The master bedroom features a King size bed with a new (2023) Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt with adjustable frame, balcony access, a 55 inch smart TV and a private bath with dual vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a new (2023) Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid mattress as well as a 55 inch smart TV and access to the hall bath. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa, a 65 inch Samsung smart TV and DVD player. Other features includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, ice maker, Keurig, and a 12 cup coffee pot, tile floors throughout, a full size washer and dryer. You will enjoy beautiful views from the large balcony, with access to the storage closet that has a refrigerator and chairs for your use.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Shipwatch provides boat and trailer storage for a fee set by the HOA. If you would like to reserve one of these, you will need to contact us at Liquid Life 2 weeks before your arrival. We must know before this time, or Shipwatch will not allow you to park your boat in their boat parking.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included in your reservation. If you need a second parking pass, please let us know before arrival. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the price is set by each association and is subject to change without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
