On a budget stay

Really close to beach. Beds fair and clean sheets,lots hot water,towels and pillows. No air but a stand alone fan. Room was not properly cleaned for quite some time. Floors,door jams and walls dirty. Windows hard to open, old and hear early traffic and pigeons cooing as they are nested right by front door whom left a couple presents on the step. Not alot of parking. If your on bottom floor will hear all walking, stomping and anything else. The building is out dated and no office or front desk, as of yet. Our front door was rusty, unaligned, could see outside through a gap on both doors and handle and eye hole covered in some kind of caulking, also can't lock or open front door from outside. You have to go in through the back door to get in and lock up to leave. Code lock is tricky would recommend getting code for key box too. Nice microwave,Big screen t.v and mini fridge kept things cold.

Sea Treasure Inn BEST VALUE for your MONEY

A clean humble rental. Modern amenities and thoughtful housing. Plenty of space, dog friendly, extra towels, good strong shower with loads of hot water, wifi, cable flat screen, extra fan, 2 heaters, microwave, fridge/freezer double access entry, two Queen beds. About a block away from the beach. Nothing too snazzy… but ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VALUE at Rockaway. We didn’t deal with any manager, on-site, but VACASA answered all of our questions and promptly texted all instructions, codes & passwords. Nothing stays open past about 9pm in Rockaway…. So plan accordingly. We enjoyed great late night beach access. No issues parking. You do have to bag your own trash at the end of the stay. Easy dumpster access. The whole town was friendly. We would DEFINITELY seek this out as our FIRST CHOICE on our next visit. Thank you, Sea Treasure Inn & VACASA, for an excellent visit!

Yuck

Nothing other than being out of it. I am a worker that used my year credits to get a place for my husbands birthday. It was so gross we would even put our things in the drawers. Plus the one and only bench in there to sit on had the bolt out so I instantly fell (being 4 months pregnant at that) this unit ruined our trip and wish I could get my credits back 😞

I would give it zero stars if I could

We have stayed at the Sea Treasures Inn in Rockaway Beach, Oregon before when we booked through another well known vacation rental company, and the trip and accommodations were great. This time, we were sorely disappointed as there was a plumbing issue with the shower that was not disclosed to us before arriving. The shower faucet was constantly running, could not be shut off, and and the only way to minimize the noise of consistently running water was to turn the water on to the hottest setting. This also compounded the issue by making the room unbearably humid and made the air feel stale since we couldn't open the screen doors overnight due to a concern of a stranger potentially breaking in. The noise from the water was still constant and loud enough that you could hear even when the bathroom door was closed. It was only acknowledged after we contacted property management about it, after which we were asked to relocate to Lincoln City, Oregon, which is an hour away from Rockaway and our desired vacation destination. We were eventually relocated to another room at the same location after specifically asking to not be relocated so far. Then, the room we were relocated to was not cleaned peoperly; it had sand on the floor, a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, and dog hair on the sheets. We ended up sweeping the floors and using blankets and towels from our previous room that we brought over. Additionally, our first room had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a crack in the toilet seat thay pinched you when sat on it a certain way. The second room was on the second floor and had a balcony, so we felt safe leaving the sliding door open to combat the summer heat (our trip took place mid-August), but it didn't have a screen, so we were exposed to bugs. I would not recommend booking through Vrbo and I would not recommend booking a room at the Sea Treasures Inn in Rockaway Beach, Oregon.

Great price if you are looking to go for the beach and not the room. I was genuinely surprised by how big the mini fridge was, and how clean and comfortable the beds were!

Clean and Decent

Very close walk to the beach and stores, the beds and pillows were comfy and it was clean. It’s very basic motel, nothing fancy. A bit overpriced in my opinion and our Wi-Fi for our room wasn’t coming up so we weren’t pleased with not having Wi-Fi for our kids but other than than it was a pleasant stay.

I wasn’t expecting it to be great considering the price. But it wasn’t cleaned very well. Sand and other dirty stuff in all the corners. Hair in bathroom and all over the sheets. The sheets were also so scratchy and uncomfortable.

Nice stay

We had a great stay at this location, close to the beach and the cute little shops. The room was clean and well maintained and they even had funny signs when taking out the trash. The only downfall was my girls and I couldn’t get internet unless we were in the bathroom. But other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Not as advertised

Keys did work in the door without multiple attempts. It was not clean and the water in both sink and tub drip constantly. Probably poor luck on our part but floor above was up most of the night walking and banking door. Good beach access about all that was good.

Would Highly recommend!!

The location is perfect, had a small store for munchies across the street. Right in the middle of all the restaurant locations and just a couple miles up you have fresh crabs! Oh almost forgot, the beach is your back yard. Would recommend, thanks Vacasa!

24 hours between bookings?? NOT.

There was not 24 hours between bookings. We witnessed people check out at 10:00 am and new people arriving at 4:00 pm the same day. Close to the beach. Affordable. Keys don't work well in any of the locks and doors both stick, creating additional noise from doors slamming.

Great Inexpensive Rental

Cute, clean and modern room. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops! And just a short drive to Tillamook. We will definitely stay here again!
