Panama City Beach's newest and most luxurious beachfront condominium. Sterling Breeze was named 'BEST CONDO' by the readers of Panama City Living Magazine. Sterling Breeze is the perfect family vacation destination.

Our condo is ideal for two families. It offers 2 gulf front master suites, each has a king size bed and own bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a bunk area and an additional bathroom. This is the only floor plan like it in the building. It will accommodate 10 people comfortably.

Our condominium is like a home on the beach. It has over 40' of beach front balcony, 10' ceilings, large pantry, full size side by side washer and dryer, plenty of closets, electric grill on the balcony, a 52' flat screen TV in the living room, flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV and HBO, 4 DVD players, granite counter tops in kitchen, double vanities in all 3 bathrooms. It is located on a low floor, fully furnished and professionally decorated.

Sterling Breeze amenities include a gulf-front overflow edge pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool side internet cafe & wine bar, and covered parking. Sterling Breeze is located less than 1/4 of a mile from Pier Park, featuring popular restaurants, amusements and shopping. Also it's less than a mile from Frank Brown Park, PCB's premier recreational park.

Our guests will receive, free high speed internet access and free local and long distance telephone.

All rates are subject to a 13% tax and cleaning fee.

Beautiful condo
We enjoyed our stay - there were 4 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space and right off the skywalk from the parking garage so that was perfect! Would stay again for sure!

Perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday
Condo 201 at Sterling Breeze was the best condo on the beach I’ve ever stayed at PCB (over 40 years of experience). The condo has everything you would need and has the perfect view of the beach, ocean, pool, and hot tub! We had 2 adults and 6 sixteen year old girls for my daughters 16th birthday. Me and another mom were the chaperones and we could sit out on the balcony (there were 2 private balconies!) and keep an eye on the girls the entire time without having to be right beside them. The condo was fully stocked with supplies and we didn’t need anything but groceries. It was also very clean and beautifully decorated! We had plenty of room for all 8 of us without feeling over crowded. We loved the double vanities in all 3 bathrooms which was great when there were 8 of us ladies all primping. Ha! The owners were fabulous and easy to communicate with throughout our stay and especially when the concierge had to leave early on the day we arrived. Staying in condo 201 is the perfect location when staying at Sterling Breeze. When we were there 1 of the 2 elevators was broken, so that left only 1 elevator to service all 23 floors! Luckily, it wasn’t too crowded so we would ride the elevator but the girls took the stairs every time. Sterling Breeze itself is right on the beach and truly gulf front! It only takes a few steps from the pool deck until you are on the white sandy beach! They have the rental chairs and the guy running the stand was super nice and helpful to reposition the guests umbrellas. He also arranged our banana boat rentals within 5 minutes. They have a poolside bar & grill that also sells pool/beach necessities. Jennifer was the server there during most of our trip and she was fabulous! Security was very present and friendly, with Jimmy offering to help us with an issue we had with our parking garage car tags. The location of Sterling Breeze is great too! It’s less than 1/4 mile from Pier Park. It is a fun and easy walk on the beach itself or down Front Beach Road in order to enjoy shopping and eating at any of the great restaurants at Pier Park. From the condo balcony you can also see Pier Park’s long pier out into the ocean. Overall, it was the perfect trip! I hope to get the opportunity to rent this same condo (201) from here on out when traveling to PCB! Sterling Breeze 201 offers a great location, great amenities, great view, great condo, and great owners! Condo rentals in PCB doesn’t get any better than this!!!

Great for a last minute change of plans
We do not normally stay in PCB but due to Sally we had to move our vacation. Property was pretty much as expected. During our stay the owners were very responsive and also informed us that a remodel would be taking place November 2020. The space is nice but could use new carpet and a couple repairs here and there. Very close to Pier Park and easy beach access from the complex.
