Grilla hampurilaisia uima-altaan grillillä tai t��ytä jäähdytin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa sijaitsevalla valtavalla jääkoneella. Meillä on myös loistava Persianlahden edessä oleva aurinkoterassi jotain kaivattua hiljaista aikaa varten. Parkkipaikka ja pääsy rannalle ovat turvallisesti aidattuja mukavuuden parantamiseksi. Great getaway spot for Two!

We really enjoyed this property. It was on the beach. We also really enjoyed the Beach House Bar and Restaurant. Great bartender, probably the best blackened grouper sandwiches we every ate! Enjoyed barbequed oysters at Slick Lips at Baytowne Warf! The condo was perfect for me and the Mrs. We will be back!

Great Location, Good Condo, needs some TLC

We loved the location in Sandestin and the good was good enough. However, I would recommend some condo updates as there was some chipping paint in the bathroom, some of the electrical outlets were loose or missing plates, and some of the kitchen lights were flickering. Overall it was a good stay and the beach and pool were very nice. Thanks!

Wonderful location

The condo is part of a great resort that is very well kept. The unit had a perfect gulf view with wonderful sunsets, very quiet, clean, all the amenities. The view of the sand and water is just a dream. The operation worked very efficiently in all aspects.

The room was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, all appliances were new, and we loved everything about it. Pros and Cons

Reviewer Comments: PROS: Location, beach amenities, safety, quiet.CONS: Our specific unit needed more attention to cleaning and repairs- some examples are paint peeling off walls in bathroom, dirty mirrors, weird pungent odor on couch (vomit?), and too much visible mold for our comfort level. Pool was closed the entire week of our stay, and for some reason you're not allowed to use the pool next door. Locking gates and elevator each were out of service at least once during our stay. The amenities in the neighboring building are significantly nicer, so I hope this property is also updating to a similar look.Overall, yes we would consider this property again, but not in the same unit.

The good: place was very clean, check-in and check-out process was very easy, kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and both kitchen and bathroom had been recently updated. The bad: furniture in both living room and bedroom showed a lot of wear and tear and did not live up to my expectations. Furniture seemed cheap, was stained, etc. Not the end of the world but not great either. I will probably try to do a little better when we book our next vacation in Destin, but I have also done worse.

Sandestin Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Sandestin. The condo was clean and nicely updated. The view was wonderful and we spent many evenings on the balcony watching the sunset. My only issues were with the towels and kitchen accessories. In the bath only four bath towels, four wash cloths, and one hand towel were provided. The kitchen towels consisted of only one wash cloth and one dish towel. This meant washing towels every day which is an inconvenience. The kitchen was lacking a pizza cutter and ice cream scoop and the selection of knives was minimal and generally very cheap and dull. If you like to cook and want to eat in much you definitely want to bring your own knives and favorite accessories.

Perfect for a couples quick getaway!

This condo is in a Good location, with a great view of the ocean! The room was clean. Extra pillows and blankets. Loved that there was a coffee pot AND a Keurig! All necessary items stocked, along with beach chairs and umbrella! Beach access right off the elevator. Very short walk. The name of the building isn't labeled on the outside, so that was our only confusion coming in. Otherwise, our 4 day stay was great here... we would definitely book here again.

Gulf Coast for the 1st Time

Conveniently located near multiple restaurants, convenience stores, and other attractions. The staff and office personnel were stellar and responded to any inquiries we submitted. We did not take advantage of the pool or chair/umbrella rentals as we have our own beach stuff but the amenities were nice. Was a little disappointed with the entertainment system in the rental. Very small TVs with only a dvd player. No smart tv to watch Netflix shows or other streaming services. After a long day at the beach would have loved to unwind watching our favorite shows or movies but resorted to watching on our phone :/. The kitchen, living room, and porch were nice. The bedroom was a little underwhelming. The bed was very noisy and would bang into the wall so any movement would cause loud noise. The interior just seemed very old and outdated. There were only two elevators and only one worked a majority of our stay. Both elevators were extremely hot and with 20’some off floors it would get smelly and extremely hot as you waited for your floor.Overall I would give a 6.5/10. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay and urge others to give it a shot. For the price we paid we will probably opt to try a different option next visit.

Beautiful getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
