Newly renovated kitchen, laundry/bar area, new flooring throughout, recessed lighting, crown molding throughout, new baseboards, new interior bead board doors and hardware, new lighting, new windows in bedrooms, shutters and new glass front door and new paint throughout. Enter from carport into a private courtyard. Courtyard has dining set, large umbrella, gas grille and storage shed with dusk to dawn lighting. Coded entry lock for convenience. Laundry room, 1/2 bath and closet on 1st floor. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast nook. Dining/ living area is spacious and furniture comfortable. The sofa has a pull out sleeper. There is a bar area and smart tv. Large sliders open to screened in lanai overlooking the golf course with sunset views. Upstairs you will find a desk nook and linen closet in the upper hallway. There is a spacious primary bedroom with en-suite overlooking the golf course, Tv and ample closet storage. The other primary with en-suite has pond views. Double closets and smart tv.
Spanish Wells Golf community is gated with 24/7 security. It offers 27 holes of golf open to the public. It is located 3.5 miles to gulf beaches, 20 minutes to Fort Myers airport, close to shopping restaurants and Naples. Location, location!!!

I am a retired RN and my husband is still working at our flooring store. We reside on Cape Cod and spend as much time as we can at our townhouse in Bonita Springs. We have 2 daughters, 2 son in-laws, 2 precious granddaughters and a sweet grandson. We have been coming to the Bonita Springs/Naples for 41 yrs. We love the beaches and all the attractions this area has to offer. We bought our first townhouse in 2016. We love the location of Spanish Wells and the community. We are creating new memories with our newest generation.

We bought this property which is an identical floor plan to the one we bought in 2016. It is very comfortable and feels like home away from home. I like that there is only 1 step into the home. It makes bringing groceries in easy. Two primary en-suites upstairs are great for privacy. Having a 1/2 bath on the first floor is a bonus. The 16ft wide living space makes the area very comfortable. Our guests absolutely love the layout of the home. They especially like the private courtyard with their very own gas grill. This property is a short walk to the community pool, driving range, putting green and clubhouse. The west facing lanai has beautiful sunsets overlooking the 1st hole on the South course.
