Loved the view of the pond from our balcony! The sun rose over the dunes and ocean out of the bedroom window each day and set over the pond each evening. The view can't be beat! Appreciated the two lawn chairs provided. We took them to the beach at night to relax and watch the waves! Our room felt very private. Very clean, well appointed. Pool and sauna were a nice end to a busy day! Laundry was a nice extra. It will bo so nice to come home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Lastly, hosts were great. Very responsive.

Great Place to Spend a Week

My husband and I spent a week in early April in "The Erin". It was exactly as described. Very clean, the kitchen had every thing needed to cook dinner and more, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach and watched birds on the pond from the deck. We would happily stay in "The Erin" again!

Relaxing getaway with the wife

My wife and I wanted a small getaway from the Austin area. This place was great! Clean, homey, a 5-10 minute walk from the ocean.... we had a fantastic time. Will most likely book this place again in the future.

Short walk to beach for spectacular sunrise

Lovely comfortable space. Appreciate the well-stocked kitchen (spices, zip-lock baggies, tea, coffee, etc) as well as the inspirational messages scattered throughout the rooms. Enjoyed short walk to beach to take in the sunrise, then walked back to sip our morning coffee on the deck!

The Erin was a great place. Clean, quiet, close to pool and beach. Our stay at Padre was very good although we had to cut it short by a couple of days. Owners were very responsive to our needs (some confusion as to how the TV worked, quickly resolved by owners. Thanks to the owners for providing a great facility, the Erin.

Best location!!! Best condo!

The Erin has the BEST location with views of the Gulf and overlooking the pond. Richard and Marilyn were always quick to communicate and they have a beautifully decorated and well stocked condo. We felt right at home and they are obviously pros! We also enjoyed the Beach Club common areas, especially the heated pool in December. We also enjoyed the easy stroll to the beach every morning for the amazing sunrises! Highly recommended property!

Best 10th anniversary trip yet

Richard & Marilyn are SUPER and one of the best vacation home rental property owners that we have experienced, not just the property owners, but the accommodation as a whole. The townhouse was a delight to stay in, clean, inviting the minute we walked in, cozy, & bright. The distance between the room & beach is mighty short. We purchased a beach permit to drive to the beach each day. We experienced & explored surrounding beaches & towns as well as different resturants & activities aside the beach. The property owners deserves 10+ stars for being their outstanding customer service and accommodating our needs & concerns (hurricane). We look forward to coming back and will most definitely use Richard & Marilyn again in a heartbeat. 🤩😊🏝🏖🌊😊🤩

Perfection in a 1 bedroom condo! Incredibly clean, well-apppinted with all you need - stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, hangers, kitchen spices, beach towels, and so much more. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed & sofa/sleeper. The location in the complex is our favorite - great view of the pond and quiet. Great gym & pool. The beach is very close. Excellent communication with the nicest owners ever! We always stay at Beach Club & "The Erin" condo is why. We had a peacful stay at my happy place!! Thank you Richard & Marilyn!

We visit the area frequently and this was our first stay at a condo vs a home. We loved the proximity to the beach. The condo itself was well appointed and owners were helpful and quick to respond. We stayed on the second floor and the guests above us were quite lively until about 4am. However, the condo itself, owners, and proximity were all so lovely we would definitely stay here again.

What a Gem!

Lovely, perfect, quiet location with the BEST hosts! Condo had EVERYTHING we needed and more. They really paid attention to all the details. Right around the corner from the beach. Patio overlooked the property pond. We will definitely be back!

Very beautiful views

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It is a very short walk to the beach. There is a pool on the community grounds but we spent all our time at the beach. Everything else is a very short drive to get to which also makes it convenient. We had problems with the people on the 3rd floor being loud but the owners stepped in and helped pretty quickly and were really concerned about the issue which makes up for the fact that the kids on the 3rd floor were just being kids. Overall, we were very pleased with this VRBO and will come back!
