Superior yhden makuuhuoneen yhden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto. Voi nukkua 4-5 vierasta, vuodesohvalla olohuoneessa. Laattalattiat koko yksikössä. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, kaikki mitä tarvitset ruoanlaittoon. Täysikokoinen pöytä, istuimet neljälle. Kaksi televisiota, kaapeli, ilmainen langaton ja kiinteä puhelin. Suuri terassi etuoven ulkopuolella, jotta voit rentoutua ja nauttia näkymistä lahdelle. Upea trooppinen lehdet ympäröivät koko yksikköä. Kaikki tarvitsemasi on siellä. Hiustenkuivaaja, pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet, jäähdytin, rantatuoleja, pelejä ja aurinkovarjo.

Lähellä on paljon toimintaa. Purjelautailu, delfiinien katselu, aalto juoksijat, kalastus ja paljon muuta. Upeita ravintoloita ja baareja kävelyetäisyydellä. Paradise-säleikkö on suoraan rannalla ja tarjoaa hyvää ruokaa aamiaiseksi tai lounaaksi. Corey Avenue on hieno ostosalue, joka on vain muutaman korttelin päässä. Beach Bods -kuntosali on kahden korttelin päässä ja tarjoaa päivittäin, viikoittain tai kuukausittain.

Gulf Winds on loistava ominaisuus, joka tarjoaa sisäpihoja, joissa on patiohuonekalut ja ulkogrillit. Pesulapalvelut ovat paikan päällä jokaisessa rakennuksessa. Shuffleboard on myös saatavana. Great getaway!

This was a wonderful trip with an awesome place to stay! The condo and it’s location are perfect for a beach trip. The set up is wonderful and provides everything needed. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect little spot

The space was very clean and is in a great location for the beach. It is also within walking distance to restaurants. Check in was very easy and everyone I dealt with during check-process were very kind and supportive Definitely will stay here again :)

Great stay

Location was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with owner was extremely helpful with just tiny things we needed. Comfy bed,chairs for the beach umbrella etc. We would definitely stay here again. Even considering looking for property for sale here. Thank you for a great few days

Wonderful stay in St Pete Beach

We had a very relaxing week at this condo in St Pete Beach. Just a short walk across the parking area and you had toes in the sand! The condo was clean and very cute! We had everything we might need to visit the beach or the pool. Melissa was a wonderful host and the Gulf Wind staff were so nice too! The extras Melissa provides to use at the beach are such an added bonus since we flew and couldn’t bring everything we needed. Just a great stay!

Excellent all around!

I love this complex and stay here often but this was a first for this unit. Best VRBO host I’ve had so far, so accommodating and friendly. Great communication! She uses the property manager onsite who is also AMAZING! Great experience, highly recommend. Also great value!!

Girl's Weekend

It was perfect for our weekend away! I slept on the pull out sofa bed...not the most comfortable, but was fine for only three nights. The apartment was clean, the area was nice and just a short walk to the beach.

Great location, Super Clean

The condo was everything it was advertised as and more. Anything you could want or need was within walking distance. Melissa was nice enough to call and check with us before our arrival and provide all her contact information in case we needed anything, which we did not. I would not hesitate renting this unit again.

Absolutely incredible!

The condo was immaculate, super comfortable and the location couldn’t have been any better…right across the street from beach access!! Melissa was fantastic to work with - checking in with us before we left home, at check in, and again just before we left!! Parking was a little crazy, but we were there over a holiday weekend, so that was why. Overall, an amazing stay!! Thank you, Melissa for everything!!! We’re already looking at dates for next year!

All you need is your swimming suit!

Awesome location with everything you need for a great beach trip! Just bring your suit, towel, and sunscreen - the condo has everything else you need - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ice chest. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook, but every place we ate had great food. Melissa was great to work with and provided a very helpful list of to-do's and to-go's. Make sure you go to Jimmy B's on the Beach on Tuesday night for great 70/80's music! Have been going to Destin for many years but St Pete's is my new favorite destination.

New favorite beach on the Gulf!

The condo was very clean with more amenities than we have ever had in the proper condos! Melissa really provided a wonderful vacation environment. Thank you for all the beach equipment you provide. My husband was upset we flew for we left all our equipment at home. But Melissa to the rescue! Thank you Melissa!

Very Nice...

We really enjoyed our week at St. Pete Beach. The condo had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the well thought out kitchen. We had some of our best meals at the condo although there were plenty of good restaurants near that we enjoyed also. We did a ton of walking on the beach and enjoyed the sunsets. We also used the condo as home base for day trips to Sarasota, Dunedin for baseball, Fort DeSoto and St. Petersburg (loved the Dali Museum). The condo was clean. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We loved the little yellow condo in the Florida pink buildings.

Great little beach spot!

We brought my in-laws down to St Pete for a quick weekend beach trip in late July. This condo was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It was extremely clean, well decorated (beachy) and a very short walk across a small low traffic backstreet (more of a parking lot) to the beach. You can see the beach and gulf from the window and front door of the condo. We had an issue with the A/C not working when we arrived and the owner Melissa was on top of it and it was quickly resolved. Melissa couldn't have been easier to work with and you can tell her and her family take great in their condo. I don't believe you will find a better place on St Pete beach for the price. This will be our go to quick getaway spot for sure!

Perfect getaway

My husband and I visited St. Pete for my birthday. Was a quick 3 night stay. This place was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The shower was huge, full kitchen, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels etc. We were able to use some beach chairs and umbrella. Which was nice because we flew in and used an Uber so we weren’t able to pack those things on our trip. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the beach was literally steps away!!! You couldn’t get any closer. Check in was a little confusing but Melissa was quick to call me back and get everything straight. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for such a wonderful little spot. We had a great time!

Awesome location for the price!

Location, location, location!! The beach can be viewed from your condo and front patio. We only stayed for 3 nights on our way down to Englewood. Melissa was very prompt in welcoming us and wanted to make sure we had no problems. The only issue was a slow bathroom sink but we worked around it and just told Melissa to make sure it was fixed for the next renter. The pool was beautiful and clean and at a warm 84 degrees. The grounds are very clean and manicured. This complex is very close to all restaurants and bars we chose to dine at and very walkable to many others. This unit was similar to a studio with sliding louvered doors separating the living room from the bedroom. Comfortable recliners and everything needed plus to make your visit enjoyable. The only irritation was the parking since the condos parking spaces are also shared with the beach and when the beach is very crowded you can expect to have a hike to your car but then later in the evening move it closer to your unit. You will definitely enjoy this unit if only 2 people in your group due to the size. There are 2 bedroom units also in this complex but on a higher floor with no elevator.

We had issues with the unit, Camera and Door

Location is ideal, not our first visit to this area. This unit had a surveillance camera in the kitchen window. Note on door said it was to observe the outside of unit. I feel this should have been included on the unit listing information, prior to booking. The description stated "Large patio outside your front door to relax and enjoy the views of the gulf." Well, we couldn't really relax knowing that we were on camera, this was disappointing and uncomfortable for us. We had door issues with our unit on our first day as well as the 2nd day, which was Christmas Eve. Owner was aware there was an issue with the door, but it was not repaired prior to our stay. First day could not open the door, had to call owner. 2nd day the door knob broke off the door so we were locked out, Christmas Eve with none of our possessions. Luckily the property manager was still there to assist. Long story short we were moved to another unit after finally getting the door open to get our belongings. Lesson learned, the owner must approve the move to another room. We were very lucky that the property manager took care of us AND that the owner approved a unit change.
