Our newly built in-law apartment is located on a quiet street close to McMenamins Kennedy School hotel, Extracto Coffee, Wilder restaurant, Dame restaurant, Gabbiano's restaurant, Bardo Tea (tea and meditation), The People's Yoga, Teote Tavern, New Seasons Supermarket. You’ll love our place because of the comfy bed, the neighborhood, the coziness, the light, the kitchen, the local joints. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), travelers with a pet.

Amazing Place

Clean comfortable home. Located near a wonderful pastry shop, and custom cocktail bar. Walking distance to a grocery store, Alberta Arts district and Alberta Park.

Lovely stay in Portland

Lovely little place in one of the best neighborhoods in Portland! Literally less than a block away from some of the best restaurants and coffee in town. Host was very communicative and left us a welcome gift, added bonus of allowing dogs!!

Great rental for my family of 4. Excellent location, easy walking to many restaurants and shops. Very clean, communication with owner was great! Plenty of street parking, no issues at all. Very safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment in walkable area

We were very happy with our stay in the VRBO. Kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked. All the conveniences of home in a very walkable area with restaurants, bars and a small grocery store. Would stay again.

Lovely and Accessible

Our family of three, mom dad and 6 year old, had a wonderful time staying at this clean and cozy spot. It was the perfect location for a home base while we were visiting friends and family and seeing music at the Moda center. The check in and check out process was easy and stress free. The host made sure we knew we could reach him if needed, but all of the instructions were so clear and reasonable that there was no need to. We plan on staying here again!

Modern and clean

The place was perfect for our short weekend stay in Portland! We had good communication with the host and appreciated the pet friendly accommodations. We really liked the private entrance and quiet neighborhood. There are a few good restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. We would stay again!

Another great stay!

We had another fantastic stay in Portland. We have previously rented the apartment before. The unit was completely clean, quiet, and everything worked well. Location is perfect, easily walkable to many restaurants, bars, etc. As always, working with Michael was super easy. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Portland home!

We love that we felt part of a neighborhood and could stroll to the end of the street and enjoy food and drinks! This little apartment was so nice and clean! Also it was well equipped and comfortable! We will be back as our son lives here! Thanks for sharing this sweet apartment!

Home Base

We came to sight see in Oregon mainly, but also wanted to see a couple of sites in Washington. This was a nice location. There was pretty much all you could need within walking distance. It was so nice to have a home base to come back to each night. Having a washer and dryer was super helpful.

Super clean, so comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower, well laid out for privacy. Beautiful landscaping with big trees and colorful leaves in the neighborhood, charming houses. While this is an apartment it really feels like more of a house in its design. Would stay anytime in Portland. As treet parking was fine. Once we had to park maybe 60 seconds away but usually in front of the property. Feels really safe at night. Exceptionally clean space. Can't say enough positives.

Good: Big closets. Location is close to stores, cafes. Prompt repair of lamp. Bottle of wine and bottles of water were waiting for us when we arrived. Plenty of good towels and laundry supplies. Plenty of umbrellas for rainy days. Nice TV with good reception. Motion activated night lights throughout the unit. Needs info: Unit is very close to neighbors so sound and marijuana smoke gets in through the open window of the back bedroom. It is only a portable a/c in the living room to cool the entire unit. Unit is on the ground floor, so you sometimes hear owners upstairs. Needs improvement: Plants on the walkway to the unit are overgrown and need to be trimmed. Sofa is not very comfortable. Dining area has high rise chairs and table, and are not comfortable for other than quick meals.

Our place is located on a quiet street in a beautiful green neighborhood, in the heart of Concordia literally two minute walk to 9 different restaurants and a coffee shop.
The location is 10 minute walk or three minutes drive from the popular Alberta arts district.
There are multiple bus lines and Uber/lift are readily available.
The PDX airport is about 10-15 minutes ride.
