*Unit 4237 is located on the West side of the building. Some CONSTRUCTION is scheduled to begin on September 22nd on the East side of the building which is on the opposite side of the building where this unit is located. There may be some construction noise heard during the day. Construction starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM every day except for Sunday. Chances are that it will not be a problem for you but we wanted you to be aware of it prior to booking.*

This newly remodeled beachfront condo has a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. This is one of the few "studio style" setups that offers a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience.

Amenities include a pool that is seasonally heated, fitness area, gulf views, 3 elevators, grills on the pool deck, ice machine on first floor, tram service, private beach, free parking and WIFI.

Beachside II BEACHFRONT high rise at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, offers incredible amenities and is considered to be truly the best of the beach. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the exciting experience of scenic 30A.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.Guests must sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay.
