Upouusi rakennus avataan 15. toukokuuta. Moderni ilme ja maku Miami-tyylillä. Äärettömyyden reunalla sijaitseva uima-allas, talonmiesten päällä, kiinteistö sijaitsee 3/4 hehtaarin päässä yksityisellä rannalla ja laiturilla palapalla. Ympäristöystävällinen, pois verkkoon kaikilla mukavuuksilla, joita voit odottaa 5 tähden hotellilta. Vesityökalut, jotka sisältävät kajakkeja, melontalautoja, snorklausvarusteita ja kevyitä vapoja, sisältyvät vierailuusi ilmaiseksi.

Fantastic

We can’t say enough about this property. The house is perfect, the setting restful but playful and the staff out of this world. Chef kept us well fed and happily took our requests. Best of all, we communicated in advance our activity desires to house manager Brian and he kept us bust every day with our requested fishing, snorkeling and sightseeing. The fast boat was a joy. Do bear in mind that if boating then gas will be a big expense (but worth it).

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the pick up from the airport our boat ride to the house this day was amazing. The location of the house was perfect. The staff was amazing! We did not want for anything!

Amazing week

Casa Nex Ta Sea was the most amazing vacation we have ever been on! The home and property are so beautiful. Its so nice to have a private area to relax. The tours were incredible and so much fun!! All of the staff is so kind and make your trip so personal. My family & I loved getting to know them and spend our week with them. They all go above and beyond to make your trip special. Cant wait to go back! BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER BEEN ON!

Wonderful trip with ample amenities! It was wonderful to be able to do any and all activities we wanted to do without having to go through a different agent/business. Having our own boat access for the week allowed for a wide variety of activities out on the water. Jason, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are well cared for!

Unbelizeable!

The place is fantastic, on the North end of the Island just up from secret beach but away from everything and very private which we like. We took our two sons (22 and 18) and everyone had a great time. They loved riding the wave runners and going out on the boat to fish and lobster hunt. There are a bunch of staff taking care of everything, and even some cute little guard dogs. The two Chef’s Andy and Kevin made fantastic dishes for every meal, we’ve eaten at many of the restaurants in San Pedro before and these guy’s food is better. There’s another Kevin who is there all day taking care of the property and making drinks anytime you need one and they are great, he even went in to San Pedro with us one night to take us to the famous Chicken Drop. Brian, the property manager keeps everything coordinated and takes you out for the boat excursions with his helpers Papito and Rudi. They put us on the fish and caught a bunch of lobster, which was my younger son’s favorite part. My wife enjoyed laying by the pool reading books and enjoying the ocean views, it was a great escape!

Family celebration

The fact this property was completely self sufficient and off the grid really intrigued us. Our young mechanical engineer in our group thought the whole set up was pretty amazing as did we all. Brian and Yuri were amazing hosts. Brian, also the boat captain did a great job of keeping us in our comfort zone while fishing. His knowledge of the area was incredible. Snorkelling was amazing. The fishing was incredible even for us rookies. Rodwell the chef was so passionate about his craft. He was amazing. Rudy and Kevin were so helpful with all our needs and we’re at there to assist all times. The facility and location were very good but it was the staff that made the trip. It was hard to say goodbye. Thank you all for exceeding our expectations. Kevin thanks for taking the kids to town and Rudy for being such an amazing underwater guide. Rodwell we will try and replicate some of your dishes! Brian we will never forget the Barracuda. Thanks again!!

Perfect for us

My wife and I tend to stay away from crowds and enjoy some time together away from everyday life. The house has a picturesque view of multi hued water that we watched the sun set over from our private poolside patio. An added benefit is that while seagrass can be an issue on the East side of the island, not at Casanextasea. Picture perfect. The house Is brand new and very comfortable. We had WiFi, music hook-up and Netflix if wanted. We opted for the full service experience and were catered to every day. Dion our chef was fast, friendly and dished up amazingly creative and delicious meals. Brian arranged any outing we wanted and always made sure our experiences were top notch. We celebrated my birthday and we went to Rain. Brian arranged the reservation so typical of his thoughtfulness he had them decorate our table ahead of our arrival. Brian’s wife Yuri was so sweet and was like a ninja cleaning for us when we were out. I could go on and on. Just a great stay that met all expectations and then some.

Paradise found

If you are reading this review because you are thinking about booking this property - STOP WASTING SECONDS OF YOUR LIFE AND DO IT NOW! The pictures are truly nothing in comparison, there is no way to represent the feeling and the beauty of this property, you must see it for yourself SO GET ON IT. There is not a single detail that hasn’t been thought of to create a perfect vacation. Jason is not only a gracious host but also a very down to earth person that knows what it takes to have a spectacular time and he’s there to guide you to do the same. If you want to have the best time, BETTER BOOK NOW. Networking and knowing the right people is key to any successful business, so as you might expect, Jason has top notch people on staff to care for the property and the guests. I’m talking about folks that you’ll remember forever, years after this trip (trust me, you’ll be back anyway). Brian is the Michael Jordan of caretakers. He and his wife live right behind the house and are there for you 24/7 to make sure your stay is complete perfection. I recommend you level up and take advantage of the captain, chef and bartender services (Chef Dion), it is pricey but worth it. Ask Jason for details. Dream vacation

Our stay at Casa Nex Ta Sea was by far our families best vacation ever!! We were a two family travel group with 4 adults and 5 kids ages 6-12. Our vacation started with a little hiccup but Jason, the property owner, was right there to help smooth every detail out. The house itself is stunning and filled with everything that you need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and each room has its own air conditioning unit (helpful for our California thermostats). The house has caretakers and is meticulously maintained. Brian, caretaker and tour guide extraordinaire, and his wife Yuri live on the property behind the house. Yuri does the indoor housekeeping daily, and we had beautiful fresh beds to crawl into after our wonderfully adventurous days. For us all one of the major highlights was our all inclusive chef, Andy. The meals were the best food we have ever eaten. Often the food included fish or lobster that was caught on the boat the day before. He was also very accommodating for our younger children's less than exotic pallets. When we weren't on the boat, we spent a lot of time on the pool or using the JetSki's. We would need an extra couple of days if we wanted to explore all the fun options this house, an island have to offer. We, however, chose to spend most of our time on the boat with Brian. He was always up for whatever adventure we wanted, including taking one of our members of the scuba dive at the blue hole. This home and its staff are truly a dream come true.

The pictures are wonderful, but it’s better than the photos. Staying on the bayside of San Pedro is the best. U do not have any sea grass and the sea grass has a bad odor. The house is quiet and relaxing but using the boat to go fish, snorkel, swim with sharks, or go to Belize city to tour the ruins/cave tubing/zip lining one day was great. Brian and Andy make sure you have fun. Narissa’s food was top notch!! She could be a 5 star chef. Brian did a great job of helping us plan our days so that we had plenty of activities and plenty of time to chill and enjoy the the house and the Hobby cat, pool, corn hole, kayaks, and paddle board. Bring or buy bug spray. The mosquitoes come out in the evenings and mornings. Andy, our fishing and boat hand was so kind and taught us a lot about the culture and island. He was born in San Pedro. He cleaned the fish and lobsters we caught and Narissa prepared them for us. This vacation was a splurge but worth it. Make sure u bring cash (US dollars or Belize) for tipping. The staff makes sure you don’t have to lift a finger and want to make sure you enjoy your time. Kevin took some great photos of our family and made sure the grounds were kept nice. Ana cleaned the house daily and did our laundry. I can’t say one bad thing about anyone at the house. They are all very kind and helpful and trustworthy.

Family Bliss in Belize

Arrived to a friendly gentleman named Brian who got us on our way to our hidden paradise on the west coast. The property was perfect, the staff was perfect, our day trips were perfect. If you like eating what you catch, you are in for a treat with Chef Andy's and his side kick Amin 5 star cooking. Plenty of time to relax and stay active Such a wonderful experience

Family spring break

We wanted sun, beach, good food and drink and we got it all. The staff here is AMAZING - like family! I would eat anything the chef put in front of us! He was so good! Our bartender was incredible! The view is just incredible! We have already booked to go back!

Beautiful house on lots of activities

We did an adults only birthday trip for my wife and we can't enough good things about this house and the staff. From the moment we arrived at the airport, Brian had everything lined up. We took the boat to the house where Yuri and Latrica had wonderful food waiting. Kevin kept the drinks flowing like water the whole time and Andy and Papito helped on the boats. We did fishing and diving one day, swam with sharks and turtles one day and just drove around and fished a little one day. The other times we were at the house enjoying the pool and ocean activities. The food was awesome but not to be outdone by the staff. Good times all around. Jason the owner has built a very special place here and I hope more people get to enjoy it!

Beautiful

We had an amazing time. Nerisa the cook is top notch. Brian the caretaker can do whatever activity you want. It is like he has a magic wand. Kevin entertained my girls and always willing to help with whatever we needed. Jimmy was so great with the fishing excursions and diligently watched grandma snorkeling to keep her safe. The all inclusive part is what makes this rental so great. It is 35 minutes in a golf cart on bumpy roads from town so it's not something were you would want to get your own supplies. All inclusive all the way!

An amazing family getaway

We stayed seven nights at Casa Nex Ta Sea. Our groups was 3 adults and 5 teens. The bunk room easily accommodated all the teens and the adults were in the other two bedrooms (both with king beds). The house is in immaculate shape and the property and the views are not done justice by the photos. Aside from the fantastic property what made the trip extra special was the incredible staff. The “captain” of the hospitality team Brian (and captain of the boat) was so eager to make sure our group enjoyed ourselves. He took us to snorkel with nurse sharks in open water, hand feed tarpons, deep sea fishing, and spear fishing, among other day trips in the boat. He and his first mate Andy were hilarious and always keen to make sure we got fish every time we tried. Our group landed several 3 foot long barracuda, giant red snapper, grouper, trigger fish, and bunch of conch. All of which were expertly prepared by the chef. Kevin worked tirelessly both on keeping the grounds of the property clean as well as all the hauling out to the boat of the food and beverages for our large group. Always with a smile on his face and ready to lend a helping hand on land or on the boat. And of course no review would be complete without reference to the chef Nerissa. We live in a major North American city and I can honestly say her cooking is better than 90 percent of the restaurants here. No all inclusive resort no matter how high end touches her cooking. A couple of things you should know. These are not criticisms just things people should know in advance so as to enjoy their trip. It’s very up front that while the use of the boat is included in the all inclusive package the gas is not. Important that you budget for your trip understanding how much gas a large boat uses and how expensive gas is in Belize. Expect to spend $1000-$1500 usd on gas in a week if you are doing daily boat excursions. Second there are two lovely friendly dogs on the property. They are only let out in the evenings so aren’t around during the day while you are lounging poolside. Finally in the pictures it looks as though there may be a second door in the master bathroom the living room, but it’s a door to a walk-in closet. There is one other bathroom, so with a large group whoever has the master bedroom needs to be okay with letting others use your bathroom during high traffic times like end of day shower time and mornings. Five stars.

Incredible week in San Pedro

The pictures although accurate, just do not do the property justice. The home is beautiful, comfortable, private, and the water is so clear and blue. Our family really enjoyed our stay. If you have some in the group that want to relax, read, and soak up the sun, this home is perfect. If you have adventure seekers and explorers in your group this home is perfect. The boat that is provided with the home was amazing. We were on our own schedule. We explored, we snorkeled, we scuba dived, we fished, and well you get the idea. The golf carts provided with the home were great for heading into town, having coffee, ice cream for the kids and exploring. Whether your group prefers the pool or the the beach, the house will accommodate everyone. The home is only a portion of the experience. I can’t say enough about the staff at this house, they really made our trip special . These are amazing people who will pamper and spoil you., to the point you will not want to ever go back to your previous life. Narisa, the chef, is a professional. She made some amazing meals for us and cooked fish we brought back from our day on the boat. What really stands our to me is her passion and attention to the meals and our family. One of my sons had a birthday while we were there and I can not tell you how special she made it for him. The cake she baked was amazing and beautiful. Yuri, kept the house clean and fresh during our stay and daily was washing clothes, to the point I don’t think anyone in our family went home with dirty clothes in their luggage. Kevin, kept the exterior of the home and the beach in perfect order and when the kids wanted to go for a golf cart ride or head in to town, he was right there with them. Andy helped to keep the boat in order and assisted us on fishing trips and exploring, whether it was the blue hole or the reef. Andy is a proud native of San Pedro and has an amazing spirit. Lastly, Brian, the boat captain and manager of our experience. Brain was attentive, accommodating, kind, but most of all watching every minute to make sure we were taken care of, happy, and enjoying ourselves. No matter where we went or what we did, he was there to make our trip unforgettable. I feel like our family has made life long friends. As a family, we prefer to collect memories over material things and I can tell you this was one we will cherish for a lifetime. -FK

Our trip was amazing! From the location to the food to the staff. Everything was on point and amazing. We cannot say enough good things about the staff and food and activities. Will definitely recommend to others and hope to be back!
