Luxury Condo
The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. It had every thing you needed including all kitchen items. Would definitely stay again.

Screens back porch ripped out,tile kitchen floor cracked & broken,major appliances in kitchen need replacing (rusty metal shelves freezer),washing machine overflows, furniture (livingroom)old & dirtied,TV very hard to operate, upstairs sm. bedroom shower doors leaks waterdoors need replacing. Stairway needs handrails. And no blankets provided forbeds.

owners do not care about their renters
We came for peace and quiet and a nice pool. We had NEITHER! The pool was dirty and cloudy the entire time. 3-to 4 of the days you could only see the top step in the pool. We called 4 times and it never was resolved. Seriously! There was construction going on at the Condo. They happened to be working on our unit the entire week. Pounding on the walls from 7:30 AM to 6 PM every day. A couple of days we couldn't even use the front door. While no one can help that there is construction, they could have had it on the listing or notified us about it somehow. We would have picked a different location!!! VACASA was able to give us a small amount for compensation. They said any more compensation would have to be approved by the owner and they wouldn't do it. They do not care about their renters, they should not rent their unit! One of the small beds, the box springs was broken and the bed was super saggy. Also, the sheets do not stay on the king bed.

House was good. It could use a broom and a dust pan instead of having to turn on the vacuum every time something needs swept up. The pool code I was given was incorrect. When I called the lady said she would have someone call us back with a new code, which they never did. Thankfully I found a paper in the condo that had a different code on there and it worked for us. Overall, quiet place to stay, convenient location, beds were comfortable.
