Inside, expansive windows and floor-to-ceiling sliders illuminate the coral-hued tile floors, filling the open-concept space with breathtaking views of the water and sky. Exquisite furnishings, recessed ceilings, and modern coastal décor enhance the sense of luxury and tranquility.

The gourmet kitchen features sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare anything from a family dinner to a tray of sunset cocktails. A separate bar area with a beverage cooler provides the perfect spot to mix drinks while taking in the pool and waterfront views.

Step outside to your private patio, where the heated pool, lounge area, and outdoor grill create a tropical retreat. Relax in the shaded seating area, enjoy a barbecue on the gas grill, or unwind in the Adirondack chairs as the setting sun turns the sky brilliant orange. A private dock offers wide water views, making it an ideal spot for sunning, fishing, or watching dolphins and manatees. The first-floor bedrooms are designed for both comfort and style. The first bedroom features two queen beds, an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower, and direct lanai access. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and views of swaying palm trees.

On the second floor, a spacious living area with a loft and sectional couch offers direct balcony access, where you can take in breathtaking views of the canal, lanai, and Marco Island. The master bedroom features a king bed, television, an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, as well as direct balcony access to enjoy the water views. A children’s bedroom with a trundle bed (two twin beds) overlooks the lush tropical landscape.

The third floor is a kid’s paradise, featuring a bunk room with two bunk beds (four twin beds) and access to the fourth-floor observation deck, where you’ll experience stunning panoramic views of the island and waterways.
