Upea Uudempi Cape mökki näkymät Broad Cove Onset

Spectacular, 4 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta Cape Cod "mökki" koti valmistui kesäkuussa 2008 Kaksikymmentäkuusi ikkunoista on kaunis näköala veteen. Rentoudu edessä kuistilla ja nauttia veneitä menossa sekä kunniakas auringonlaskua. Uida lämpimässä vedessä talon edessä tai viettää aikaa yksityisellä rannalla muutaman talon päässä. Kokeile stand-up meloa lennolle tai melontaan lahden lempeillä vesillä. Ulkosuihku huuhdella pois palatessaan rannoilta.

Tämä lämmin ja kutsuva koti on kaksikerroksinen eteinen: Ensimmäinen kerros on avoin olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö. Kaksi makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa täysi bed & kylpyamme. Toisessa kerroksessa on myös kaksi makuuhuonetta, yksi queen ja yksi täysi ja parivuode ja kylpyamme. Kattotuulettimet lisätä jo ihana tuulet ja tietenkin Keski-ilmastointi on aina saatavilla. Enimmäismäärä yövieraita on Yhdeksän

Meidän Seaside Victorian kylän keskusta on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Park autosi, kävellä veden äärellä nauttia kaikista kauniista näkymistä matkan varrella.

Meidän kylä on myös koko aikataulu tapahtumia, (Onset Village sivuston, Onset Bay yhdistyksen sivusto) monia upeita ruokailumahdollisuuksia, ostokset, lahjatavaraliikkeet, day spa, ulkona viihdettä, Cape Cod Canal risteilyt, kalastus, melonta, julkinen veneluiska, marina ja veneen vuokraus, loputon seikkailuja veden ja rajaton näkemyksiä. Nauti ilmapiiri, joka on hieman hiljaisempi ja vähemmän kiiruhti. Muisti valmistuksessa. Olemme viehättävä, klassinen merenrantakylä, josta on upeat näkymät kaikkialle.

We had a great time staying in Janis’ cottage. It is a lovely house in a great location. Enjoyed walking to several different beach and into town where you can rent paddle boards and kayaks.

A home away from home

This is the most quaint Onset home I've ever stayed in. The photos are accurate and honestly it's even more adorable in person. The home is well cared for and all your needs are thought of. The owner asks you to respect the home and you will because it feels as though it is your own. It's steps from a sandy beach that is great for small children. It's walking distance from Onset Village with great restaurants and entertainment. The owner is the sweetest and if you have the time to chat with her about the history of the home you will be so impressed. The home is immaculately clean. Bring your own beach towels and sand toys for kids but otherwise it has it all! If you have a lot of kids I would recommend a wagon for bringing belongings to the beach. It's a short walk. I love this home and will be back next year.

Family vacation at the water

We stayed with out 3 adult children and their spouses for a week of beach, games, relaxing and lots of laughs. Our host was amazing as well as the property! Janis was easy to reach with any questions and the sweetest person! Her property was in pristine condition and perfect for 4 couples. The lawn was perfect for yard games and the porch was perfect for conversation and family photos. We will be staying there again in the future. She even gave us a welcome gift bag--so thoughtful. It was easy to see that she enjoys her guests!

Our vacation was wonderful! The house was just beautiful and had everything we needed. Janis was very accommodating and was always available for any questions we might have. The town was within walking distance to go to restaurants and to get ice cream! We had a delightful time!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Our family enjoyed the village, walking, beach and wonderful places to eat. The excellent view of the water was so relaxing from the porch. Hope to come back again. The house was so nicely decorated and so very clean. We loved it! The owner is a delightful person who was so welcoming to my family.

Fantastic Rental in Onset Village!

We have been renting on Onset for many many years. The houses in the village often leave alot to be desired. This rental was fantastic! The decor was spot on and had more than enough room for everyone. It has a very nice yard that faces the water and is within walking distance to restaurants, activities and the beaches. Janis the owner was a great host! The WiFi and AC were much appreciated! We have already booked for next year. Thanks

Beautiful Home

Janis is a lovely host. Check in and check out was very easy. The home is beautiful and very clean. My family and I had a lot of fun going to the beach, going into town, and just hanging around the house. Janis even left the sweetest gift bag, with a bunch of little gifts and treats for us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking in the Onset area. Family vacation

Our first family vacation when all of us were there at one time. Ages 4 months to 101. We had a great time! The house is perfect with the four bedrooms and the wonderful front porch. We could have not asked for a better house. The beach across the street was a bonus. Hope to be able to be there again next year. Janis is a superb host.

TL; DR: Great house for a big family with littles and yes we’d rent again!

Janis is a very conscientious host! What I loved the most - she changes out the shower curtains!!! Hotels don’t even do that. I was a bit nervous staying at a rental during this time, but Janis’ attention to detail was especially appreciated during the pandemic: ⁃ Complete sets of towels and comforters that the previous guests didn’t have. So she washes them of course, but it’s great to know they also sat for days since being used. ⁃ She requested we bring our own pillows due to covid....but I have to be honest, thinking about it now I’m shocked I haven’t been bringing my own pillows all along. Thinking about sleeping on pillows a stranger just mouth-breathed all over totally freaks me out. LOL ⁃ She left us the nicest, most thoughtful gift I have ever received at a rental! Was a wonderful surprise. The house: ⁃ The only thing that surprised me was the photos are so well done you don’t realize there is a house between you and the cove. Once I got over the vision I had in my head, all was fantastic. ⁃ The AC is SO powerful you have to figure out what works for your family so you’re not freezing at night. We found 74 to be perfect for us. Or if the weather is nice and it’s not humid, the rooms get some amazing cross breezes. (Perfect for afternoon naps!) ⁃ The set up works GREAT for a family. 2 bdrm downstairs and 3/4 bath and 2 bdrm upstairs and full bath we took for those with kiddos. (Rooms upstairs are big enough for a pack-n-play.) I’ll also add double sinks upstairs is awesome for nighttime routines. 1 bdrm on each floor has TV. ⁃ The porch and yard are a DREAM. we’ve spent every morning and night rocking on the porch and then if not at the beach we hang out in the yard. Reviews didn’t mention the fantastic tree that gives shade in the yard you can follow all day. Our family of sun worshippers & shade lovers were both happy. ⁃ Fast & efficient washer & dryer has come in handy. It is in the bathroom next to the kitchen so super easy to get in a quick load. ⁃ Grill is also getting a workout and Janis always has extra propane at the ready. The beach: ⁃ The beach itself is perfect sized if you have little kids. Water is very shallow and plenty of sand to play in. I would recommend water shoes as the bottom is a bit mucky. ⁃ We’ve seen some older kids catching crabs and other tiny fish in the water and loving it. ⁃ Janis provided beach chairs. Bring a wagon for sure! Convenient walk - 2 min if that

Perfect Property and Wonderful Location!

This place was the first spot for a waterfront vacation. My wife and I brought our kids and have our parents stay at the house for a combined vacation. The beach was perfect for swimming and we took advantage of all that Onset and Buzzards Bay has to offer. The owner was a true pleasure to work with and we could not have been happier with how she managed all the details of our visit. I highly recommend staying here! We had a blast and thanks again for hosting!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful week long stay. The house was so clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. The views were gorgeous. We loved the front porch and front yard. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation

What an amazing place to stay! From the moment we arrived, Janis greeted us with kindness as was so excited to show us her "cottage." This place has everything you could think of! She takes great pride in her property, the whole house was spotless and up to date. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. My 2 little girls loved the sandy beach a short walk down the road. Most of the week they had the beach all to themselves! Onset Village (also a short walk or very short drive) had plenty of restaurants to choose from and also a small grocery store. The house is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, which definitely helped contribute to a relaxing vacation. The yard was large enough for the kids to run around and play and we could see the water from the yard and inside the house. My family can't thank you enough Janis for allowing us to all have a relaxing family getaway together.
