The Sugar Sands are calling. Experience the Emerald Coast at it's finest. The ease of a 2 min walk to the beach with private deeded beach access. Enjoy the quiet and friendly neighbors while relaxing in the changing colors of the community pool. Location couldn't be better with walking distance to both Wales Tails and Pompano Joe's to dine for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or drinks on the beach. No need to stress about parking with this short walk. Beach rentals, ice cream, coffee shops, wine tasting and souvenirs are just a 2 min walk outside the gates.

This condo is fitted with new appliances, furniture and fully stocked kitchen for your dine in preference. Unit includes a pop up crib, highchair, dishes and baby gate for the little ones. Private full size washer/dryer front loaders are attached to the unit. Complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, sand spike, boogie boards, sand toys, and small cooler for the beach are included in your stay.

Fun for everyone

The location was just as described. The beach was just a quick walk across the street. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo was clean and met the needs of our family. There is a nice area for children to play outdoors in the courtyard around the pool. There was shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We had 8 people, my husband and I, our daughter, her husband and their 4 children. Everyone had a great time.

Great condo and perfect location for our family

Perfect size and location for us. Short walk across the street to the beach. Street is easily navigated as there are crosswalks all up and down, so traffic is slow and stops regularly to let pedestrians cross. The private beach was great. Just a short walk from the beach in front of the high rises where there were 3-5 rows of people. But in front of this private beach we never had difficulty finding a spot and there was always only 1 row all week. 2 small cons - a little warm upstairs but the kids only complained the first night. We just bumped the thermostat down lower than we’d normally keep it at home and that seemed to do the trick. - couldn’t get the living room TV to work. We messaged the owner who sent a property manager by fairly promptly. I’m sure it could’ve been fixed but we told him never mind. Honestly we kind of liked making the kids read and play board games instead. It was nice not having a tv on all week. All in all, would definitely recommend.

We had an incredible time! The place was top notch and so so so convenient to the beach!!

Communication was super easy! Check in was hassle free and so convenient! I highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again in the future!!

Best Stay!

Amazing hosts, incredible views and an incredible place to stay. So close to the beach, hosts had everything supplied chairs, umbrellas and even toys for the kids. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Location cannot be beat.

The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Manager Dwight is so friendly and always available. Highly recommend this complex.

Great property, everyone had their own space was very neat and clean. Pool area needs an update, it’s small gets crowded easily but location of the property is great will definitely be back!

Awesome Location and Host!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The heated pool was great since the ocean was still a little chilly (but the sand was awesome), and it was never too busy to find a spot to lay out. Tausha was so quick to respond to us, and went above and beyond as my wife had left a ton of clothes in the dresser - she had her staff mail them to us and really saved the day. Would definitely go back.

Family beach trip

We had a great time! Condo was clean and the perfect size for our family of four. It was a two minute walk to the beach. Beach was not overly crowded. Short walk to coffee shop, ice cream and pizza!! Not far from beach front restaurants as well! ☀️🌊😊

Almost no complaints!

The ONLY downside to this condo, was the stairs inside, but there was a gate so we used that to block our 1 year old from trying to go up them lol! We loved this condo. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed! The beds were amazingly comfy. There was plenty of room for us. Would def stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo ticked all our boxes. Getting to the beach was so easy and so many shops were all in walking distance, we didnt even have to drive anywhere. There were beach chairs, toys, and a cooler all for us to use during our stay so we didnt even have to pack those items. The condo itself was super cozy, I've never slept so comfortably during a vacation. The beach was not near as crowded as other locations. We will definitely be staying again!

Amazing!!!!

We absolutely loved staying at this vacation soot. It was perfect for our family of 7. Just a short walk to the beach and the kids loved the color changing pool. We loved the coffee shop and ice cream shop near by. The condo was so nice and clean. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your rental. We can’t wait to come back and vist.

Wonderful Experience

Our stay was absolutely great, Tausha was a wonderful host and always responded quickly to answer any questions we had. Super cozy condo with plenty of space, walk to the beach was easy and we brought our own chairs and umbrellas and set up early each morning. The pool was a bit small for the older kids but those with littles would love it. Walking distance to several places to eat and get dessert. We would definitely stay again in the future.

A slice of heaven!

This beautiful condo, has all you need! Cozy and comfy place! It has everything, you will need, to stay & enjoy your time. But most of all, a 2 minute walk from the ocean and its beauty! This gem of a condo, has a perfect location for a lot of attractions there, that are near by! Grocery store, shopping, coffee shop, local restaurants! Also, great and professional communication between the host! She is a wonderful person! We were so happy to experience this wonderful place, we will be booking this again!

Home away from home

This unit was perfect for our family of six. When you walk in, it is so nicely decorated and has such a welcoming feel. We stayed for 2.5 weeks and this place has everything you need - from cooking meals, fun in the pool, laundry, and heading to the beach. My husband and I loved the two porches to catch the sunrise and sunset. The kids loved having twin beds to sleep in for the little ones. It felt similar to home and I think the slept better than too. Location: I was a little worried about going up and down stairs to leave the unit with hauling stuff to the beach but the stairs are very nice and wide. The pool is fantastic! It has zero depth entrance and goes to 5ft. The beach each is an easy walk across the street. Having private beach access is really worth it too. It was like we had the entire beach to ourselves! This gave the kids a lot of freedom to just run and play. Grocery stores are very close! We hope to be back again next year! Thank you for the quality time and sunshine. Your unit was a blessing to our family!

We are Colorado Natives! We love people and we love our family. We wanted to find a place that we could both enjoy a personal family get away from our cool climate as well as provide a safe and fun vacation destination. We have been married for 18 years and share life with our 4 children. We love a variety of things from playing games, to hiking, camping, broadway shows and so much more. We love new things and we love food tours! Culture and a change of scenery are delightful for us so the Destin area sure did make for a perfect vacation rental.
