Fabulous & spacious 5 bedrooms home with private (optionally heated) pool, sunny from 10 am to sunset, overlooking a lake in the gated resort community Lake Berkley in Kissimmee, Florida. High ceilings, large rooms, 3 full baths, 1 master suite downstairs and 1 master bedroom upstairs.

Pristine pool with screen enclosure overlooking the lake. The home is located 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World and in the heart of the best shopping and attractions Central Florida has to offer!

Fully equipped with all necessary kitchen needs, bed and bath linens. This resort has a lovely clubhouse.
The Club house has a large heated pool and splash area.
There is a tennis court and a half-basketball court. Beautiful lake on the property, with a walking path all the way around, volleyball court, fishing dock, and play area.
Very safe and quiet area.

DURING CHRISTMAS SEASON A MINIMUM STAY OF 10 NIGHTS IS REQUIRED

IMPORTANT: When BOOKING, please present yourself and give the following MANDATORY details :

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Lake Berkley home. As regular visitors the most important things have always been how clean the property is - and this house was perfect on that front - and the ease of being able to enjoy your holiday from the moment you walk through the door. The communication from the owners and information they shared was of the highest level. Five stars across the board apart from a four star rating for the pool as some of the pool furniture really needs an upgrade and is not very comfortable (the pool itself was great). Everything else excellent and Lake Berkley is a lovely, clean resort in a great position that we have been using for almost twenty years. Thank you for helping us have another enjoyable Florida holiday.

Our stay at this amazing property was amazing. Everything has been perfect from the part we booked the house. This is not my first time time renting a house in the Kissimmee/orlando area but this house is one of the best. A lot of instructions but that helps you a lot to feel like your home. And by any chance you have a question to ask they will answer you by the minute! This has been one of our best vacation and that is thanks to Jean Daniel and Catherine

The best family house in orlando

Family holiday from the the UK....Words cant express how great this property is, from start to finish Catherine and Jean-Daniel were perfect in communication and help, the house is superb, well kept and has everything you would need for the stay there, a beautiful gated community and its location is perfect with plenty of shops in the local area, i cannot fault this property one bit and would highly recommend this house to any family visiting orlando, Catherine and Jean-Daniel make you feel like you are part of their family throughout your stay.Without a doubt we would love to return to this wonderful house on our next vist.Thank you Catherine and Jean-Daniel

Perfect

From first point of contact to us arriving home contact with Catherine & Jean- Daniel was exceptional. We felt they wanted us to really enjoy our holiday which has not been the case with previous rentals. Lake Berkley is a very quiet gated community just off 192, easy to find & not too far from everything you will need for your holiday, large Walmart 2 min drive . Check in was easy, brilliant instructions given & villa was exactly as described. The house had everything we needed for our 2 week stay, was clean & super size for our party of 6 adults. Pool was good size again was clean & brilliant lake view! Would definitely recommend this house & the owners. If i could give 10 out of 5 stars I would !! Thank you Catherine & Jean-Daniel xx

Another wonderful stay in paradise

This was our 4th time staying in this wonderful house. We have been lucky enough to stay for long periods each time we visit and never get sick of the place! Yet again, we were blown away by the kind and caring people who own the house. Nothing is ever an issue and they’re always there to help, day or night. The house comes with a breadth of helpful information about the house itself and also about the surrounding areas so you can really make the most out of your time in Kissimmee. We loved watching the sunsets around the pool and enjoyed watching the ducks with their offspring pass the pool each day. One day, we saw a raccoon crossing the road!We always return to this house because it is our home away from home and we feel so safe when we are there. The gated community, with security on the gate 24/7, is one of the many reasons we love this place. Along with the quiet roads and beautiful views. The location is ideal as Walmart is only 2 minutes drive and only around the corner. It is just off the 192, which has plenty of restaurants and shops. We visited the theme parks during our stay and only took 15 minutes to get there. The house itself is ideal for small or large groups, it has plenty of space for all. It is equipped with all you will need to enjoy your stay. I enjoyed cooking evening meals in the kitchen and even got some local takeouts too. The world is your oyster when staying in lake Berkley. It truly is a beautiful place. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Nice centralized location

Good location for visiting Disney, Legoland, Old Town. Lots of rules in the house and resort area. House and pool worked well for our kids/grandkids. Could use some updating and with it geared for kids I would recommend changing out some of the glass tables and such. Owners very responsive with questions/needs.

Wonderful Place To Stay

Very clean. Well maintained. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was what we needed. Overall everything was what we needed while we visited the Orlando area. Was nice to come back to a house. Would recommend. It was only 3 of us staying. The house could easily accommodate more. We all enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Experience

I wish that there were more stars to choose. Everything about this property rental was fantastic. The home is beautiful, well supplied with all of the basics you need, comfortable lounging furniture. The beds were great. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and space as well for us to be together as a family. The pool was amazing. The views were beautiful. We took advantage of the basketball court and checked out the community pool as well. We were most impressed with the cleanlines and upkeep of the home. Everything was in great working order and very clean. Communication with the owner was incredible! I reached out with a couple of questions prior to our trip and also during our stay. I received almost instant responses which was SO helpful! We felt welcomed and appreciated as guests. There was such kind and thorough attention to our questions and needs. Thank you!!!

A home away from home!

Catherine and Jean-Daniel are amazing people and have communicated with us throughout. The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and felt like a home away from home. It is well equipped and everything is organised efficiently to make your stay as easy as possible. The location is just perfect and everything is within a reasonable distance. Amazing hospitality

The villa, the view, the lake, the hospitality, the communication - all of these made for a wonderful vacation. This property is really something to relax in and enjoy. Catherine and Jean-Daniel are excellent hosts with superb communication before, throughout and beyond. We had to contend with "unexpected guest" Hurricane Milton during our stay and the communication and support from both were excellent. We were made to feel totally safe throughout and nothing was too much for them. It's clear they seek to make your stay as best as it can be. We also had a medical emergency which meant we needed to leave the property earlier than planned. They could not have been more understanding and took a genuine interest in how we were and what was happening. We all really appreciated that and it made us feel so special at a difficult time. Every detail in the villa has those that stay in mind and ensures they have the best stay. The rooms are excellent. The villa is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is magnificent; providing a great place for early morning coffees and chill times watching the wildlife on the lake or people from other villas fishing during the day. At the end of the day the deck is a great place to unwind (a bit more) and watch the sun disappear and the stars come out. We recommend this experience to everyone. The location and - most importantly - Catherine and Jean-Daniel will ensure you have the best stay!

Perfect stay

Fantastic stay in Catherine and Jean-Daniel home, they have provided everything we could possibly require and are always very proactive and responsive. We felt so welcome in their home which is well maintained and all was as described. Don’t miss watching a sunset on the terrace overlooking the pool and adjacent lake, this is a must. The house is located close to the parks, Walmart is next door and the community is very quiet ! We shall definitely be back soon !

Best property in Central Florida!

My partner and I travel around the States a lot, and can honestly say this was one of the best properties we have experienced. We were only here for a few days as part of our Honeymoon, but wish we could have stayed much longer! The pool area is clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The property itself is truly spectacular and perfect for couples and families. This will certainly not be the last time we stay here. The hosts are also incredibly helpful and attentive. Beautiful Home!!

My family and I enjoyed an amazing vacation at this beautiful home! It had many comforts of home to make it perfect for our family (my husband and I along with our 3 teenage kids). The property was nicely close to all of the theme parks, which was nice since we went to 6 of them. The home's excellent wifi allowed us to score the coveted virtual queues for Guardians of the Galaxy, Tron, and the lighting lane for Tiana's Bayou Adventure.We were ecstatic! After walking an average of 18,000 plus steps per day, it was so nice to come home to this gorgeous, air conditioned home. On our 2 much-needed rest days, we enjoyed relaxing in the pool, watching the ducks and drinking in the calming view of the lake. There's no way a hotel could ever match up to having a whole house where each teen got his/her own room. I also loved having access to a washer and dryer so we didn't have lots of dirty and wet clothes filling our suitcases. Catherine and Jean-Daniel are top-notch at communicating before, throughout, and even after the trip to make sure everything went smoothly. We loved our whole vacation, and choosing this property was a great part of that!

We've just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay. The villa was lovely and clean on arrival and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and the whole process was seamless with great communication from the hosts.

Excellent experience!

Our family really enjoyed staying at the property. The house was clean and very organized. We love the private pool since my son is on the spectrum he cannot deal with loud or crowded place. The private pool is the best thing for us, plus it really helped when the weather was over 100 degree. We will definitely rent again if we come back to Kissimmee. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home! Appreciated it!

Third stay and gets better every time!

We have fallen in love with what we call “our home away from home”. This villa has everything you need and more. Cleanliness of the villa: The villa is spotless and clean. The pool area was cleaned during our sun loungers Location: Only 15 minutes from Disney, about the same for Seaworld and universal. Walmart just around the corner (less than a mile away). Lovely, safe and gated community with security guard on 24/7. Amenities: The villa has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen for when you fancy doing some cooking or just want to use the plates and glasses for takeaways. There are fans in every room and air conditioning throughout, keeping the villa cool after a red hot day. A lovely fridge freezer with ice machine, oven and dishwasher to name a few. There is a washer and dryer which you can use at your disposal and definitely comes in handy. The pool and pool area are great. Lots of pool toys accessible for the children and plenty of sun loungers for all. There is an outdoor dining area which is under cover and a separate table for dining alfresco in the sun. There has been new flooring fitted in most rooms and personal touches throughout! Communication with owners: Absolutely brilliant! Cannot fault the owners at all. They are always at the end of a message if you need anything and are happy to help in any way possible. We have built a great relationship with them and we always know we are in good hands for each stay. We will 100% be staying again! 💞

We are still in the business working on a remote basis mainly from Europe and Canada. Thanks to this, we are very lucky to be able to spend 3 months in Florida in wintertime in our very nice villa that we just bought in March 2020.

Après avoir passé plusieurs semaines pendant quelques années en location au Lake Berkley, nous avons, en mars 2020, décidé d'acheter notre villa pour passer les hivers et certainement y passer notre retraite. C'est aussi un grand plaisir pour nos enfants et petits-enfants qui apprécient beaucoup le coin.

Our screened pool which protects from all bugs, the fantastic view on this nice lake where wild birds and turtles are coming each day, the cleaned and very well entertained lawns and streets, the safety of the 24 hours gated resort, the friendly clubhouse.
