Suuri 1 makuuhuoneen huoneisto (1150 neliön jalka) sijaitsee 14 askeleen päässä rannalta, vieressä Mahekal Resort (entinen Shangri-La). Jos tiedät Playa del Carmen, tiedät uusi, trendikäs alue on pohjoisessa lopussa. Sijaitsee lopussa mukulakivi rannalla pääsy tie rannalla, olet sijaitsee erinomaisella rannalla Riviera Maya.

Näkymät uima-allas ovat 180 asteen merinäkymät. Näkymä on suorastaan henkeäsalpaava. On valtava maanpinnan allas päivää vuodetta, monet kiesit lounge tuolit ja sateenvarjot, ja baari, jossa pöydät varjossa. Astu ulos rannalle, käänny oikealle ja 5 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle ja olet keskellä Mimatas Beach Clubia, jossa on upeita rantapaikan kahviloita ja kaikkea Mamitas-toimintaa.

Huoneiston sisällä on tilava huone, jossa on kaksi oleskelutilaa, ruokailutila, graniitti-keittiö, erillinen makuuhuone, iso kylpyamme, vaatehuone ja terassi, josta on näkymät Mahekalin palmuja ja Cabana-kattoja.

Tämä ominaisuus on suunniteltu lomailijoille, ja siinä on aula vastaanottoon. Kun saavut sinun ei tarvitse etsiä Isännöitsijä toimistosta ja sitten tee tapa asuin huoneisto rakennus. Vain kävellä osaksi kaunis aula ja kerätä ohjelmoitu avainkortilla. Tämä rakennus on täysilukuinen paljon kuin hotelli, jossa on 24 h vastaanotto, turvallisuus, ja huolto. One week at Pueblito Escondido!

The location is ideal in that you are just steps to the beach or a short walk to 5th Ave. Loved the rooftop pool overlooking the ocean! The condo could use a little updating. When we arrived, there were cushion covers missing on the furniture (we were told they were at the cleaners) but they somehow never made it back to the room during our stay. There weren't supplies such as dishsoap, kitchen towels or even paper towels so doing anything in the kitchen was difficult. We only had one visit by housekeeping during the week (which we didn't know wasn't included) and had towel service twice. The a/c unit is by the bedroom and is very loud. There was also a strong musty smell which I've been told is not uncommon so close to the water. In all fairness to the owners, Perry & Dave, these issues were out of their control and were supposed to be taken care of during our stay. We enjoyed the chocolate shop on the corner of 38th St & 5th Ave., Kool, and El Cuevo Los Chango. We also had the nice young lady at the laundry place on the corner do our laundry for ridiculously cheap! This was our third trip to Mexico and both times previous we stayed at 4 & 5 star resorts. I would recommend Pueblito Escondido if the issues above were taken care of.

Big Space

This is a tough one for me. I like to be completely honest to help others that stay here but I don't want to hurt the owners. Well let's start with the positives..the space is nice and big which is great. It is literally a few steps away from the sand. The rooftop is amazing and spacious although it was closed 3 of the days we stayed for maitenance. There was hardly anyone there so no one was really on the rooftop or the other pool. The owners were also very easy to work with. Now the cons...the biggest thing was probably the noise. There was a lot of noise starting around 5am every day coming from all directions. That was tough. The bedroom is very dark. Hardly any light comes in. We had to shut the storm shutters because the curtains didn't fit and people walking by could see. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower and the tempature was up and down. Some bulbs were out in the condo also. They did forget to replace our towels so we had to ask. I know some of these things are not the owners fault. The internet was not good at all. Hardly had service so we went down to starbucks to get it. Overall this place is nice. The great thing about this condo is the proximity to the beach and you are close to the end of 5th avenue which is nice because it's quiet! But just a short walk to everything! Excellent location!

Great location!

The location on 38th is just perfect. Walk as near or as far as you want to countless restaurants / didn’t encounter one we didn’t enjoy. The beach is just steps away for an ocean swim. Longer stretches of beach to walk are reachable by walking No on 5th. The rooftop infinity pool was great. If you seek any kind of activity or side trip it’s at your fingertips. The host was very responsive to the few things we asked about or needed. We hope to return.

Great location with the best views. I could not get enough of this place wish I could stay longer. Just a few steps to the beach and the roof too pool had increíble panoramic views of both the sunrise and sunset. Wonderful host. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Playa experience.

Location, location, location. We've never been to the area before but location is key, walking distance to anywhere (restaurants/grocery/liquor/shops). This isn't a beach view condo but it's a view of the main entrance of beach so people watching is it which is somewhat entertaining. The property itself did not have any kitchen towels, it had dish soap and a sponge but no towel so we ended up using a bath towel. No salt & pepper but the kitchen was well equipped. No face cloths in the bathroom which was odd and only one hand towel, but plenty of bath towels. Beach towels were also provided. There were a couple chairs and umbrella in the closet for the beach but we never used them. Just note there are no beach lounge chairs and/or umbrellas on the beach for use and it's a public beach. We spend all our time on the roof top infinity pool which was more than fabulous. The swim up bar in the pictures wasn't staffed so it's not a true swim-up bar but there are stools in the water to sit on. All in all an amazing property, again location is key! Communication with the property manager was excellent, always prompt responses and lots of helpful info was provided in advance with respect to suggested restaurants and helpful tips. We had a wonderful time and would go back!

Great location, nice unit!

I had a great experience. I was not expecting an ocean front view, so that wasn’t disappointing at all. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable, the unit was spacious. I was able to cook, nice kitchen. The rooftop pool is adults only and amazing. My only two reasons for giving 4 stars, not 5 (both are pretty minor and weren’t a big deal). But 1: the shower head pressure wasn’t great. It almost seems like it needs a new shower head. I have thick hair, so I had to bring a glass pitcher of water to rinse my hair bc the shower couldn’t do it. And 2. The unit listed a washer/dryer. There wasn’t one. Again, not a huge deal, but I would’ve packed more clothes and wouldn’t have taken the trouble of packing laundry stuff. So the owners may want to update that. Again two really minor inconveniences - they didn’t really affect the great time I had. Perry, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend for people who don’t need an ocean view, but enjoy gorgeous (private and pretty empty pools), a convenient location and steps to the beach. It’s not 5 star luxury. But it’s a great condo and I had a wonderful experience.

A spring break in Paradise

We are the family of three (two adults and a 10 year old) stayed in this property over the spring break. We loved the location and the property itself. It is conveniently located right on the shore and 5 minutes’ walk to the 5th avenue - cultural and entertaining artery of Playa Del Carmen. You will find there the best restaurants, museums, and free street shows. The property has few pools for guests to use and we used them in times when the beach area was overcrowded. We would recommend the place and would consider staying in it in the future.

Perfect location!

The condo is very clean and in a perfect location. Close to beach and many dining choices. Still felt nicely secluded. Rooftop infinity pool lovely. A little dated. They were working on painting while we were there though. The safe did not work but other than that we really enjoyed it.

The condo is just steps to the beach and the street it is located on offers so many great restaurants. The owner was amazing and offered great communication and local recommendations. We will be back!

This condo has a great location on 38th street. The condo is spacious clean and comfortable and the roof top pool is quiet and lovely!! 38th street is quaint and scenic with loads of great little restaurants and outdoor bars, fun and delicious!! Beach is literally right out the door!

I'd Stay Again

The property is beautiful and is close to the beach and restaurants along a tree covered street. Perry and the Pueblito Escondido staff were very friendly and helpful. We rented a car and paid a small fee to park it in the secure garage, which was well worth it. And the infinity pool was amazing!

Great place in Playa!

Very large for a one bedroom in a great location just a few steps to the beach on a very nice street with several good restaurants. We received pages of good information from the owner which were very helpful. Rooftop spaces and large infinity pool overlooking the ocean were terrific. The condo is only 3 blocks from 5th Ave which is a walking only street with a few miles of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this condo! Paul and Paulette from Minnesota

Location, Location, Location

Absolutely the best location. Not knowing anything about PDC before we got there, we really lucked out. As close to the beach as you can get without being on the beach and located on 38th which has the best restaurants we found in town with reasonable prices. A very short walk to 5th and all that it offers with more restaurants, shopping etc. If you are looking for lots of club action, then you will need a cab, but the good part of that is that you aren't being bombarded with loud music when you don't want it. Boogie boards, beach umbrellas and chairs are in the unit and with the convenience store next door, its a perfect spot. We will be back.

Fantastic condo

The condo is exactly as described and better! The unit was very clean, spacious and centrally located to everything. You are about 100 steps from the ocean and there is a OXXO convenience store next door. There was a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, purified water in the unit. The roof top pool was amazing and the lounge area was spectacular. The check-in and check out was super easy, no issues. Staff very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this to anyone who prefers something more special and unique that a hotel can't offer.

Spacious and very nice condo.

Loved the location of this unit. Will definietly book it again. The kitchen had adequate dishware and glassware. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Beach and bath towels were very good. Needs to have wash cloths added to the towel supply. The air conditioning was very good. NIce to have the portable fans in the bedroom. Very nice unit!

Lovely condo in the very customer service oriented staff at Perdido Escondido.

We were lead to believe we would have a nice beach view & the beach access (not the beach)was not 14 feet away but about 100 feet away . The beach view was tiny - if at any. The entire beach Playa del Carmen to Tulum is covered with a 10- 12 strip of deep smelly seaweed on the beach. We enjoyed the roof top pool which had a better ocean view.There was lots of great things to do other than go to the beach. So, we had a great time but no beach or ocean play.

Nice condo, everything you need, clean with wonderful outdoor amenties

The condo property saved the vacation. The Carribean waters are barely swimable due to washing in seaweed. I was disappointed I came a long way to swim in turquoise water and couldn't. The smell was nauseating.The locals say it started in 2018 and has continued. Cause unclear. May be affecting entire Carribean sea. Pueblito Escondito has beautiful pools where we spent most of our time. Excursions are also interesting and plentiful.

Fantastic location, roomy, clean condo

This condo is a roomy onebedroom. Condo was clean, good AC. Comfy king bed. Pull out couch with mattress you could use on the floor if you need more back support. Also a littler kid can sleep on the other sofa. It was pretty quiet—we didn’t have any issues with loud music, and there is no ground floor business below the condo. There is on Oxxo convenience store in the building. The front desk people are kind and helpful. The ground floor pool is fun, but use a little repair of fences and railings in the pool area (not the owner’s fault). This location is fantastic—steps to the beach with a beautiful view of the sea from the roof deck. 38th st. Is lovely—old trees with nice restaurants interspersed. (Try Trujillo’s) 5th is about two blocks away—there’s a taxi stand there, French bakery, farmacia—really, anything you might need. This is the calmer end of 5th, not the Mardi Gras atmosphere further south. This is a great home base from from which to explore all of the amazing things this region has to offer.

Location, Location, Location! The best location in Playa and the Rooftop. One step on the rooftop and it was all clear, this is the place! Best restaurants in Playa are on or very near 38th Street.

The location at the beach, the stretch of beach, the fantastic bistros within 2 blocks, the hip beach bars, and the quiet location. Convenience store on the corner. Couldn't ask for more.
