Mamitas Beach neighborhood in Playa Del Carmen. We are located on 28th Street and the beach. We have included several photos of our neighborhood. Mamitas Village is also referred to as 'little Italy'.

5th Avenue is blocked by vehicular traffic. Playa Del Carmen is a very walkable city. Ado bus system is excellent and inexpensive, taxi, and bike rentals.
