Great location and very clean!

Would absolutely stay here again. All questions were answered quickly, the house was in wonderful condition, and the location was central to so many attractions! Wonderful hosts.

Spa is the highlight of the property. My son thoroughly enjoyed it. The property manager & owner were very responsive to any queries that we had.

Great place

We stayed for a nice 2 week getaway.. perfect for working from home and enjoying the Florida sun by the pool and convenience to every store, mall and park. Loved the pool. Great communication from the host. Would stay again.

Fun for the whole family

This was a great house for a relaxing week of family time. Brigitte was very responsive, and we were able to contact the management company if we needed anything. It was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Lovely spacious villa

We really enjoyed our time in this villa. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The gated community felt very safe and secure. Any issues we had were responded to immediately and dealt with very quickly. I can thoroughly recommend it, it’s as nice, if not better, than it looks in the pictures

Great spot to visit family

We came here to bring the family together for the holidays. Amazing house with perfect amount of space. Both owner and property management company were extremely responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home

We loved the pool we loved how each room was spacious we loved the jacuzzi. Only problem was cleaning crew was there when we arrived but once they left everything was great!!! Definitely will come back.

Spacious House close to main tourist attractions

We had a group of 12 of all different ages and this large house was perfect for us. The check in process was easy and Bridget quickly would reply to any questions I had. The house had all the amenities I needed and everyone loved the pool. The drive to Disney and Universal was good.

Family fun

We had such a great time at the property. Brigitte was a pleasure to work with and answered me right away whenever I had any questions. The property was spacious, clean, and the pool area was fantastic. We definitely had alot of family time and didnt feel the need to venture out since the house came equipped with a home theater, play station and play room. We would definitely rent again!!

Great for group of adults

It was a challenge to find a home with sleeping arrangements for adult couples, but this one fit the bill with several king/queen bedrooms and in-suite bathrooms. Was perfect for our tennis team and spouses. Property manager was responsive when we needed a propane tank for the grill and the pool and spa were clean and nice to have and use after a long day of tennis! Highly recommend this home to others.

Perfect for large family

This home worked so well for our family. The kitchen layout and flow was great with the large table that we used for meals and games. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the provided beach towels Questions submitted to the host were answered promptly and thoroughly. The listing provides a good list of consumables that we might want to bring. The check out instructions stating that unopened food could be left for donation was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this home

Wonderful Getaway

We had a few hiccups during checkin, but overall this house was amazing. Any small issue we had the owner was very responsive and very helpful. The theater room was amazing for football/movies! We couldn't keep the kids out of the pool/hot tub. The garage had been turned into a playroom which was perfect for our little one, ages 3 & 5. I saw on Encores website that Pool heat and a BBQ grill were optional but they were both included in our stay which was great. A couple small suggestions would be Utensils for the BBQ grill and kitchen towels. We would definitely like to come back!

Great Stay, Great Location for Disney

Property was great, just as described and as shown in the pictures. Very close and easy to get to Disney parks. Rooms and en suites are all good sized - plenty of room for multiple families to stay and not be on top of each other. Outdoor space was also great and the pool was perfect for our two boys, ages 9 and 7. They loved the basket ball hoop! As noted in other reviews and by the property manager, certain supplies are limited with regard to garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towel. Also, no basic spices, oil or cooking spray. Not a big deal though, just need to plan ahead and bring with you or pick up at a store. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We will be returning!!

From the moment my extended family decided on this house to rent for 2 weeks, we have had nothing but a pleasant experience!! The property owner was extremely helpful, prompt when replying to my questions and friendly! The house is in a very convenient location— a very short walk to the resorts Aqua park, even our brood of 8 children eagerly walked! A short and easy drive to Walt Disney parks and shopping. The house was clean and comfortable— including everything we needed. We requested the pool to be heated and it was perfect for the February weather! Each night concluded with a movie night in the theatre room. Simply amazing! All 16 of us agree that THIS is the house we will return to on future vacations! Thank you for being so accommodating and welcoming!
