Hävitä huolet tässä 3. kerroksen parveke-sviitissä, jossa kaksi erillistä keinutuolia. Tämä huoneisto on huolellinen ja sisustettu lämpimästi kaikkialla. Keittiö on täysin varustettu litteällä liesiuunilla, uunilla, keskikokoisella jääkaapilla ja kaikilla tarvitsemillasi keittiötarvikkeilla. Kilpailussa on loistava tiskikappale avainten avaamiseen, kun tulet ja menet. Kylpyhuone uudistettiin sisällyttämään uusi kylpyamme ja surround. Makuuhuoneessa on matto, jossa on muhkea sininen, ja se on viihtyisä paikka nauttia king-size-vuoteesta ja 26 "taulutelevisiosta. Makuuhuoneessa on toinen tuuletin ja runsaasti trooppista sisustusta. We love St Augustine and have been going to Cresent Beach for thirty five years! Can’t beat the beach and town. Loved our stay at this particular condo but a few things it lacked. Needs up to date tv (smart tv). Also a larger recliner or more comfortable chair. The bed was comfortable and everything else was clean and accommodating! Cleaning staff was very helpful and kind.

Everyone was very nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Could use some updating but not a big deal. Great view of the beach. Nice pool and secured entry and exit to and from the beach. Maid service was excellent. We enjoyed the fact the condo is not located in the busyness of St Augustine Beach and the historic area. If you want peace and quiet, Crescent Beach is it. It’s only 15-20 from the historical area. There are a lot of good places to eat along A1A. Sunset Grill has THE BEST key lime pie I have ever had!

Great location & rental unit, but balcony above was a nuisance

Unit 313 was in nice location, well appointed furnishings, clean, appliances worked well and balcony was oceanfront, comfortable, positive experience ... EXCEPT that water from the condo balcony above constantly was dripping on us while sitting on our balcony like a waterfall over the edge from the above balcony floor and/or from the black extended drainpipe above and only got worse when a strong East wind would blow more dripping water West & deeper onto our balcony making it unusable at times. The weather was dry, sunny, no rain so dripping was probably from the air conditioner on balcony above. This situation is a nuisance from inconsiderate condo owner above & should be corrected. Would like to stay at this unit again, if the nuisance waterfall is corrected. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in unit 313 very much.

Oceanfront Condo w/ Amazing View

This condo is worth it for the view, the easy access to the beach and the pool. It could use some renovations, but is a great choice for a couple or small family. It’s just south of the busiest areas (so it’s easy to get to all the typical stuff but you aren’t in the middle of it all). A great get away for a weekend trip!

The maintenance staff takes great effort in keeping the common areas clean. We love that downtown St Augustine is only 15-20 minutes away. Crescent Beach is beautiful and very walkable! The swimming pool is heated which helps this time of year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo 313 was rated as gold standard but was definitely not the gold standard we are used to. This was our 5th stay and I have never had an issue before this stay. Although most issues were cosmetic, the condo a/c leaked in the bedroom and also the refrigerator kept leaking water out of the door. Every time we would open the door water would go everywhere. The kitchen furnishings for cooking were not up to par. I have never had a bad thing to say about Beachers and as a whole we love to stay there but this condo needs to be downgraded.

My only complaint is the tiny coffee maker. The balcony is made for enjoying morning coffee, yet the coffee pot is barely big enough for 2 cups of coffee.
