The open kitchen and dining room are designed to take full advantage of the marvelous views of the groomed grounds, swimming pool, and Caribbean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with a bottom freezer drawer, granite countertops, a stove, toaster oven, and double sinks. The dining area comfortably seats four, with two additional bar chairs at the counter, all illuminated by stylish light fixtures on a convenient dimmer switch.

The living area invites you to lounge on the comfy leather sectional couch and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. Step out onto the private terrace, where wall sconce lighting and a dining area for four allow you to soak in the breathtaking views, day or night.

-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Every year during low season months construction noise is possible (Sept/Oct annually) - no refunds offered for noise issues.
