The property itself was nice and the location. My family and I came for the weekend. The check in process was a breeze. It went downhill with the communication with the property manager and me with things that were wrong at the property. Upon arrival we checked everything before to make sure that everything was good its advertised as 5 king beds and it's only 4. When asked for compensation the property manager said that wasn't possible. The master suite upstairs bathroom was off the hinges was off and we reported it. They sent someone out to fix it and he said that the door couldn't be used so there was no privacy in the bathroom. There are rules posted all over the house of what can not be done or you will be charged. Another bathroom upstairs shower didn't drain. The garbage disposal was broken and smelled awful. The pool was not cleaned so we weren't able to use it. We paid extra for the jacuzzi at $20 per day and it was never turned on. So we got charged and had a cold jacuzzi. The bed linens had stains. I reported it to the property manager and he sent cleaners to change and even tbose weren't clean either. I called and called the property manager and no answer aftsr the cleaners left changing the linen due to it being 75 degrees in the house and it's hot in South Florida which means it was hotter during the day because we couldn't turn down the ac. The manager didn't respond until Sunday before check. The ice maker didn't work which we had to go purchase bags of ice.
