymät lahdelle. Kaksi vuodesohvaa avautuvat nukkumaan neljä. Muita makuualueita tällä tasolla ovat makuuhuone, jossa parisänky ja oma kylpyhuone, queen-vuode keskimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa ja parivuode / kaksi kerrossänkyä kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa. Toinen kylpyamme ja pesutupa sijaitsevat myös päätasolla. Onnea pitää lapset pois parvella! Ruokapöydällä sijaitsevat kierreportaat johtavat yksinäiselle parvella sijaitsevalle alueelle, josta on parhaat näkymät taloon! Parvella on kaksi uutta räätälöityä parivuode- / parivuodesarjaa, joten jopa 6 lapselle on mahtava unelmajuhla! Nouseen toiseen portaikkoon, löydät toisen oleskelualueen, josta on näkymät olohuoneeseen ja näkymiin lahdelle. Siinä on vuodesohva, lepotuoli ja TV-alue. Toinen Master-sviitti king-vuoteella ja kylpyhuoneella sekä toinen makuuhuone queen-vuode ja täysi kylpyamme ovat myös tällä tasolla. Televisiot ja DVD-soittimet sijaitsevat kaikilla rantatalon alueilla. Mutta älä viett��ä koko aikaa sisälläsi! Ota aikaa tehdä muistoja yksityisellä uima-altaallasi tai surffailla! Grillaa uima-altaan äärellä, rakenna hiekkalinnoja, kerää simpukankuoria tai nauti vain auringonlaskusta mukavasta lepotuolesta. 1. 8 mailia länteen Hwy 59: stä, löydät helposti ostosmahdollisuuksia, ruokailu- ja viihdepaikkoja lähistöllä. Muista viettää aikaa myös Hangoutissa! Triple Seas on kotisi poissa kotoa ja suositeltava lomakohdesi vuosi toisensa jälkeen. Tämä on yksi! Ansaitset sen! The location was great! Kitchen is really well stocked with pots, pans and other things you'd expect to find/need. The door leading out to the back deck was difficult to open and close. Plenty of space for our group. The pool was dirty when we checked in, but was cleaned the following day after we notified the listing agent. I would stay here again.

We spent one week at Triple Seas & had an amazing time! There were 14 of us (4 families - 4,4,4&2), ages 5-69! There was always more than enough room for all of us, whether we were gathered for dinner in the dining area, watching tv at night in the living room, sleeping, bathrooms, on the deck or in the pool! Check in was simple and quick! The code was sent ahead of time and we were able to get in at 4! WiFi was available and accommodated all of our electronics! We all ordered groceries from surrounding grocery stores and the kitchen accommodated all of our things. They have a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is even a second fridge in the laundry room. Speaking of, the laundry room was a game changer for us! The view from the deck of the beach was amazing and the short walk to the beach was basically what we paid for. For the kids who didn’t want to be at the beach or in the salt water, the pool was also a game changer!!! We could split our time in between the beach or the pool. It was quite hot out so the pool made it so tolerable to be outside.Things I would change if I were picky: the house is definitely dated and things could be updated. In previous reviews, people noted outlets not working. We only found this with a few. The floor needs re-grouted as there were a couple of spots that could catch your feet. The furniture on the deck is a little dated but if anything, could use some cushions to make a little more comfortable. To end-I would 100% go back!

Great place—perfect location!!

We had a 50th anniversary celebration. We had 13 people-7adults and 6kids(2-10 years)We had a great time! Loved being so close to the beach—so convenient! And coming back to a pool was so refreshing! The second refrigerator in the laundry room was a terrific bonus!! We were close to many activities for our family to try. We would definitely go back!! There were a few little things that I would fix but every house has those. It was great!!

Amazing Location, Otherwise Disappointing

The beachfront location and private pool were great. The house is in need of a lot of repairs from deferred maintenance and it was NOT clean. Many of the dishes needed handwashed before we used them. The coffee pot glass pitcher had a broken spout tip. We also had to go buy coffee filters before we could use it. There were many cracked and broken tiles. The grout was loose and broken into chunks that were coming out all over the floors, which could be harmful and painful if you stepped on them. The outdoor seating is old, worn and uncomfortable. No cushions were provided for any of the outdoor seating. We also had to purchase an umbrella and stand to provide shade over the pool. The kitchen floors, cabinets and dining tables had dried food particles on them. The back deck had plastic bottle caps and candy strewn about from previous guests. Some of the vents had black dirt and mildew in them. We also noticed a moldy smell in the dining area. Our entire family developed runny noses and sore throats. Overall, the cleanliness was inadequate. On 2 separate occasions, we were disturbed by unannounced visits. The first was from a staircase repair man, who we asked to come back after our departure. The second was from the pool cleaning service. We were never notified by management that anyone was scheduled to come during our stay. In summary, the location, view and private pool were excellent. All other aspects were disappointing, especially considering the cost.

Amazing place with great location

We loved the location, the private pool, the short walk to the beach, the second fridge, and great communication with rental property checking on us! There is SOOO many beds and spots for others that we wish we would have brought more friends! The only thing to improve would be that there needs to be new electrical outlets installed as all of them will barely allow a plug to atay in them.

Wonderful communication with property manager! Location was perfect for our family. Some of our group came from North Carolina and was their first trip to the Gulf. They loved it! The experience with this home helped with this. We had plenty of room. Everything was exactly as expected.

Great location, house is lacking

Overall we had a wonderful trip! Triple Seas is in a great location and overall the house suited our needs. However, there were quite a few things that need attention and unfortunately left us underwhelmed for the amount of money we spent to stay there. When we arrived at the designated check-in time, the code didn’t work. The front door didn't latch correctly, you could push against it and it would open right up. The deck floor had loose boards and screws sticking up everywhere. If you didn't watch, you could easily cut your foot. Several deck chairs were broken or nearly broken. Didn’t have any cushions either. The pool area and lower parking area were littered with trash and debris when we arrived. We spent the first 30 minutes cleaning the area up. Pool light didn't work, so no night time swims. The doorknob on the bedroom with the window overlooking the living room was about to fall off. That room could also use a curtain or blinds of some kind, due to it overlooking the living room. Nearly all the plug-ins were loose and things wouldn't stay plugged in. They would also spark when plugging things in. Can't be safe or up to code. Downstairs main shower handle falls off. Upstairs AC didn't work in king room. There were no hooks anywhere in the house to hang towels, purses, etc. Several floor tiles were broken, resulting in us having to put duct tape. This house could be great with some TLC put back into it!

The property was exactly what we expected. The location made the vacation 100x better with the amazing view and right on the beach. I did message the manager of the property one time and they never responded to me but we got the issue fixed. Would recommend this location!

Great Family Vacation

The property was amazing and we had a wonderful time. We were worried when we drove up bc it is on the main road but that was not a problem at all. The beach is beautiful and we were the only ones in front of our house so that made it so nice to not have to fight the crowds. The house was clean and very spacious. It is the first house we stayed in that had that many bedrooms and the living and kitchen area matched the amount of people we had staying there. There was plenty of room for everyone!!! We had 9 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5. We loved the deck and the pool. The pool is not in the shade so we would rig our beach umbrella's, in the afternoons, to cover the pool for the littles! The pool water was very warm by afternoon. Our family loved it and we will be back!!!

Location, location, location

There were 15 of us. This house was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evening, and the beach during the day. Our beach location was perfect. Not crowded at all. We were close to a convenience store and ten minutes from Walmart. No problems with Wi-Fi. Highly recommend.

Perfect Beach location!

This summer we took our first big family vacation with 14 extended family members and Triple Seas was the perfect place! There was plenty of space for all of us and there was lots of room to spread out. The view was gorgeous with just a short walk to the beach. Our family loved the private pool and utilized it daily! Overall the house was in good condition. However there were several outlets that were loose or didn’t work and missing their covers. We also found several nails/glass in the covered driveway due to recent renovations to the house. Unfortunately our check in was delayed due to cleaning and we couldn’t get into the house until 4:30. With all of that being said, we would definitely stay here again! Our family had a wonderful time and we felt like this was the perfect house for us!
