Home in a quiet Lake Havasu City neighborhood, centrally located and close to everything. Our backyard paradise with the pool and spa are ready for your enjoyment. If you want to bring your boat or ATV, there will be off street parking for you.

Come stay at this cozy 3-bed, 2-bath vacation rental with queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. Sporting a bright, nautical theme you’ll feel right at home the second you step in the door.

Bring your boat to put in at Lake Havasu Marina, spend all day out on the lake or ride the desert trails on your ATV, then come home to grill outdoors or cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. No matter your plans, you’ll love being able to relax in comfort and explore the area at your own pace.

You will love the backyard oasis, with plenty of shade areas, rocking chairs and loungers facing the pool and spa. Bar table and stools built into the pool and horse shoes. This is a non-pet home, sorry please do not bring pets.

THE PROPERTY -- The main en suite bedroom has a desk and printer and each bedroom has USB ports to charge your phones, high speed WiFi; Fenced backyard | Washer/Dryer | 1,400 Sq Ft | Ideal for groups wanting to spend their time on the lake or 4-wheeling in the desert, this home’s central location and comfy amenities make it the perfect place to work remotely. Main en suite Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed. Queen sleeper couch.

INDOOR LIVING: Modern interior, flat-screen Smart TVs (2). Basic TV with 50 local channels plus Streaming services. Tile floors throughout with carpet in bedrooms, ceiling fans in living and master.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered back patios w/ seating areas, fenced-in backyard, gas grill, pool, hot tub/spa, loungers, dining tables and rocking chairs. Access to the restroom in the RV garage so you don't have to drip water on your walk through the house from the pool. Pool is not heated. If pool heat is discussed ahead of time, we will arrange a pool heating fee to be an add-on charge.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ granite tile counter tops, refrigerator with ice-maker, electric range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, spice cupboard, drip coffee maker, blender, dishware & flatware, cooking essentials. Reverse Osmosis faucet for worry free drinking water.

GENERAL: Central A/C, linens/towels provided, complimentary toiletries, high speed WiFi, hair dryers (2), iron/board, trash bags/paper towels.

PARKING: Garage (1 vehicles) in boat-deep garage. The driveway (4 vehicles) is a flat gravel drive. Also, in front of the RV garage is large enough for truck with boat trailer, RV, etc. sorry, no RV garage access.
