Step out the front door to the pool and whirlpool. (with a separate children's pool) Walk 5 minutes to the beach. Easy access to all Palmetto Dunes amenities--golf, tennis, biking. Sit on the back patio that overlooks the Lagoon. 3 bedrooms each with its own private bath plus a half bath on the first floor. Living room and Master bedroom with Smart TV's. All other bedrooms have cable TV. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Very well stocked kitchen. 2 King beds. 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. LARGER GROUPS?? Ask owner about adjacent unit.

Amazing location with a five minute walk to the beach and the huge swimming pool directly in front of the townhouse. The house was perfect for our group of three couples.

Everything about this rental was great! Location, cleanliness and communication with the owner. We rented bikes and rode to the beach everyday. So nice to have the pool right out the front door too! Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation on Hilton Head Island - Palmetto Dunes

A wonderful home, very spacious with all the amenities, including a large, comfy sofa and beds. Lots of windows and light. Enjoyed the sunroom especially in the mornings and evenings, and the beautiful views. Very quiet location with a short walk to the beach, and minutes' away from restaurants and shops at Shelter Cove. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations or location. Our host was the best, and we were well taken care of.

Very clean and comfortable home

We were very comfortable and happy staying here. It’s a great location to get around and close to the beach. The pool we couldn’t use because of the weather but it’s very nice and right across the road so every convienant. The home is clean and the beds comfortable with nice large rooms lots of closet space and a kitchen with all you need.

Christmas Trip

Loved the house and the whole property in general. Really close to the beach, golf, tennis, and lots of great restaurants. Rented bikes and we were able to explore most of the island and the beach was also great biking. Hot tub was perfect for an evening soak. Our host was great as well. Hope to make it back soon.

Perfect Property!

We loved the location of this property! It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, yet close enough to great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities for the kids. The 5 minute walk to the beach was a breeze and with the pool being directly across the street, we couldn't have asked for more! Communication with the owners was top notch and we never felt we would not be taken care of if anything arose (nothing didn't). Thank you for a great stay. Our teenagers absolutely loved HHI and we will definitely be back!

14 Days in Paradise

We had a wonderful time in the house for two weeks. The house is lovingly decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening with a glass of wine and were able to observe deer, squirrels and small lizards. The nature and the peace are so relaxing - and I love those trees there. In just 7 minutes (on foot) you are at one of the most beautiful beaches. A big thank you to the owners.We were on HHI for the 5th time and have never received such good and comprehensive information about the house as this time. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

Peaceful Haven

We just spent a week at this beautiful home. Everything was as listed. The house was fully stocked and we did not lack anything. The owner, Nancy, responded in a timely manner. The pool was not always very warm, but that is a personal preference. It was well maintained. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the home. Pickleball courts are not too far, and the bike trails are great. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

July 4th week Vaca

The house was perfect for our family of six to stay in for the week---Nancy was incredible to communicate with and we had absolutely no issues with the house or the stay. The location was perfect to walk to the beach, stay at the pool, or walk around Palmetto Dunes. Would highly recommend!!

Family friendly villa was awesome!

We had a great time staying at 7618 Ocean Lane. The decor and furnishings were great. The kitchen was well appointed. Having the beach cart was a Godsend! Our host, Nancy, was very responsive. She even sent us cookies while we were there as a thank you gesture! Would definitely book this villa again!

Nice and comfortable accommodations within easy walking distance to the beach. Also has a pool for the small complex. We used the pool regularly during our visit.

Near Perfect

This condo is one of the best equipped rentals I have ever booked. The location is perfect -- off the beaten path a bit, but central to most things. Four adults were very comfortable. Nancy was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. The cookies were a lovely, delicious touch. The only minor quibble that made it less than perfect was the fact that the listed "barbeque grill" was charcoal, not gas as we had mistakenly assumed. But since we frequented many of the area restaurants, it did not impact us too greatly. All said, highly recommend; would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful experience

We had an amazing week here. The house was just as described with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The location was perfect for all activities offered. Although it was too cold to swim we still enjoyed sitting by the pool. It was a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. We enjoyed bike riding and pickle ball right at the resort without driving anywhere. There is everything within walking distance if you want. It was a very quiet neighborhood which was another plus. We highly recommend this property for anyone of any age group.

Rob and Nancy have been together for nearly 20 years and have their primary home in Cleveland, OH where they have both have had successful careers as Health Care Executives. In addition, Rob had a career in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve retiring after 36 years as a Major General.~ Nancy always thought the perfect vacation was at the Beach. Rob eventually saw it her way!

After many vacations in North and South Carolina, Florida and the Caribbean, we always seemed to gravitate back to Hilton Head. Over the last couple of years we have appreciated getting away from the cold for a few weeks of the winter. Then, 2020 taught us all how to work remotely! So, we think we found the perfect place here at 80 Ocean Lane.

This unit has it ALL!! Great pool /whirlpool/children's pool directly out the front. A 5-minute walk to a fabulous beach and....a deck off the back to enjoy the quiet of the Lagoon. Our family has enjoyed this as a place to get away from the pace of daily living. A place where one can recharge and rejuvenate and enjoy ALL that Hilton Head has to offer..
