Tämä merenrantahotelli, joka on inspiroitu esimerkkeinä nykyaikaisesta meksikolaisesta arkkitehtuurista, on suunniteltu ottaen huomioon henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ja mukava, rento elämä sekä sisällä että ulkona. Viihtyisässä sisustuksessa yhdistyvät Saltillo- ja puurakeiset laattalattiat rikasvärisillä kuvioiduilla seinillä, puupalkeilla, meksikolaisella keramiikalla ja käsityönä sisustetuilla huonekaluilla Aasian ja Etelä-Amerikan lehtipuista.

Taittuvat ovet avavat olohuoneet ja ruokasalit uima-altaan terassille, josta on upeat näkymät merelle ja ympäröiville saarille. Valtavat itätuulet pitävät sisä- ja ulkotilat viileinä ja mukavina. Nauti suosikki ateriasi kynttilänvalossa ruokasalissa tai ulkona uima-altaan terassilla tähtien alla. Täysin varusteltu keittiö ja grilli tarjoavat vaativimmankin kokin.

Sijaitsee vain 60 jalkaa pienestä eristäytyneestä rannasta, et ole koskaan vain muutaman askeleen päässä virkistävästä sukellasta. Noin mailin päässä rannalta sijaitseva sulku riutta suojaa aluetta suurilta aalloilta ja luo ekosysteemin, joka on rikas merielämässä. Jos surffaus ja hiekka eivät ole mieluummin, ui 33 m: n sylissä olevassa uima-altaassa, jonka jälkeen parkitusistunto pidetään terassilla. Nautit rauhasta ja yksityisyydestä, jota ei löydy useimmista suurista hotelleista.

Makuuhuoneen sviitissä on koko toinen taso king-vuoteella, ilmastoinnilla, TV / DVD: llä ja kylpyhuoneella, jossa kaksinkertainen pesuallas-alaosa, suihku ja oma wc. Ranskalaiset lasiovet avautuvat suurelle parvekkeelle, ja istuintyynyillä varustetut kiesit rentoutumiseen, auringonottoon tai vain upeiden näkymien nauttimiseen päivällä ja yöllä.

Toisen makuuhuoneen sviittiin, Villan päätasolle, pääsee Cabanasta aivan uima-altaan terassin vieressä. Huoneessa on king-vuode, ilmastointi ja ranskalaiset lasiovet, jotka johtavat isoin parvekein, jossa on kiteitä. Nauti upeista näkymistä St.-vuorille Martin, rannalla lippaavat aallot ja Anguilla-kanavan kiiltävät vedet. Cabana toimii täysin toisena makuuhuoneena olevana kylpyhuoneena, jossa on oma wc, erillinen pesuallas ja erillinen suihku sekä päärakennuksen toinen kylpyhuone.

Fletch's Cove on täydellinen paikka romanttiselle häämatkalle, vuosipäivälle tai hiljaiselle lomalle pariskunnille. Perfect Getaway

Very private and beautifully appointed property We started and ended our day with breathtaking views of St Marten. Enjoyed visiting all the spectacular beaches each with local charm and food choices. Carol and her house staff were very accommodating and made the travel process very enjoyable Would definitely visit again!

We had an amazing 5 days at Carol’s property! Beverly went out of her way with recommendations and fully stocked the house upon our arrival. Every detail was taken care of including the car rental. Celilia takes wonderful care of the property. We will surely be back!

Outstanding property

Repeating what many have said before, this is a very special property with a magnificent view of the bay and St Marten in the distance. Property is exactly as described and well cared for - and the owner (Carol) and property manager (Beverly) couldn't have been more helpful. They assisted with a rental Jeep (recommended if you want to explore beaches) and airport transfer to the villa along with a lot of info about the island. If you are looking to get away from the "crowds" in a very private setting this is the place.

Love at First Sight!

When we first began to look at rental properties on Anguilla, Fletch's Cove caught our eye and we never could find another place that even came close. And the photos didn't even do it justice. The view of Saint Martin across the Anguilla Channel never gets old. It is such a beautiful and peaceful getaway. The home is beautiful and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully landscaped and that view! Both Carol, the owner, and Beverly, the property manager, were very responsive and they helped make our stay just perfect.

Absolutely Perfect Villa w/ Stunning Views and Tranquil Vibes

Fletch's Cove is the perfect location for your next Anguilla adventure. Centrally located on the island with short drives to each end was perfect for getting around easy. The villa itself is impeccable, with amazing views of St. Martin across the water. We have stayed here twice now it will be doing so again in the future! Highly recommend.

Absolutely Wonderful! As advertised!!

Fleth's Cove - more beautiful in person! The view is spectacular, the sound of the waves crashing on the coral reef is so calming and the house is cool and comfortable. Spacious and inviting! We booked as one couple so we had access to just one bedroom, but it was perfect for just the two of us! The bed was very comfortable, the shower & bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well appointed and we cooked in a couple of times which was great! Even the landscaping is beautiful - and well lit, making us feel very safe (not that it's an issue on Anguilla!) Carol was the most responsive owner I have ever worked with! She answered every silly question prior to our arrival, (and even after) and her management team on the island was absolutely fantastic! Beverly went above and beyond for every little (and a couple big) things that we needed. I can't say enough great things about the team and this place. We will be back!

This is a great place to relax. The view was as pictured. Staff and owners were very responsive. The villa was very well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked. If you are visiting Anguilla we would recommend this place.

PARADISE

My wife and I truly enjoyed the magical experience of Fletch’s Cove. I honestly saw the house being listed years ago prompting me to want to visit the island years ago, then COVID hit. The communication with Carol was exceptionally great, she walked me though all the logistics- St Martin (EAHS), ferry, car rental, testing, etc. Having rented people’s residences for 10+ yrs, she is hands down the best owner I have ever worked w/- re. Communication, accuracy of accommodation, cleanliness, safety (like Fort Knox). We had a wonderful time, the warmth of Anguilla’s people is tremendous, the service is unparalleled (the rental car was delivered to the house before we arrived , and paperwork completed at our leisure the next day), a taxi was prearranged to meet us at the harbor and deliver us to the house where we met the property manager- all appreciated after a long day of traveling. And again the house- the views from the loungers on the patio (my favorite spot) and on the deck, the fully stocked kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating, well-appointed bedroom, and the grounds- all 10+. My favorite rental by far.

Stunning villa and views!

A friend and I stayed at Fletch's Cove for almost 2 weeks in February 2020, and had a terrific stay. The villa is even more gorgeous in person than in the pictures. The master bedroom/bathroom is enormous and very comfortable. There is a safe to store your valuables. The second bedroom is just as beautiful. Both have A/C, and balconies with an ocean view. The house was equipped with everything we could have needed (kitchen stuff, grill, towels, beach chairs/umbrella, books, maps, restaurant menus), which was super helpful. You will need to rent a car, because there aren't any restaurants or grocery stores in walking distance. Also, the beach in front of the villa isn't the greatest for swimming, and depending on the tide, not always ideal of sitting/sunbathing. We rented a Jeep and explored all the other beaches on the island, which were breathtaking. We took the beach chairs/snorkeling equipment provided at the villa and spent every day at a different beach in Anguilla. The pool is great for laps, the lounge chairs are comfortable and the patio gets a lot of sun if you like to lay out. The staff (especially Stacian!!) was amazing. Stacian was immediately on hand when any issues arose, and the villa management was available 24/7. They arranged for our car rental, ferry pick-up etc. Fletch's Cove is a beautiful property, and the prefect home base to explore the island from. Great location. You'll love staying there!

We will return soon and hope that is July Couple of things Because all floors are mexicantile it is sometimes hard to notice step downs from one room to another or to a deck. One nasty fall. Need to paint some edges with a white stripe TVs need to be updated Be great to have a telescope or binoculars to look at SXM

Absolutely perfect for our 30th anniversary !!

I have never dealt with a VRBO owner that was as helpful as Carol was. She gave great sudgestions on ferry options and had representative waiting at the terminal to take us to our villa where she had arranged for our rental car to already be on the premises. This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it even more the second time than the first . The property is extremely private and exclusive. Cecil came in daily and cleaned the place spotless. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking to be completely left to themselves .

Breathtaking Views - Great Location - Well Maintained!!!

Full disclosure - we are the Owner's of Fletch's Cove and just returned from our fall maintenance trip getting the villa in tip top shape for our 2018/2019 guests. We take great pride in keeping our home in pristine condition with all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Painting, staining, sealing tiles and so much more to ensure you have the best accommodations. We have made MANY updates and improvements over the years and have recently added a second bedroom suite. We have spectacular ocean views from the bedrooms, balconies, pool terrace, dining/living rooms both day and night and our south central location is just perfect. It's an easy drive to get to beaches and restaurants, then return to your our own private oasis. We are looking forward to hosting our guests this year and trust everyone will have a marvelous stay at our home. Just enjoy all that Anguilla has to offer, especially the people they are so kind and caring and will make your experience wonderful! Cheers! Carol & John

WOW! Amazingly Beautiful!

Stunning view and property. Very private around pool area which was nice. Beautiful tiled floors. Really nice having the the two rooms completely separate from each other. Pool was soooo refreshing to swim in day and night. Air conditioning was top of the line. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location on the island to drive in any direction. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely go back again!

Amazing!

We had the most amazing trip to Fletch's Cove. We've been to Anguilla more than a dozen times and this has to be on the top of our favorites list of places to stay. The villa is just beautiful and very nicely equipped. It has everything! But the best part is the view. Spectacular views of St. Maarten/ St. Martin and the warm breeze is perfect! It is perfectly located too. Close to all of our favorite restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be coming back to Fletch's Cove. We rented Fletch's Cove for our honeymoon and were blown away! Carol, the owner was such a delight to work with. She was very responsive, gave us recommendations, and answered all our questions. Her and her husband went out of their way to secure our liquor of choice, had mixers and limes ready for our arrival. When we arrived we were greeted by the property management company and given a tour. She answered all our questions and was very courteous. The property was immaculate! It was spotless, comfortable and the views were to die for. The pictures on the listing doesnt do it justice. Our highlights were starting the day off with coffee and breakfast on the patio and ending with a coctail at night on the bedroom balcony. The views of St. Maarten are amazing. The villa had everything you needed, kitchen and baths were well stocked. They had chairs, umbrella, coolers, snorkel stuff, beach towels, and coolers for your beach adventures. The pool at the villa was private and very clean. You also have your own little beach to walk down too. The upstairs bedroom had cold ac and the bed was very comfortable. The whole property had very good lighting and lots of sturdy locking doors so we felt very safe. They have an alarm system but we never used it. A bonus is the housekeeper Cecille, She did such a great job of taking care us. She is a super sweet lady. This property exceeded our expectations in every way! Lovely villa in a great location!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay at Fletcher's Cove. The villa is centrally located on the island, making trips to any beach or restaurant convenient. The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed, and the security system, perimeter doors and fencing made us feel very safe and secure.

Amazing villa filled with amenities!

We spent our week-long honeymoon at Fletch's Cove in Anguilla, and I can't imagine a better place for a romantic and relaxing getaway! Full disclosure--the villa is owned by my Aunt and Uncle. John is an architect and meticulously designed every aspect of the villa for maximum enjoyment--from the lap pool and the cabana, to the gorgeous upstairs and downstairs patios! Carol has a background in the hospitality industry and truly has thought of everything. Every time we said "I wish there was X here...," it was! Beach bags, citronella candles to eat outside at night, extra beach towels, snorkel gear, grilling equipment--this villa has it all! The staff of the villa is also amazing and very willing to help with any questions or requests. Carol also helped set up a private dinner with a fabulous chef on the villa's porch--it was a true highlight of our honeymoon. We rented a car so that we could explore the island during the day, and drive to some more casual dinners at night. The villa also has a relationship with Don Richardson, a taxi driver, so it was very easy to schedule taxi service at night when going out for nicer dinners. I'd recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island or pick up groceries a few times during the week, but it's certainly not necessary. All of the restaurants were amazing, but we would highly recommend Hibernia, Tasty's, E's Oven, Smokey's by the Cove, Sand Bar, Blanchard's Beach Shack, Veya, and booking with Geraud (the private chef). You truly cannot go wrong when vacationing in Anguilla--the island is filled with gorgeous beaches, delicious food, and amazing people. But Fletch's Cove was BY far the highlight of our stay. I promise you won't regret booking this amazing villa!

We designed and built Fletch's Cove in 2001 while we were living and working in Sint Maarten. For over 17 years, John ran his architectural firm, J. Fletcher Biggar Architects, designing and constructing custom residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects on Anguilla and the neighboring islands of Sint Maarten/St. Martin & Saba. Carol worked for a real estate firm selling and managing properties. Together we share a wealth of knowledge about building and renting properties in the Caribbean and the States.
