Welcome to our home!

We welcome you in our 73 square meters apartment just a step away from the canal Saint-Martin and the place de la République. It is close to everything: transportation, restaurants and bars, stores... it is one of the most animated and cosmopolitan districts of Paris! Our 4-room apartment is on the 1st floor, on a quiet courtyard, cool and bright in summer.

## Logement
Our apartment is located on the 1st floor on the courtyard, quiet and bright, without elevator.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160x200, 1 single bed 80x190, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 dining room and a beautiful living room.
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Oven, Iron.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings: 5 metro lines are accessible within 5 minutes walk.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask us for good addresses, we will be happy to share our favorites with you!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
On the border between the 10th and 11th arrondissements of Paris, the République - Canal Saint-Martin district is a very popular area of the Right Bank, where cafés and restaurants are always busy. Strategically located between the Marais, Bastille and Belleville, our neighborhood seems to be in the middle of everything, and is therefore within reach of an infinite number of attractions in just a few minutes by metro or bicycle. 5 metro lines serve the Place de la République, to move easily throughout Paris.
