Our condo is in a rural location for exploring remote, less developed and less visited parts of the Big Island. We are the closest (only) resort condos to Volcanoes National Park. Drive from our beachfront location to the higher elevation park entrance in about 30 minutes. You will find the real Hawaii because you will be in the real Hawaii!

As of 2025, the current average hotel room price for a non-ocean view room on the Big Island is $295 to $350 / night plus tax. We hope you'll agree that our ocean view condo, at less than half the average nightly hotel rate (non ocean view!) is a solid value.
