Ponderosa Park Lake House - Yksityinen laituri ja ranta!

Löysimme tämän kiinteistön vuonna 2017 ja tiesimme, että sijainti on erityinen! Kahden viime vuoden aikana olemme kunnostaneet entisen kaksi erillistä mökkiä yhdeksi kotiin, joka on täydellinen perhejuhlia varten. Kun valtion puisto on aivan oven takana, Payette Lake takapihallasi ja Mccallin keskusta alle kilometrin päässä ... tässä paikassa on kaikki. Mahtuu helposti 20 viidessä makuuhuoneessa, joissa kaikissa on omat kylpyhuoneet yksityisyyttä ja vieraiden mukavuutta varten! Kolmannen kerroksen parvi tarjoaa vedä sängyt ja poikkipinta lapsille hengailla ja nauttia pingistä!

Amazing!

We had such a great stay with our whole family - 6 adults, a 5yr old and a 9mo old. The house was well stocked and the private beach/dock and access to the Ponderosa Park hiking trails were so convenient and hard to beat! We would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Great property for a large group

The house is beautiful and has a great view. There were 10 of us in our group. The property had enough space for all of us in the kitchen and living area.

Friends for decades!

My friends and I stayed at this gorgeous property overlooking Payette Lake. It is located in Ponderosa State Park fairly close to the town of McCall. The photos do not do this property justice as it is even prettier than the photos show! The Scandinavian decor is lovely ……minimalistic yet beautiful! The five bedrooms with four of them being en-suite are lovely and the loft bedroom has a bathroom in close proximity. We enjoyed several walks located on nearby trails.In the future, it is my hope to rent it again along with my children and their families……enough room for everyone!

Perfect lakefront getaway

The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable for our group. Lovely views of the lake and a sandy private beach and dock. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We are already looking at when we can come again!

Great place!

We had a group of 14 adult males staying for a week for our Annual Fantasy Football draft. The house had plenty of room for all of us to sleep and hang out. We have been doing our annual trip for over 20 years, and this was one of the best places we ever stayed.

This house is perfect for big families. Each big bedroom has their own bath, beautifully updated, huge kitchen, great deck and the sandy beach was so key! The dock was great for our ski boat. We cannot say enough nice things about this house.

The best place to stay in McCall!

I want to tell everyone about this house but i also don’t want anyone to know because it is going to get booked out! Everything about is amazing. Our favorite part is how insanely comfortable it is for the amount of people it can hold! Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is a game changer. From the kitchen, to the living room, to the dock, it seriously could not have been any more perfect for our trip. We will definitely be staying here again the first chance we can!

Winter Ski Week with Family

This is a beautiful property that we had rented in the summer for many years before it was sold to the current owners and renovated. We loved seeing what the new owners had done to the property. Beautiful place and perfect for a large family gathering. Perfect in every way except the entrance over ice and snow was a bit tricky. We were able to walk just next to the garage after getting over the mound of ice in the driveway.

From host to facility, everything was ideal. Simply ideal. Amazing Property and Gorgeous Location

This home was everything described and more. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, roomy shared living spaces. The seating at the bar and dining room table was perfect for meals and card games. the bedrooms were large, and the bathrooms were amazing, very nice fixtures and features everywhere. A chef's kitchen with high quality appliances. Too many amenities to list, everyone in our group of 16 adults was comfortable and very impressed. We came to snowmobile, and the owner's were very helpful on talking us through how to park all the trucks and trailers to get everyone there. the view of the snowy lake was amazing, and the yard had lots of little winter visitors to enjoy! We saw deer, fox, and many species of birds each day that we were there. It is a close walk to town, and there are cross country trails right outside the door!

Amazing Ponderosa Park Lake House Vacation

What an amazing property! We came to McCall with high expectations based on the description and pictures. I can honestly say being in the home was even better and far exceeded our already high expectations. We loved the location within Ponderosa State Park and its access to trails and the water. The home’s layout is perfect for families and accommodations were first class. The home was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and provided a lot of room for both privacy and socializing. Cooking is a big part of our family's get-togethers and the Lake House kitchen was a sure delight to cook and socialize in. From the commercial-quality cooking and food prep appliances to pots, pans, dishes, and glassware to the large kitchen island with seating for six, there was nothing we lacked for putting together and sharing great meals. The Lake House dock is well maintained and was easy to approach and moor our boat when it wasn't being used. The property's large sandy beach and the sandy lake bottom made for enjoyable lounging, beach games and swimming. This is a special property. We will return in the future.

Beautiful home

This was a simple reservation to make with very clear communication. Minimal communication needed which we prefer. Super easy check in and check out. The entire property was gorgeous. The inside of the home was so well appointed, cozy and clean. We staying in December so loved the wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood), the lamps for cozy lighting, dimmer switches, blankets and carpet in the bedrooms. There was enough comfortable seating on the sectional, at the kitchen island and dining table for our large family. It was a very comfortable home. The kitchen and pantry were extremely well stocked and the only thing we couldn't find were the salt and pepper shakers. Everything you need for cooking is there. And, lots of spices, paper towels, foil, all the things you use and usually have to buy when staying at a vacation home were there! It is so roomy in the kitchen and room for many people to be multitasking. Huge table and chairs for our game nights. There was snow on the ground so couldn't see the grounds, but the outside decks and hot tub were so beautiful along with the view of the lake. Incredible view with amazing trees!! Very quiet area and we didn't see another person while there. The beds were comfortable and loved that all four bedrooms had lovely attached bathrooms. Loved that there were a lot of towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. We would love to come back in the summer and do all the outdoor activities. Highly recommend!

Great property - but be aware of hazards

The good: the house is great. The location is great. The beach is great. The bad: Once you leave the beach things become dangerous. I was warned the dock was in rough shape but it had nails protruding and boards that would sag when you step on them. The dock has a large rock in the lake right where you would park your boat. I asked if there were any hazards and was told no. I have boated all of my life so it was a surprise to me when I hit a rock where the owners said was safe. Other than the rock that caused a TON of damage to my boat we had no propane in the bbq, the garbage cans were all full upon arrival and the internet was spotty. I let the owners know about the issues and it was not well received. Lastly I was treated rather rudely by the owners saying I "complained" throughout the stay. I have never been treated this badly by a property owner. It is too bad. It is a great location but be careful with this one!

Outstanding Lake Front Home!

Five Stars! The photos and description in the listing are 100% accurate and we are very appreciative that the host is willing to share this gem with the VRBO community. We were down on the beach when a 4 point buck decided to walk past us and take up shelter under the deck and provide selfie opportunities. We hiked the peninsula, had a bonfire on the beach and boated on the lake. Treat yourself to this spectacular opportunity!
