The pond-like pool and spa offer an amazing family gathering space to relax surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The screened pool includes a long in-water sun-bench and a cocktail table surrounded by more seating so you can relax while remaining in the pool. When it’s time to dry off, meander along the private side path to a secluded courtyard surrounded by mature landscaping that offers another relaxing tranquil retreat.

This home has one of the shortest walks to the beach of any rental in the area, just a quick 3-minute walk. The beach is a perfect vantage point for the frequent Rocket Launches from Kennedy Space Center.

The Cottage has easy access to all the major attractions in Central Florida. It is a mere 3 miles to Port Canaveral, 2.5 miles to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and 17 miles to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Cape Canaveral is convenient to I-95 or the Beachline Expressway, making it convenient to get to Orlando International Airport (MCO), Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, or Sea World.

No parties or events
NO SMOKING, of ANY KIND, or of ANY SUBSTANCE in the unit or on the balcony/lanai by Guest at any time. Any smoking smell found in any room will incur a $500 deep clean fee, and guests will face immediate eviction by authorities.
No unregistered guests may stay at the home overnight. Each guest must be registered by name and age within your reservation.
Host must be notified through messaging about unregistered guests that visit during the day (ie. family and friends in the area).
Quite hours around the pool between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors. Throughout the day please be considerate of neighbors by not making excessive noise or litter within the neighborhood.
Per city ordinance, there is NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.
NO pets in the cottage by Guests at any time. Any Pets found in the cottage will incur a $500 deep clean fee and guests will face immediate eviction by authorities with no refund of any monies paid.
No food, dishware, or glassware in the pool. No glassware on the pool deck.
For stays starting between November 15 and March 15, the pool can be heated to 75 degrees. For these stays, there is an additional $65/day charge to heat the pool (minimum 5 day charge). This optional charge applies only if you choose to have the pool heated during your stay. This is charged to you as an additional fee after your stay. The charge applies to all days of your stay in which the pool heater's temperature is set to 75 degrees, regardless of the November 15 and March 15 stays.
There is an outdoor shower and foot wash inside the pool enclosure. Guests must use these to clean off sand prior to entering the pool and home. Excess sand in the pool will damage the pool equipment and Guests will be responsible for damages up to the actual cost of the repair.
NO seashells in the pool and please keep children from playing with the skimmer. Guests are asked to avoid having seashells and small toys in the pool. Please remove all items from the pool when not in use.
To operate properly, the pool must have sufficient water. The proper water should be within the top and bottom edges of the pool table. A full pool will have a water level at the top edge of the table. If the pool water is at or below the bottom edge of the table, water is needed. Please add water using the hose just outside the screen door at the pool-side of the garage (this is will fill the pool quicker). Please do not overfill the pool, as that also reduces the effectiveness of the skimmer.
No Tampering with the pool equipment is allowed and never remove the skimmer basket from the skimmer box while the pool is running. A remote is provided that allows guests an automated switching between pool, spa, and spillover operation. No other reconfiguration of the pool and spa is allowed. Tampering or damaging pool equipment will incur a minimum fee of $200 up to the actual costs to repair any damage.
No Tampering with the HVAC equipment is allowed. The air conditioning equipment operates between 70 and 84 Degrees Fahrenheit (22 and 29 Celsius).
Please ensure that all doors and windows remain closed while the Air Conditioning is running. This includes the door to the garage. The AC cannot cool the garage.
