Enjoy the beauty of the Cumberland River when you arrive at our Condo !
We are less than 7 miles from the airport and 3/4 of a mile from Broadway. You will see the beauty and peacefulness of the river out the back patio, then walk out the front door in your BOOTS to Broadway for all the MUSIC and food your HEART desires.
We provide everything you need to feel like home while you enjoy Nashville ;-]

I am here if you need me just down the road, I respect your privacy and want you to enjoy your stay . Feel free to ask if you need anything !

Riverfront Park was established in the early 1980s to celebrate the rich history of the city’s river which dates back to the first settlers arriving by boat and land. A replica of the first settlement, Fort Nashborough stands in the park’s Bicentennial Park and is worth a visit while you’re there. Today, the park is known for its amphitheater and is a favorite outdoor venue for visitors and locals like. Also here, several pieces of unique public art are on display, including the striking Ghost Ballet for the East Bank Machineworks, located on the east bank of the Cumberland River. The sculpture is made of arched, red steel trusses that twist upward creating a disconnected spherical shape. At night, the sculpture’s center is illuminated by a neon fixture, giving it a gorgeous, eye catching glow.

You can park in our covered lot for FREE and walk to most all of the attractions around us !

You have the condo to yourself and have use of the pool , work out room and laundry room and an outdoor area with grills

2. Most desired is the trolly it goes all over Nashville Stop/ Pick up #1 is located at the intersection of 2nd Avenue South and Broadway. this is beside Rock Bottom Brewery, underneath their marquee a short walk from the condo.
3. We have bus transit as well if needed

We are an apartment style building so a commitment to being a good neighbor is important , occupancy limits and quiet hours are needed let's be respectful of others ;-] hopefully they will do the same.
Events and parties are not allowed without written approval and an additional fee .

River View

The location is excellent and we enjoyed watching the river traffic. We also like to take in a Sounds game and the ballpark is an easy 5 min walk. The condo itself was very comfortable.

Recommended

This is a great location for access to downtown & all the popular places to visit. The first impression on approach isn't the best (the parking area & building work across the road) but the apartment was perfect for two couples, both bedrooms can be ensuite..Everywhere spotlessly clean, excellent kitchen facility & equipment, eating and seating area & scenic river frontage. Would happily book this if in Nashville again.

10 Minute walk to Broadway

This location is just a stone's throw from Broadway, making it super convenient to explore all the incredible breakfast, lunch, and dinner options nearby! We found ourselves strolling through the vibrant streets, soaking up the atmosphere and easily accessing lovely walking paths. It was an amazing experience filled with fun and laughter, creating unforgettable memories with the family!

Great location and space

Perfect location to walk to Broadway and the Nissan Stadium for events. House was well-appointed with everything needed to enjoy a weekend in Nashville. Highly recommend !

Nashville trip

We had a great time. The condo is located very close to downtown but away from all the party noise. It is next to the river, which gives you an interesting view, watching the trains cross and the boats and barges transit.

Birthday getaway

The property was in a nice quiet area overlooking the river. We enjoyed looking out at the river & the convenience to downtown. Owners were very responsive and provided us with suggestions on things to do with the house information We’d definitely stay here again

Perfect!!!

This place is wonderful and the listing pictures don’t give it justice. The view is so beautiful and serene. The beds and linens and pillows were so fresh and soft, which felt amazing after the amazing shower! The water pressure was superb and I don’t think my hair has ever been so clean! There were cute little groundhogs out back that visited and lots of birds. We loved watching all the boats. The only slightly negative was the couch was really worn in but we were so busy we only sat on it once. The beds made up for it! The kitchen was stocked well and the coffee maker and supplies were so nice, loved the little extra things like little creamers, map of Nashville, bottled waters, makeup wipes in bathroom. Oh the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash- luscious!! We had our 5 and 6 year olds with us and walked to a pizza place by the sounds stadium for dinner, that was fun and delicious. We took a cab to the Nissan stadium and it was $35 which was MUCH less than paying for parking at the concert. We watched/listened to the end of the concert on the balcony after tucking the kids in. The POOL! Gorgeous and right on the river! I felt so fancy. It was really perfect and will be staying there again. 10/10 recommend.

A bit pricey for a mile walk to Broadway

Bit of a walk to Broadway for the price. Couple of issues with tub/fridge but all in all, we had a fun stay in Music City!

Perfect spot for us!

Location was perfect! We were in town for the music city bowl game, we were able to walk to the stadium! It was only 1.4 miles. We walked to broadway for coffee one morning also, the rest of our trips we used Uber. The place was very clean & the beds were super comfortable! The kitchen was stocked well, and the coffee maker was great. Views of the river were a nice babkdrop. I worked remotely from the place a few mornings. It was a really nice stay. Highly recommend!!!

Overall the condo was neatly keep as the description states. The beds were very comfortable but the pull out sofa bed could really use a gelfoam pad on top of the mattress. My friends and I had a great time there and would go back again. It's in a very convenient location with plenty of parking and ubering was very affordable.

My friends and I recently stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette. It was very close to downtown and very clean! The owners were very easy to work with when our flight got in too early for check in.

Nice spot!

Enjoyed our stay. Hot temps when we were there so greatly appreciated the strong A/C throughout the apartment, shaded parking lot and building, and the pool. Worked well for two couples with the 2bed, 2bath setup. Good supply of towels and everything else we needed. Communication with the hosts was on point. Within just a few blocks is some great options for food and drinks, especially because it is not the Broadway pricing... Jonathan's, Tailgate Brewery, 3rd and Home. With a lot of walking during our stay and having luggage to haul in and out, it was really nice having a ground level unit. Some Google reviews of the entire complex make it sound a bit unsafe in the area. We felt very secure in the building with the property almost completely surrounded by privacy/security fencing. Just use common sense outside of that area for a block or two like not walking alone, stay away from the riverbank, walk to the property in areas with more lights and people around, etc. Would certainly stay again as it was appropriately priced, 15min walk to downtown, great local options, very clean and well maintained.

Wonderful stay

We loved the location, away from the noise of Broadway. We walked up every day to listen to music and came back to a quite nights sleep. It was a good distance but after sitting the walk felt good. It was walking distance to the Sound baseball game and a close drive to many of the sights of Nashville. Someone helped us find the pool. We enjoyed the small deck and watching the river in the morning.

Nashville weekend

Nice and clean. The showers have really nice water pressure which is hard to find, it seems. The area is nice and quiet, makes for nice peaceful mornings by the river. Definitely would reccomend.

No Steps with Great Square Footage

Loved the location! In close walking distance to some great off Broadway restaurants so food was much cheaper. Ate at TailGate Brewery off 3rd Ave and Jonathan’s off 3rd Ave...both were fabulous! We walked to and from Broadway one night so it is completely doable for most everyone. Ubers at the right time from this property can even be under $7. Loved the view of the river. Enjoyed sitting on the deck/porch and watching the barges and small boats pass on by. No Steps! It’s nearly impossible to find a way place in Nashville that doesn’t have steps…especially with this large amount of square footage. Amazing Space! Great amount of space, which is also harder to find in Nashville. It was my mom and myself staying at the property. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Another plus was the large walk-in closets and dressers. At the property I stayed at prior to this one, we had none of this. Loved the dining room table. Our friends were staying in a condo above us so we were able to get together for breakfast every morning. We had groceries from Kroger’s delivered the next morning. Prices were good, produce was excellent for this time of year and we were also able to have wine delivered. With a large breakfast and snacks, we saved money by only eating out once a day. Kitchen met most all of our expectations and needs for trip. Beds, bedding and comforters were very comfy!

First Trip To Nashville

The property we were provided with, unfortunately, was not the one we booked. Due to plumbing issues, we were offered a different unit. We made it work, although the one we ended up with was not really set up for two couples. It was more for a family. In spite of this, we made the best of it, and still had a great time in Nashville.
