Hävitä huolet tässä 3. kerroksen parveke-sviitissä, jossa kaksi erillistä keinutuolia. Tämä huoneisto on huolellinen ja sisustettu lämpimästi kaikkialla. Keittiö on täysin varustettu litteällä liesiuunilla, uunilla, keskikokoisella jääkaapilla ja kaikilla tarvitsemillasi keittiötarvikkeilla. Kilpailussa on loistava tiskikappale avainten avaamiseen, kun tulet ja menet. Kylpyhuone uudistettiin sisällyttämään uusi kylpyamme ja surround. Makuuhuoneessa on matto, jossa on muhkea sininen, ja se on viihtyisä paikka nauttia king-size-vuoteesta ja 26 "taulutelevisiosta. Makuuhuoneessa on toinen tuuletin ja runsaasti trooppista sisustusta. Oceanfront Condo w/ Amazing View

This condo is worth it for the view, the easy access to the beach and the pool. It could use some renovations, but is a great choice for a couple or small family. It’s just south of the busiest areas (so it’s easy to get to all the typical stuff but you aren’t in the middle of it all). A great get away for a weekend trip!

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay In room 211 very much, this wasn’t the room we booked, but due to COVID policy(?) we were moved. The only thing I would suggest for this unit is better storage for clothes, no dresser, however there are shelves but they were full of pictures and decor. Other than that, its a nice place and it is pet friendly.

Great location & rental unit, but balcony above was a nuisance

Unit 313 was in nice location, well appointed furnishings, clean, appliances worked well and balcony was oceanfront, comfortable, positive experience ... EXCEPT that water from the condo balcony above constantly was dripping on us while sitting on our balcony like a waterfall over the edge from the above balcony floor and/or from the black extended drainpipe above and only got worse when a strong East wind would blow more dripping water West & deeper onto our balcony making it unusable at times. The weather was dry, sunny, no rain so dripping was probably from the air conditioner on balcony above. This situation is a nuisance from inconsiderate condo owner above & should be corrected. Would like to stay at this unit again, if the nuisance waterfall is corrected. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in unit 313 very much.

The maintenance staff takes great effort in keeping the common areas clean. We love that downtown St Augustine is only 15-20 minutes away. Crescent Beach is beautiful and very walkable! The swimming pool is heated which helps this time of year.

Disappointed for the first time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo 313 was rated as gold standard but was definitely not the gold standard we are used to. This was our 5th stay and I have never had an issue before this stay. Although most issues were cosmetic, the condo a/c leaked in the bedroom and also the refrigerator kept leaking water out of the door. Every time we would open the door water would go everywhere. The kitchen furnishings for cooking were not up to par. I have never had a bad thing to say about Beachers and as a whole we love to stay there but this condo needs to be downgraded.
