CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Sitting directly on the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort is located in the perfect spot to create incredible vacation memories. The property offers seemingly endless amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, grilling and picnic areas, and more. An outdoor tiki bar is open seasonally, and The Sea Store in the lobby is a convenient spot to pick up snacks and souvenirs. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24 hour front desk.

SunDestin 1112 is a bright and spacious two-bedroom corner condo. As soon as you enter, you’ll see views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding Destin area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make snacks to take to the beach or a homemade dinner. A high top breakfast bar seats two and the dining area seats six. One large sofa in the living room that folds out into a sofa sleeper. Through the sliding glass door is the large balcony with an outdoor dining area to soak up the sun. The master suite has a king bed and can be accessed from the balcony. It offers incredible views of the gulf right when you wake up. In the guest room, you’ll find one twin and one full bed and a private bathroom. This two-bedroom condo sleeps seven guests comfortably and will easily become your next home away from home

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

SunDestin Beach Resort is in the heart of Destin, close to many popular attractions such as Henderson Beach State Park where there’s many walking trails and Regatta Bay Golf Course.
