Uudempi Lakefront estate koti aivan sydämessä Osage Beach. Tämä kauniisti kalustettu koti on vain muutaman minuutin päässä Outlet Mall, ravintoloita, go-kärryt, putin putin golf, elokuvateatterit ja enemmän. Nauti henkeäsalpaavat näkymät siemaillen kahvia kahdella kuuluvat kannet täydellisenä ulkona kaiuttimet. Tämä Lakefront koti sijaitsee fantastinen poukamassa täydellinen letku ja vesiurheiluun.

Upea gourmet-keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitset täydellisen Lakefront ateria. Graniitti työtasot, Thermadore kodinkoneet, ja kaunis parketit lisätä mukavuudet kodin. Perhehuoneessa on täydellinen kerääminen paikalla sen kaksikerroksinen kivi (puulämmitteinen) takka ja 50 "taulu teräväpiirtotelevisioon. DVD-soitin on myös siellä teidän nauttiminen.

Makuuhuone sijaitsee permannolla ja se on perääntyä sinänsä. Se on queen-vuode, taulutelevisio, upea näköala ja erillinen ovi johtaa suoraan katettu kannella alueella. Spa kuten kylpyhuoneessa on graniitti työtasot, kaunis travertiini kivi suihku ja iso amme.

Alemmalla tasolla on perustettu fantastinen virkistysalue täydellinen ilmakiekko pöytä. Se on baarikeittiö täysikokoinen jääkaappi, astianpesukone, ja graniitti työtasot. Suuri poikkipinta sohva kasvot 50 "plasma taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Lisäksi on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 täyttä kylpyammeet alemmalla tasolla. Alemmalla tasolla avautuu onto yksityinen kattaa kannella vain metrin päässä vedestä. Kaksi makuuhuonetta tällä tasolla on queen-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 sarjaa kerrossänkyä tv lapsille.

Yläkerrassa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 täyttä kylpyammeet. Makuuhuone 1 yläkerrassa on queen-vuode. Makuuhuone 2 yläkerrassa on kuningatar ja parivuode. Makuuhuone 3 yläkerrassa on 2 queen beds.

Telakka on 14 x 40 katettu lipsahdus ja on vain muutaman askeleen päässä kotoa. Mukana on myös kajakki ja mela vene oman nautinnon.

Ulkona firepit sijaitsee järven rannalla paistamiseen vaahtokarkkeja ja hotdogs. Tämä koti on kaikki mitä tarvitset upea järvi loma! Nauti!

Great location on lake

House was perfect for our extended family vacation. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The pool not right outside a patio entrance was the only downfall.

80th Birthday celebration

This is an exceptional house and location for a great visit to Lake of the Ozarks. The view of the inlet bay was superb, especially at sunset. We were able observe many firework displays from the decks. Would highly recommend for family outings.

Great place to stay

Our family of 10 had ample room in this beautiful home. The bedrooms were nice and the pool was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters and any additional spices you like. Then go and have a great time! This property is in an excellent location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We loved fishing off the dock or swimming in the lake as well.

Time of our lives!

This is a lovely home that worked out wonderfully for our family of 12! (4 under 6). The littles were catching a ton of fish from the dock and having the time of their lives. The location was perfect to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. We rented a pontoon for tubing as well. The house is clean, comfortable and we could all gather together to play games or eat. Magnificent! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Making Memories

This property checked off many of the boxes of what we needed. The house was in a great location and close to boat rental. We had plenty of room for the 13 of us ranging from 1-60. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake. Our family had a great week making memories! Compared to other properties that we’ve rented this property was a little overpriced. The attention to property details was not a not a 5 star rating. Also beach towels were not provided. When I inquired about them, they said other guest took them. We had to purchase our own which if notified earlier we could have brought ours from home. Overall this vacation was full of making new memories.

Family Celebration

Great location, loved the cove, view and proximity to boat rentals. Home needs some TLC as it is a bit worn for such a lovely home. The beds and bath were clean overall, but definitetly noticed the other parts of the home ie. carpet was really dirty, and there were lots of bugs and dust/webs around windows/window seals. There was some damage to the front door screen door that someone duct taped to keep the door in, so again for such a nice home, should be fixed. I am sure it can be tough to keep up with busy rental season so we didn't complain, but just being honest. We loved the extra space throughout the home and that everyone had room to spread out. Bryan the caretaker was helpfull on day 1 when we thought lower level fridge didn't work. (It was due to us over filling with warm beverages, suggest to note that somewhere to avoid confusion). Overall we liked and would come back to this property.

Perfect Vacation!

House is beautiful, the views from pool and decks are spectacular, and the location is perfect! We spent everyday at the pool watching the boats, jet ski’s, and sunsets. House is spacious for large families, kitchen is well stocked, and plenty of seating! Entire house was very clean.We had a great vacation at this property…would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location

Had a great time. The house has a great location in a cove with a restaurant and close to grocery stores and target. Good pizza place and the owner recommendations for restaurants was spot on. Not mentioned in the listing was a per day cash charge to heat the pool (not a big deal in summer but it did start to get cold) also the mattresses were not great for a house of this price point- very springy/hard and the master had a full size bed. Be sure to bring spices for cooking as there was only salt and pepper. The property caretaker has a pontoon you can rent from him as well which was convenient. Would we stay again? Sure.

Awesome house

The house was great and the property manager was super helpful and responsive. The only complaint was the kids were looking forward to using the foos ball table and there was not one as shown in the pictures. The pool was great and well taken care of daily and the dock was very nice. Great trip!

Lake front beauty with a pool

This house was very spacious with plenty of sleeping areas for our large family. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was beautiful and the in ground pool was the icing on the cake.

Birthday getaway!

Beautiful home, great location, lots of space! Wish we would have known shampoo and body wash were not provided, luckily we had enough between us that we brought by chance. An Umbrella by the pool would be nice and moving the grill from the driveway to the back of the house by where everyone hangs out would have been nice.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. An exceptional home with plenty of room and all needed amenities. Close to everything for any activities etc. nice and quiet. We will definitely look at coming back again! Thank you for helping us make memories!

Best vacation home we found in 8 years

We have been staying in the Ozark and Osage Beach area for the past 8 summers and this was my favorite home rental thus far. We had plenty of fridge space, the washer and dryer were huge to hold lots of towels in a single load. The home was beautiful, very up to date and spacious and the air conditioner kept up completely, even upstairs! The location was great with sunsets and a place to swim near the dock. Lots of shoreline to fish and relax on the outdoor decks with a great view! There was plenty of parking, even room for our boat trailer. The owner and property manager were always timely with any questions or requests. My only disappointment would be the shower pressure on the top floor where my family stayed and we have 5 females with long/thick hair. We were likely competing with the other 3 showers going downstairs at the same time. But Thank you Bill for sharing your beautiful home, and thank you Brian for all you did to accommodate. We hope to stay here again in the coming years!

Amazing Experience

We recently had family a get together at this beautiful home and had a fantastic experience. From when you walk in the door you immediately feel at home. There were 7 adults and 6 children and we found the layout ideal with plenty of bedrooms and large gathering spaces throughout. The kitchen was large and well appointed. The sunsets from the upper deck were spectacular and the slip was perfect for boats or simply enjoying the kayak and paddle boat. The location on the inlet is perfect as you can venture to the main channel quickly if desired but there is plenty of space in the inlet when the main channel gets too crowded. Plenty of shopping, etc. nearby. Responses from the Baker's were quick and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Bill and Gail, Thank you for opening up your rental home to myself and family. We held the main cooking and get together time for our reunion here and I can't remember how many times some one commented about the beauty of the house as well as the views. Everything was accurate as depicted in your advertisement and the photos did not do your house justice. The caretakers were very helpful and even brought over their iPod docking station so we could listen our music playlists during the family gathering. They also came very quickly if there was a need for trash pick up or, if we had a problem with anything. I would highly reccomend this house to other renters and plan to come back again for our next get together. Pat

We live in Columbia, Mo.,which is just a short drive from the lake. We have found this is a perfect place to bring our children as well as our children's friends. We spend most of our leisure time at the lake and have many wonderful memories of the lake.
