Dirty and disrespectful

It was a nightmare rental. We couldnt even stay. Plus Vacation homes management is a scam. We paid all fees plus any extras for early check. We had family come in from the airport. Well when they arrived we had a hard reaching anyone for a QR code to get in the gates tried to contact they replied with It was already sent which was a lie after following behind someone we arrived at the home we couldnt get in contacted again gave us a wrong code. Finally got them to give a code and they had to use the master code but when we went in at 1:30pm the house was disgusting bugs everywhere they didnt come clean up from the last guest . I had to contact again and they had to reach a cleaning person that arrived 30 min later and was 1 lady for a 8 bedroom house even caught her using the same sheets that were on a bed and just make the bed to hurry to clean the couch was just filthy and need professional cleaning and was supposed to be ready for 1pm. I was calling back and forth because i had groceries being delived for 2pm and the fridge was disgusting they did offer another villa in this same community we go their and couldnt get in with the code while I was waiting for another code on hold for 25min a text came to my phone and said sorry this house cant be rented we would have to wait till 4pm. There was no way 1 or 2 people can clean this house in 2 hours so it could be livable. They expected me to live in filth I am still waiting to be refunded and they refuse

Perfect our needs

Originally booked a different place for our golf trip to Orlando and the place got canceled, luckily we were able to find this place. It was perfect for our needs. Communication with property owners was stellar. Would stay again.

Florida Stay

We had some issues with this property. We have stayed at Encore resort before and I messaged the host prior to booking and specifically asked if it was part of Encore. He said yes. I asked if it was close to the splash pad. He said yes. Neither of these things were true. When I asked about it after arrival (it is across the street from encore) he said he could get us guest passes for a day. Other issues: carpet is old, water damage on ceiling, old trash from previous renter outside (we had to bag it to avoid being charged for it being un-bagged), a stolen bag that had been rifled through found on the lawn, and the entry gates not letting us in after a long day at Disney (we had to call security). When the pool heat worked, the pool and hot tub were great. We paid for the heat before arrival but had to re-order it once there and it took hours to heat up. The kids loved the game room and all of the bedrooms were comfortable. The toilets had some inside mold that was not appealing and we ALMOST ran out of toilet paper. If you book, buy toilet paper, paper towels, and dish washing pods. The location was great for Disney and we had a great vacation despite some of the headaches of the property.

The property meets the minimum. The kitchen, bathroom supplies where the bare minimum and you need to prepare for that.

Clothes Dryer needs fixed. Probably a blocked vent Broken Dining Room Chairs. Dangerous Leaking roof in Bedroom Need towel racks in some bathrooms TV not working in a bedroom

Property review.

House was amazing.10/10 recommend. The area is beautiful & very secure. The family & i enjoyed our stay. Host is very nice even brought us an item forgotten at the property..amazing communication.

Great Property for a Family Vacation

If you are looking to book this property, don't hesitate. The house was just as described in the listing. It was well equipped with everything you would need away from home. The game room for the kids was the best. The Property Manager was excellent. I had to reach out to him a couple of times after hours, and there was always an answer. Like everything, you will always find something if you pick at the minor stuff. The only thing I found inconvenient was the location of the home to where we were going (Sea World and Aquatica). Of course, this is not the home's fault. Orlando has horrible traffic, and the only way to get to the house is via I4 (in my opinion, the worst highway in Florida). Just be ready to spend about an hour or two in traffic. Again not the home's fault. The stay could not have been any better.

The Perfect Host

Beautiful home. Great location. Communicating with the host was exceptional. Even in the mist of a family emergency, the kindness and understanding of our host was most then expected. We'll definitely be returning.

Family Spring-break trip

This house was spacious and very clean on arrival. Check in was great, no problems. There were plenty of rooms for the whole family without being on top of each other. The host, Omar, were great as well as Millia. Quick response when the internet went out. Thank you very much for allowing us to rent this property. We definitely will stay again.

Very Nice Property

Our family of 13 spent a week at this property. The house was large and accommodated our group well. Pool and hot tub warmed up quickly.

Christmas in Orlando

Had a great time with family! Our first Christmas in Orlando an with the entire group present made it that more special. A heat pool would have made our outdoor experience a little better but it was only a small issue. My family said they all had a great experience.

Perfect!!!

The house was beautiful, exactly like picture. It fit 18 of us perfectly. You’ll need to buy all your basic living items. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, seasonings, condiments, dish soap etc I’m use to the other company and some of them have that. This is more hotel styled, towels, a roll of TP & PT and tiny conditioner, soap & lotion. The house isn’t too far from the airport or amusement parks but traffic can make a 10 mile drive 35 mins. (Nothing to do with the house just plan accordingly) the house was right up the street from a major store so anything you need is a quick 5-7 min drive up the street super helpful! The house was perfect the host was very prompt with communication! I have no complaints other than stocking enough items to match the persons stay and qty of guest. Definitely would recommend this house!
