THE SPACE

With 1,900 square feet of living space, this two-story Eastham home offers abundant social space with two living areas and a large deck. A huge, open kitchen makes it easy to prep meals for your entire group. Central A/C ensures your family will be comfortable, even on the hottest summer days.

LIVING AREAS

On the first floor, the living area offers comfy seating with two sofas, an ottoman, and a 55” TV with surround sound. Board games, DVDs / Blu Rays, and books offer a wealth of things to do when not enjoying the sunshine or in downtime between beach trips. Downstairs, enjoy a second living area with a couch, ottoman, 45” TV, and more.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the large, bright, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Included are toaster, coffee pot, microwave, full range, tea kettle, and dish washer.

When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table that can seat up to six, or perch at the kitchen bar for four. Two skylights allow for ample sun and Instagram-worthy settings.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps 10 guests in two upstairs bedrooms and two lower level bedrooms.

Three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, offer spacious queen beds equipped with ample closet storage, night stands, and easily accessible outlets for cell phones. The fourth bedroom holds two full-sized bunk beds and additional storage.

On the first level, a large bathroom with double sinks, skylight, and full bath / shower allows for you to spread out without feeling cramped.

Downstairs, another full bath equipped with a standing shower ensures no one will be waiting for too long to get ready in the morning.

OUTDOOR AREAS

A large deck features open air dining and a grill. The yard offers plenty of room for the kids to run and play and includes an outdoor shower. Circle up after a busy day at the fire pit -- look up at the stars and appreciate the chirping of the crickets.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV (via Sling), beach chairs / umbrellas, propane steamer (for lobsters!), lawn games, and washer/dryer.

Parking is available for up to four cars.

THE LOCATION

Stroll down quiet lanes to Cape Cod Bay and explore the flats during low tide. The popular Cooks Brook Beach is only 7/10 mile away.

Or travel 3 miles to Nauset Light Beach, where you’ll find a picturesque beach with restrooms, a bathhouse, and a quaint lighthouse dating from the 1830s. For a sandy swimming beach and bird and seal sightings, drive 4 miles to Coast Guard Beach.

In a prime location, you’ll be within walking distance of Cape Cod Bay. Spend laughter-filled days at Cooks Brook Beach, a leisurely ten minute walk from your rental. For those looking for exercise, the Cape Cod Rail Trail is less than a mile away, leading to 25.5 miles of paved, accessible biking paths. Fabulous National Seashore beaches, restaurants, and other attractions are also minutes away.

Please alert us to any and all who will be joining you for your stay when you book. If there are any more than ten people in the home or on the property at any point in time, or > 3 cars in the driveway (without prior approval), we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease -- please don't force us to do this!
