Perfect location

We loved our stay, cute condo right across from street. Make sure you watch the sunset at the cute little park at the end of the beach.

First time couple vacation

This room is perfect for a couples get away for a week. It has all the necessary amenities and more for the beach. It’s a small condo…. But it’s not made for you to stay in the whole time. They are doing some remodeling in the doorway/main floor. The only thing I could even say negative about the condo was the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases had very noticeable slobber on them. But I loved my time here! Can’t wait to see the updating in the future. It’s a great spot.

Great location

Loved the location of this property! It was just as listed and had everything we needed. Loved the beach chairs and cooler that was provided! The pool wasn’t open since there was a recent hurricane so would’ve liked a discount on it for that, but it wasn’t the owner’s fault, other than that I highly recommend this place!

Everything about the property and location was just what we were looking for. We could walk to just about everywhere and the beach was a 1min walk. We look forward to heading back next year!

Great property & owner

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beach, restaurants, & bars all close and within walking distance. Transportation options in the area keep you from the expense of renting a vehicle. We will be back!

Awesome weekend getaway...

My best friend and I wanted to get away for a long weekend. We wanted a pool and the beach which this property had both! The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had such a great time, we ant to make this an annual trip!!!

Great Location & Stay!

We stayed 6 nights at this location and are looking to book again next year! This condo was a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed a beach grill for breakfast most mornings. The space was a cute and bright layout with many windows and amenities nearby! The property manager was 10/10 to deal with and was a seamless booking. Thanks!

Everything we needed and more

This studio had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, even with to go coffee mugs. Beach towels and chairs all there and in terrific shape. We ate in most of our trip and it went smoothly. Location is terrfic and walking distance to so much to do and see. Host was terrific to work with. We would definately consider a repeat visit.

The perfect getaway place!

My husband and I had an amazing week at this beautiful property! The unit is stocked with everything you will need for a great beach vacation! We didn’t rent a car so we walked everywhere or rode the free public trolley. So many great restaurants and ice cream shops are literally just a short walk away! The beach is just a few steps away! If you’re thinking about renting this property, do it!!! It’s great!

Accurate description

The property was at a convenient location. The mattress on the bed was pretty soft. The curtain in the kitchen is pretty see through at night time and linking rate into the bed should be darker in my opinion. Overall It was a great stay and communication was awesome.

Great location, cute studio

My husband and I took a short get away to St. Pete's Beach and stayed in this cute studio apartment. It is a great location - not a beach view, but steps away from the beach. Restaurants and bars are a very close walk (less than a block) from the apartment. We would absolutely stay again. The only negative were the people staying in the apartment on the same floor - they were up smoking and partying a few of the nights until late, but that is not a reflection on the property and nothing the owner can control. We still had a great time and loved the area.

Super nice and beachy studio

I was impressed from the moment we walked in. Its decorated nicely. One thing i really liked were all the windows, which make it so bright . The kitchen had most everything you needed, like pot, pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The bed was super comfy, with lots of pillows, and a nice extra blanket. We really enjoyed having a balcony to sit out, and drink coffee every morning. Its a great price for all thats included, plus the beach is a very short walk, and the pool was great too ! anyone would really enjoy this place.

Nice week on the beach

This little condo was just what we needed for our week stay at the beach. The only complaint we had was that the pool was really hot. It felt more like a hot tub than a pool, so it wasn’t very refreshing. We just didn’t use the pool much because of it. The condo was everything that was stated and the beach buggy was very helpful for hauling around our beach supplies. The cooler and the beach chairs were very helpful also. The beach was gorgeous and the water was very refreshing. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean, but stairway area under renovation. Lock wasn't working properly. Communication was good, but difficult to find the apartment. Pool didn’t seem to be heated, but close to beach. Not a bad place for the price if you don't mind going up the stairs where everything is being renovated.

I am a mother of 5 and always dreamed of owning a condo at the beach. I love hosting our beautiful little place and sharing the spectacular beach with guests.

Miksi majoittaja valitsi tämän majoituspaikan

I absolutely love St Pete Beach and this area is a quiet, safe little neighborhood with tons of restaurants, shops and ice cream places, all totally walkable. Every Sunday there is a big farmers market with lots of food and local art. The pool is heated year round and the property is very well maintained, no pets or smoking anywhere on the premises.
